Google
Our second visit on NYE, and it was just as amazing as our first. This time we came better prepared. We had a list for each of us on our meats and hot pot. Our 8yo loves the popcorn chicken, fries, ramen, and the chicken. My wife and I love everything they offer. It's so awesome they have options for kids so adults can also enjoy themselves. Be aware there is a 20% waste fee if you waste your food. We appreciate the consciousness of waste and understand that food is expensive. Half orders are an option, too. The wait staff were all wonderful and brilliant. We drive 2.5 hours one way just to visit here. Well worth the trip, the price, and the travels! Can't wait for the next visit!

Google
Had such a great time! Yuxuan was helpful in explaining how everything worked and checking in on us often! The food was so flavorful. My 10 year old son loved the hotpot. The bbq is amazing also. We will definitely be back!

Google
First time there. I was impressed. Food was outstanding, service was outstanding. I was a bit intimidated at first, at cooking my own meal , but this was really enjoyable. I never picked up my cell phone once. It was great to engage with my friends and we enjoyed a fantastic dinner! I would give the 10 Stars if I could for the value of our meal! You will not leave this restaurant hungry!

Christopher B.

Google
Wonderful place to be! Bit pricey but honestly worth it if you like good food that you can cook to your liking! Great fast customer service as well! But heads up, if you waste food they charge you another 20% to your bill so get what your actually going to eat unless you wanna pay extra to take it home.

Google
The food was absolutely amazing and the service was prompt. They have a sauce bar and a cold bar. You get the option of Hot Pot, Korean BBQ or you can choose both of them! The prices are very reasonable and highly competitive with other KBBQ restaurants i have ate at. The kids enjoyed the food as well. Great drinks and very clean restaurant!!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Connor W.

Google
Yuxuan was amazing and so attentive. We love coming here because it reminds my fiancé of KBBQ at home in California. Would not change a thing except would love if they added rice paper to the menu but the meat is quality and worth the prices! They also have a sauce bar and a cold station to fill up on!

Azzy P.

Google
This is my new favorite restaurant. I didn't know there was local hot pot or kbbq in Cincinnati, I've only ever had it in NYC! Staff is super friendly, I'm obsessed with the sauce bar. I actually love that they charge for food waste, which keeps people mindful. Pro Tip: you can order half portions! Everything is delicious every time, I've been recommending it to everyone I know since my friend took me there a few weeks ago. I can't wait to take my daughter here 🥰

Chris F.

Google
I've had Korean BBQ before, but this was my first hotpot experience. I loved it! The food was high quality, and the sauce bar is amazing. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Hands down one of our favorite date night spots! We had never had Korean BBQ and they were so nice to help us out along with keeping everything moving. The food was so delicious and making it was fun! They have a big selection so there is something for everyone! We can't wait to bring more of our friends here!! Stop in and check it out!

Yelp
Legit dining experience. We ate a lot of meats. Sauce bar is pretty extensive - more than I've seen at other establishments like this. Service was fantastic! Our waitress was on it! We definitely ate too much. I'm glad I'm not driving home because I'm about to conk out in a food coma. Strange bear/panda/mickey mouse sculptures by a famous Japanese artist. You can sign it on your birthday. They sang to our buddy and it was awesome!

Yelp
Awesome vibes. Awesome service. Awesome food. Isn't overpriced for what you get. Would recommend 100% for any type of date or hangout dinner

Yelp
I'll be honest, I had no idea Cincinnati even had a Korean barbecue joint. I moved to this neighborhood about 8 months ago but since it is tucked behind most other businesses, it's not easy to see from the parking lot. It wasn't until I read the sign that I realized there was a legit Korean barbecue place here at Hyde Park plaza! I had a friend in town who I have enjoyed Korean BBQ with before elsewhere so I suggested to him that we give it a try. Walking in you could tell the place was pretty clean and very modern! We were seated at a table by friendly staff and immediately the grill was going and they took our order. We had many different types of meats and vegetables with different seasonings. So many different kinds of vegetables as well as good appetizers. It's all you can eat! Overall everything tasted fresh and delicious! The staff was very attentive and overall I felt like we really got our money's worth. Dinner is all day on weekends but if you're around on a weekday for lunch, you can save some money. It's not cheap but it's not expensive either. You're definitely getting your money's worth! Looking forward to trying this place again someday soon.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. Not the greatest meat selection at a Korean bbq place, but still very decent. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly, and I liked that there was a dessert bar with some good options to round things up.

