Not sure if this restaurant is still here. Tony and Eric met with Fuchsia Dunlop, a James Beard award-winning writer and cook who specializes in Chinese cuisine. They had "lily buds scented with rosebuds, thinly sliced beef shank with chili oil, tea tree mushrooms blanched and lightly stir-fried, prawns served cold with homemade noodles dressed with natural vegetable extracts, noodles hand-cut with duck-egg yolks, braised sea cucumber."

We ordered the pork broth and mala combination hotpot. Friends said that the mala was not as good as the other one that they had previously.i didn’t try it as I don’t eat spicy food. The pork broth was plain. No taste to it even after cooking all the ingredients inside. Price is affordable but I was hoping for a good broth. Pork slices took ages to arrive. It was the first to be ordered but the last to arrive after ordering new items several times. Service could be more prompt.

Highly recommend!!! This is the most numbing and delicious Sichuan hot pot I’ve ever tried in my life. The price is reasonable and very good quality. The staff were so kind, helpful and lovely. My boyfriend said he like very spicy to the staff eventually he cried from that spicy 🌶️😂
