Food and service was excellent! We had narrowed our choices to a couple and asked our waiter Sandro what he preferred. He gave honest feedback and our final choices were delicious. For dessert, we let him choose our dessert and the caramel flan was the best!

First time guest & the food was top tier! Best flan I’ve had, yuca was nice and fresh w an amazing cilantro sauce. Main course was amazing as well. JUAN my server was the start of the show recommending me all the Cuban food to try 👍🏽👍🏽 10/10

A hidden gem I almost missed! I’m a frequent traveler and I’ve passed by Ku Va so many times without giving it much thought. Today I noticed a sign that mentioned “paella” among other dishes — and I’m so glad I stopped. Let me tell you: this is hands down the BEST paella I’ve ever had. The portion was huge, absolutely packed with seafood, and bursting with flavor. Also, shoutout to José the bartender — amazing service and super friendly. If you’re around, do yourself a favor and try this place. And definitely order the paella. You won’t regret it!

✨ Delicious Food at KUVA – Miami International Airport ✨ I just want to highlight the amazing food at KUVA, especially the beans—they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Although I didn’t meet the chef personally, I want to send my compliments to Maximiliano. His work in the kitchen truly stood out. The love and attention he puts into what he does can be tasted in every bite. Thank you, Maximiliano, for turning a simple dish into something memorable. KUVA is lucky to have such talent behind the scenes!

We rarely eat airport food, but today we were hungry so we gave it a shot. Ku-va did not disappoint. The service and staff were amazing. The food was delicious. We ordered seafood paella and red snapper. The portions were large. The price was expensive, but well worth it. If you’re in Miami airport, head straight there.

Lea was my waitress she was truly amazing 🤩!!! She recommended the red snapper 🐠… it did not disappoint!! Her kindness and attention to detail Made my evening!!! I highly recommend you stop 🛑 by for breakfast or dinner… but are Telly truly delicious 🤤 and authentic Cuban cuisine

Excelente place to eat at the ariport, food is good, the best restaurant in the airport and the service is amazing. If you are looking for a place to have a meal, definitely this is the place. Lea was amazing, gave recommendations and perfect service. You can tell is the best place if you see staff, pilots and crew eating here.