Yelp
Love me some Korean BBQ - We came here to celebrate my birthday because I wanted something casual, kid friendly, and delicious! I am from SoCal and Korean BBQ is pretty much all over the place, so going to KBBQ here is kind of a little bit of a taste of "home" lol.. Anyway!... The staff here was super friendly AND very kid friendly - I love me some staff who enjoys interacting with my little one! KBBQ - Everything was VERY good - the meat selection had a nice variety and my husband and I really enjoyed our night. My favorites were the spicy beef bulgogi and spicy pork belly. They also had a nice sauce selection and sides bar selection.. even though I did not partake to any of those and just ate a bunch of meat haha.. Service - The service was great! Our server was attention and incredibly timely. She also interacted with our daughter - which was super cute! I'm only knocking one star off only because I wish they had more Korean type of appetizers and sides and Gyeranjjim (steamed egg) or like Japchae, etc. Overall - We'll be coming back! :)

Yelp
K Town BBQ & Hotpot was the place that I celebrated my birthday while in Cincinnati. Not knowing the city, restaurants, or what was close to my hotel, Yelp showed me that K Town was the place that I should visit. It worried me a little when I made reservations on the Chinese owned Chowbus website. But, once I arrived, I knew I was in a good place as they seated me immediately. Our server, a young college student, greeted us. She gave us instructions, as if they were needed. They are a little different from the places in California as they are both Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot. It was a little different that vegetables had to be ordered from the server. Our server was great! The food was good for Cincinnati. I was impressed that they served marinated short rib (KTown Short Ribs). The meats were good. Most of the meats and seafood could be used interchangeably between Korean BBQ and hotpot. On the way out, the managers greeted us and thanked us for coming in. They don't get very many Chinglish speaking people from the Los Angeles area. They appreciated hearing whatever Mandarin I knew. I enjoyed my meal 2 birthday meals, both BBQ and hotpot at KTown. It's a great place!

Yelp
First time at this restaurant, visiting from out of town, very nice establishment. The waiter was very friendly and explained the menu for us. Priced very reasonable for the amount of food you get! If I'm in the area again, I'll be returning!!
google avatar

Yelp
I hosted a large group of 18 coworkers for a dinner event at KTown and they were great to work with - super accommodating! Before people started arriving, they worked with me to figure out seating arrangements and set out waters for everyone. My table did hotpot and Korean bbq, which was great variety, but was a bit tough coordinating personally since there were so many options and so many things to cook. They have a huge selection of meats and veggies so this place is great for diverse dietary needs. I'm a big fan of the bulgogi beef - yummy flavor and so tender! They also have a big sauce bar where you can mix your own sauces or grab some side dishes like kimchi or seaweed salad. After dinner, they also have some tasty mini desserts available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'm so happy KTown opened in Cincinnati and is actually reasonably priced with good quality meats. Go check it out!!

Yelp
So delicious. This is the place for sure! We love the ktown special bone broth. They are really friendly and it's everything you want out of an AYCE place!
google avatar

Yelp
The food is fantastic as always! Very clean environment. Patient, pleasant, and polite is how I would describe the staff. We had lovely Natalie today who was very attentive. The price is great! I come here any chance I get! Love it!

Yelp
We went for lunch. It was a nice spacious restaurant. There's a cold bar and a sauce bar to get add ins for your hot pot or kbbq. Those ingredients are free. It's $19.99 apiece. One thing I was disappointed with was that you can only choose one option per table. I wanted soup, my husband wanted kbbq. We went with the Kbbq option since the available ingredients seemed slightly more expansive than the soup options. There wasn't one stand out item. It was just ok. I'd consider trying the hotpot sometime but probably not. Service was kind and prompt.

Yelp
Food was ok. Choices were limited as compared to other similar places in Cincy and out of state. Dissatisfied that only lamb, salmon and others had to be spicey. Only had 1 steak option and it was a giant steak. They give you scissors to cut. What about knives! Service started off good but became horrible. We had to wait a long time for items and had an empty table. Server didn't tell us what he delivered. Concept is great. Liked how he changed cooking surface. Need to off more of soup options for bbq especially seafood option. Also need more of the veggies offered for bbq. I took pineapple from the cold bar. Stupid that you can only put sauce in giant bowl when I want a sauce for each type of meat. Ice cream cups for dessert were a joke (brand, size and flavors). Pathetic to put a sign up $1 for cup to go. Appertizers were good but should be on bar like other places. Not sure why seaweed, noodles, and crappy desserts were on bar. Yum yum sauce was put here but belonged with sauces.

