I had a really great experience at Ku-Va Restaurant & Bar inside Miami International Airport. You don’t usually expect airport food to stand out, but this place was honestly impressive. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented—definitely one of the better meals I’ve had while traveling. A big shoutout to Luis, who was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment I sat down. He made sure everything was right and checked in without being pushy. The rest of the staff were also kind and professional, which made the atmosphere relaxed even though the airport was busy. The menu has a good variety of Cuban and Latin-inspired options, and everything looked appetizing. My dish came out quickly, which is perfect when you’re catching a flight. You can tell the team works well together and genuinely wants to give travelers a good experience. If you’re flying through MIA and want a real meal instead of just fast food, I definitely recommend Ku-Va. Great service, great food, and a warm, welcoming vibe. It made my layover way better than expected—thank you again to Luis and the team!

Enjoyed a delicious Cuban Sandwich with a side of Tostones for lunch while waiting for my flight. The Cuban themed decor was a nice touch, but the restaurant could use an update. I recommend this place as the service and food were very good compared to other establishments at the Airline Terminal.

The service was excellent. The food was delivered quickly. The drinks were spot on. Everything about our first experience to MIA led us to revisit again on our way back through MIA.

Food was presented well but not as flavorful as we had hoped. Service was fine, though the server cleared plates and glasses right away, which made us feel a bit rushed. Prices were slightly high, but that’s expected in Miami’s airport. They also automatically added an 18% service fee. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you are passing through.

The experience was better than the food. It was pricey, even for an airport. $50 for a bottled water, a mimosa, and a breakfast plate of just cheese eggs and fufu. The fufu was the best part of the meal, and the service was exceptional! I should've asked for peppers and onion in the eggs as well.

Was a great start to a long weekend to celebrate my cousin’s 30th wedding anniversary in Punta Cana. It started with the service! Chris greeted me with a smile and made suggestions on the menu which I took and my breakfast was delicious. Have never been a huge fan of moro rice but, now I understand why people love it. Coupled with fried plantains and two fried eggs and what a great breakfast. But, let’s not forget the Bloody Mary. Came with a cart so you can add the garnishing you want. Enjoy the pics and bummed I forgot to take a pic of the food!
