Yelp
So, my friends and I love Cha Cha Cha and although we were sad to see it go, we were excited to see Kuba's offerings. Upon entrance, we noticed the ambiance and lighting was darker but there were beautiful marble tables. We took our seats and we were greeted warmly and took a look at the menu and noticed it had been completely rebranded as Kuba's but with the same exact offerings as Cha cha cha. They were advertising a happy hour outside, but they did not have a physical happy hour menu. The price of the sangria was $45 for a pitcher which I believe it used to be around $35. However, that sangria was their saving grace. We ordered the chicken wings, jerk chicken, & Cajun shrimp, but it definitely was much lower in terms of quality when it comes to what we are used to. The chicken wings were supposed to have a Cuban sauce but they tasted just like soy sauce and they did not look appealing but tasted just very basic. For the jerk chicken we were served a chicken breast although the menu said chicken thigh and it also came with a sauce that tasted just like the chicken wings and no rice. The bread was definitely the worst part of the meal, it tasted like a loaf of bread from a grocery store that they cut into uneven pieces and served it with cold hard butter. Everything tasted like the chefs did not know there was seasoning available, salt less and flavorless. The Cajun shrimp actually came with one giant head on shrimp and other small overcooked shrimp, but it was still edible. Not to mention that we did not get served bread until well into our meal service. All of the servers seemed new and untrained and they cut across our table to place items, but i will get them slack. Our total came out to $115 with half of that being the sangria. We will not be returning until Kuba finds it's place in this area because it is definitely not what we expected or wanted to pay for.

Yelp
This is the old place that used to be famously known as Cha Cha Cha's next to Dr. Teeth, but with new owners and management as a makeover. The cocktails are delicious and all in- house made syrups from scratch (the riki ricardo ) and the service is great, but can tell they're still working out the 'new business' issues. Tried the Paella-it looks small but surprisingly packed a lot in (Spanish rice covered in mussels, scallops, shrimp, calamari). Def. worth a try! So glad this spot is open!

Yelp
Old Cha cha Chas new name. A few changes to the menu but some of the usual options are still on the menu. We were a group of five and ordered the plantains flambeéis it was delicious, you will want to lick the sauce of the plate. I wouldn't judge you. The rice and chicken was really good as well it was almost like a chicken paella. Rice and beans were really good( black beans and yellow rice with sour cream on top). Calamari was good and of course the Cajun shrimp no words for the sauce it comes in; who cares about the shrimp just give me sauce and bread . We also ordered a carafe of sangria plenty for five and a few cocktails; if you like spicy try the jefe picante "spicy boss" didn't disappoint and my sister tried the lavender infused drink called purple reign, it was a combo of floral and spices it was pretty and tasty. At the end we ordered the chocolate cheesecake and a passion fruit cheesecake; if you have to choose go for the passion fruit cheesecake you will not regret it: tasted very tropical. Service was great as usual we were greeted and served by one of the waiters that worked there when it was cha cha Chas he is always polite, attentive, and very helpful as was everyone else. I was disappointed when cha cha Chas closed down, this was our Friday happy hour stop, so I'm glad and excited it was brought back with new name and ownership but kept the same ambiance it always had.