Yelp
Never had Korean BBq so it was a great experience. The place was impecable and the service was fast paced and very organized. Our waiter was nice and she was able to give us a little guidance. I wish they explained better or give you tips on what to order or how to season better. We sat and we got the Bbq side intense of the hot pot. You can also do both! We ordered the different meats and different vegetable. Aside from you order there a bar with a few appetizers, and different sauces that you can use. The food gets to the table fast, since they already have it cut out and stored. My personal favorite was the prime steak and spicy calamari. Also they have this chicken appetizer that is the best. The other meats were okay and not big variety of vegetables. You cook your own meat and serve it, however, it's not seasoned so you can play around with sauces. They also had a small dessert bar which was really tasty. Deft going back to try the hot pot

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place since I think it's the only Korean BBQ place in town and it's definitely the only combo Korean BBQ and Hot Pot Place! The vibe on the inside is clean and hip. Fun upbeat music is playing and they seat you at large tables with both the K-BBQ burner in the middle and 4 individual burners for hot pot. The menu has everything you could want or expect for K-BBQ and hot pot. All the meats, veggies, tofus, fish balls, etc. I was pleased with the quality of all of it! They have a nice selection of soup bases for the hot pot as well, which is awesome. They also have a sauce bar and a cold bar where you can go get any of their large selection of sauces and lots of different cold dishes like kimchi, seaweed salad, etc. Service was prompt and they were very friendly. Pricing was in line with what I would expect for AYCE. You pay 5 extra dollars if you do both the K-BBQ and the hot pot, which I personally think is well worth it. Highly recommend checking this place out, I know I'll be back!

Yelp
Your typical all you can eat hot pot and/or kbbq. I opted for only kbbq. They're doing a free soda with purchase, but I opted for a water. Service was good. Portions are small. But I dined alone so I was able to try 8 different meats before I called it quits. Sauce bar was very similar to other ayce hotpot/kbbq. Love that they had pickled white radish. Left happy and full.

Yelp
This place just opened up so we figured we'd give it a shot. Im travelling from Toronto where we have lots of kbbq and hotpot options and this looked to be one of the only spots that have it in this area. I was underwhelmed with the lunch bbq options. We opted for the hotpot and bbq which was only $5 more. The spicy bulgogi chicken and spicy bulgogi beef could've been better, i liked the plain marinated meats dipped in yuzu (from the sauce station) better. The meat quality is also very weak compared to other places ive been. For hotpot, there was a good variety of options though again the meat couldve been better quality. Its similar to meat you can get from T&T or another asian grocery store. I was happy with the sauce station, there were a lot of options. The service was really nice though, and very patient with explaining the menu and coming back to check in on us, as well as changing the grill when needed. The restaurant inside looks very hip and there are booths for all the seating areas. If i came to cincinatti again I would visit again for the experience, though Im hoping they up their quality more!

Yelp
Ktown is the best! I've been to every hotpot place in the Cincinnati area all the way up to Dayton. I prefer coming here because the ingredients are always fresh and consistent the 20+ time I've even here. Whenever I'm craving food that reminds me of home I get their hot pot. All the staff is wonderful too! They're like my friends at this point :D I have recommended this place to everyone because I love it so much.

Yelp
Everything was fantastic! The food, the service and the variety of differing drinks! It is a lot of fun and I will definitely be back

Yelp
A great Korean bbq tucked in Hyde Park plaza. Clean with great service, friendly staff and most importantly very affordable. Highly recommend the fried pork dumplings and vegetable spring rolls. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good hear. I wished they had Korean Pancakes like they did when I lived in S. FL. a little over a year ago. Just moved here and this is the closest place I found with the Best Authentic Korean Cuisine. Service was helpful for first time guests. If you don't know, ask how things are done here. The environment was great and very spacious where the Ambience creates a social atmosphere. I'm adding this to my list of Intl Food Places I find in Cincy.

