I have been shopping at this store for years, and each visit it goes downhill. The staff is constantly rude and ignores you, you are always waiting in the lines forever and it’s a hassle to shop while there are carts everywhere and boxes all over from stocking. But today we as the last straw. Today I witnessed a lady shopping and get hit by one of the personal shopping employee and her large cart. This employee wasn’t paying even an ounce of attention to where she was going. Sad thing, the employee didn’t even care. To the lady’s child that was with her, I’m so sorry you had to witness that and hope you are both ok. And props to the mom who didn’t go off on the employee, I would have.
When the employee pasted me, I asked her if the lady was ok, she shrugged and rolled her eyes.
I felt like I was looking for a reason to shop elsewhere, and I found it. Kroger do better! Barbara, do better!
