Krone Regensberg

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Krone Regensberg — truly one of our favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at (and we’re from the U.S.!). Everything about it was perfect — peaceful, private, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — and dinner at their restaurant was just as incredible. Every meal felt special, and the service was top-notch. A huge highlight of our stay was Tatiana — she absolutely lit up our mornings every day with her kindness, warmth, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She also got me flowers for my birthday. We hope she becomes a manager or stays at Krone long-term because she’s such a gift to the hotel. The location is ideal — close to the train station for convenience but far enough away to feel completely peaceful and private. It’s the perfect spot for a honeymoon or couples’ retreat. We can’t wait to come back.

I am so happy that we chose this hotel for the last 4 nights of our vacation. The hotel staff, restaurant, rooms and amenities are incredible. Very clean, but also feels warm and inviting. When I originally booked I was concerned about how we could get to Zurich and other nearby towns. The train station is about a 20 minute walk and then you can be anywhere in the country. This place is amazing.

We loved our stay at the Krone. It’s situated in a beautiful little village perched on top of a mountain. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and historical touches. This would be a nice place for a romantic couples weekend. While we did stay with kids, and they are very friendly to children, it’s not the best family hotel. We had to get 3 rooms for our family of 5, because they do not allow more than 2 per room. Just something to consider! The food is excellent and there are many beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the views.

Excellent accommodations in a beautiful and charming hilltop village surrounded by rural farmlands. Fantastic restaurant and superior breakfasts within a warm and relaxed environment.

We came for one night for a gate away weekend, and it was perfect. We felt like in a bubble with an amazing view, service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very intimate. Thank you

We have been several times to Krone Regensberg and each stay has just been wonderful The hotel is absolutely stunning, a beautiful balance between modern and rustic. The hotel staff is always very welcoming, attentive and forthcoming from start to departure. There is a lounge with Piano music on the weekends. Perfect place to get a drink before dinner. The dinner experience is always an absolute delight. Every course is prepared with love and to perfection. They also have a great non alcoholic pairing for all the courses which we absolutely loved. We want to extend our gratitude to all staff members, it is always an unforgettable experience. Thank you so very much!

Picture perfect everything! Highly recommend. Staff was excellent, food was incredible, views from every angle from the desk to the mountains.