Yelp
This was really fun and perfect for a cold winter night. Our group had never had this style of hotpot before so we required a little guidance from the server, and she was great. We all elected to have hotpot instead of BBQ. Next time, I hope to do both. You select your broth and other ingredients from the server and throw it all in the pot. There are two large buffets of spices, sauces, appetizers and desserts. We left full and anxious to return again.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
For the area, this place is excellent. My server was really kind and helpful and the food is fresh. I got both the BBQ and hotpot options and their K Town hot pot broth was great. The service was fast too. The oysters were perfectly shucked but honestly they tasted terrible. Not like they went bad, they were just low quality and ones I definitely would have opted to cook rather than eat raw. They had a nice selection of sauces and the restaurant wasn't too loud. They seemed very accommodating of all different types of people and children. I'd recommend this place if you're in the area.
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
Had an enjoyable meal with family for my birthday. Cooking your own meat is enjoyable but it can also have its pitfalls if you aren't focusing on your food diligently. You should also keep in mind that you need to eat everything you order if you don't want a fee. The service was very good but the ambience left a bit to be desired but the minimalist decor is at least preferable to Applebee's-style kitsch.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
Amazing well rounded restaurant. Has different menu items then in California. Friendly atmosphere, huge menu and a great deal on bbq and hot pot combo, my fave.
google avatar

Ellen C.

Yelp
Great new Korean BBQ and Hotpot restaurant that opened in February 2024. Delicious bulgogi, garlic shrimp, strip steak and very yummy short ribs. Veggie Side dishes were edamame, steamed dumplings, mushrooms, squash etc. You should definitely get the fried rice! Our server Tai was excellent and attentive! Has a full bar, was a super clean restaurant and table cooking made the experience lots of fun!
google avatar

Tuyet Nhu H.

Yelp
Our family loves going out for kbbq and hot pot! We have been meaning to come try K Town for a few weeks now and finally made it in. Our server was so fast and took great care of us. We enjoyed all of the ingredients for both hot pot and kbbq as well. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little smelly though!
google avatar

Eric W.

Yelp
I have never done Korean BBQ or Hot Pot before but I feel like this is a great place to start the experience. They were very kind and explained everything to us. The food was really good and got to try some new things that I have never tried. I am a soup person so I loved the hot pot. The pork broth I had was so flavorful. I will definitely visit again. I would highly recommend this place for a new experience or just for some good food.
google avatar

Christine D.

Yelp
Great food and great service! The restaurant itself has perfect KBBQ vibes, all its missing is the KPop on the TVs, it's as if I were back home in Southern CA! Ever since we moved here, 2 years ago, we've been dying for a good kbbq place. I noticed it's not been popularized here, so I came into this place with minimal expectations. But the food was great, the selections were on point and the people are friendly. I hope they get busier and get more business, because I would love it if they stuck around!
google avatar

Yelp
Pros: Very clean and organized. The sauce station is well kept and appreciate the bold signage around suggested listings. Link to menu available. Booths are roomy for parties. Cons: The overall meat could be better. Our favorite was the beef bulgogi and pork loin. We tried garlic chicken, garlic pork belly, beef tongue, premium steak, Korean short ribs, spicy salmon, eggplant, potato, sweet potato, cheese corn. The Korean short ribs and salmon were pretty tough. Rest were decent. Cheese corn was not great. We ordered all the apps. Dumplings and Spring rolls were just ok. Edamame and popcorn chicken were good. We just did BBQ. Price was comparable with other ones but I prefer the flavor / quality of some of the others. This one shines for having peach soju and for how clean and nice the interior / vibe is.

Stephany S.

Yelp
So delicious! So many menus etc for food and hotpot! Actually I will coming again! It's nice in restaurants and service is so friendly and nice!

Yelp
Perfect. Good luck Delicious Good service The best food ever You can eat it any time when you like
google avatar

Nik K.

Yelp
Food was very flavorful, we really loved it. They have an area where you can get all your sauces and seasoning. Also we enjoyed the cold bar with food items like seaweed salad and little desserts! The appetizers are included in your meal. I really do think you get a lot for what you pay for. Also the waiter was so helpful explaining the process to us. We will be back!

Yelp
I've now eaten here twice, and had an excellent experience both times. The restaurant is very spacious, clean and bright, with k-pop music playing in the background -- but not so loudly you can't have a good conversation there. The waitress/waiter asked if it was our first time, and patiently explained the process. The first time we chose both the BBQ and hotpot (there's an extra $5.00 fee for each person if you do so). The second time I recommended we order just the hotpot, as I found the food just stuck to the BBQ grill. They then ask your flavor of broth, and then you order the ingredients. I was impressed that there was a very wide selection to choose from. There were the expected food options, like the thinly-shaved beef, but also more authentic unusual choices, like beef tongue, quail eggs, and lotus root. Then you make your own sauce and choose appetizers from the cold bar. I loved the selection of fresh fruit there -- I couldn't stop eating the watermelon. And each time I came there seemed to be different (but also delicious) choices for appetizers. Once the broth came, we waited for it to boil, which didn't take long, as it comes out hot. And then we just boiled the food, sharing each other's selections, as they bring enough for the whole table, added our sauce, and enjoyed. All told, everything was very efficient, well-thought out, fresh, authentic, and plentiful. Would strongly recommended it for a fun hands-on, all-you-can-eat dining experience!!!!!!

Yelp
Ate here last night with a group of 7. It was a different experience, but in a good way. We all opted for the regular hot pot all-you-can-eat ($30) There are many meats and vegetables to choose from. You choose one of 6 cooking broths and they bring you a pot full of it to cook everything in. Each person has their own burner with a temperature adjustment. They bring you whatever you want in individual bowls that are sharable. Then you cook everything together as long as you want, so there are an infinite number of flavors depending on what you throw in there and how much. Additionally, there are two separate bars where you can go up and make your own sauce to add to the pot, and also a small appetizer and dessert bar with things like melon, kimchi, seaweed, etc. It was a great experience for all of us. Service was excellent. Great place to eat with friends or a date. I hope to return again.
google avatar

Rebecca S.

Yelp
A fun "cook your own food" restaurant! You have the option of Korean barbecue or hot pot, both all-you-can-eat. We went with the Korean barbecue. There were many different types of meat to choose from, as well as vegetable and side items. There was also a sauces and "cold" buffet area (fruit, Korean salads, kimchi, etc). The last time I had Korean barbecue was in China in 2006 when I was 11 years old; I enjoyed getting to experience this again as an adult, where I could appreciate the culture and authentic flavors.
google avatar

Bob W.

Yelp
Good service. Comparable to the other hotpot on Sharonville. We have been twice and everything has went well. Would go back again.
google avatar

Jonathan B.

Yelp
Love the grilled meats & seafood as well as the hotpot! All you can eat/fixed price! You do the cooking at your table so it's fun. Would be really fun w a small group
google avatar

Joseph D.

Yelp
Great service. Nice ambiance for work, event, or celebration. Loved sauce bar. Chose bbq over hotpot.

Eric F.

Yelp
Friendly service. We were first timers and they helped explain the entire process Great experience overall
google avatar

Tamara T.

Yelp
Very enjoyable meal and experience. We ordered hot pot and bbq. It is all you can eat and you can continue ordering items if you like them. I like that there is a sauce bar and unlike other Korean bbq places, you don't get served foods that you aren't going to eat, only what you ask for.

Kong T.

Yelp
Got an extra star for the service. From Texas, so might be big city bias. Cheese corn was not good. No salad or typical bonchons offered. Quality of their meats are low tier. Meats are sliced super thin and end up just being shredded on the grill. The owner and staff are Chinese and it shows in their flavor profile. It's like they used Chinese sauces to try and imitate Korean flavors. Galbi had an off flavor, tried one piece and no more. Had to season my own meats on the grill salt/pepper garlic etc to get even a smidge of flavor. Underwhelming. Got free drinks and a keychain though for the grand opening.

Ashley H.

Yelp
This place is great! The food options are amazing and the sauce bar is so fun to create your own recipes without the cleanup! The service is great and super friendly.

Linda J.

Yelp
Food is fresh and staff was super sweet! Great customer service, everything came nicely prepared and the meats were easy to cook. You can cook your meat however you like, place was also incredibly clean.

John S.

Yelp
We love it!!! All you can eat hot pot AND KBBQ!! You'll be rolling out of there so be warned. Their sauce bar has the most options I've seen in a hot pot place. Service is great and the food makes you keep wanting to stuff your stomach sick.

Tyson W.

Yelp
From my experience with Korean food. And I'm saying the I have had my fair share over the years. The kimchi tasted like it came out of a bag or jar at the store. Super vinegar taste and was not fresh at all. The Spicy bulgogi had no texture and it was cut so thin it was almost like mush. Very disappointed with my first time through this place. I might give the chicken a try if I decide to give a second try but have my doubts now.

The Powers F.

Yelp
Food was good, environment was fun. Server was friendly and helpful. Had a great time.

Ben S.

Yelp
We are now certified regulars at this point! This is one of the best KBBQ places in the Midwest and definitely the best in the "all you can eat" category. Place is very clean and well ventilated for a KBBQ spot. The sauce bar is great with tons of options. Service is awesome and you will absolutely want to come back. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SUPER HUNGRY. This is one of our favorite spots for dinner in the whole area.

Sydney I.

Yelp
10/10 i haven't stopped recommending K Town to my friends since we went. everything about the experience was great!
