Kue's Dim Sum House

Best happy hour value in DTLA, and incredible lunch and dinner as well. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Kues on the second night of their soft open, and met the owner Marcus. He is a wonderful host and this has become the go-to spot(at least twice weekly) for our group of business travelers. The food is exceptional and the house cocktails are addictive.

Great start with a proper old fashion...Everything was delicious! But the portions were tiny. The octopus was a single 3 inch tentacle.

Really great ambiance. I only tried the pork soup dumplings and the chicken dumplings. The soup dumplings were very good, though on the small side. Chicken dumplings were not bad, but nothing to write home about. My friend had the citrus chicken and said it was delicious. Pricey menu, but lovely dining experience

Fantastic experience today. Food was scrumptious and for dessert, Sake topped it off.

Even though the pricing in the plates here are mid range ($17+) the quality is worth way more. I ordered their Dan Dan Noodles and after finishing it could not think of a place with a more delicious and satisfying dish that I could remember. I'm skeptical of poke bowls since the trend has brought some questionable options with it, but their ahi tuna poke was phenomenal. Whether you want a good meal or want to bring a business client to lunch, you can't go wrong here. The staff was very kind to top it all off as well. 4 stars instead of 5 only because no place is ever perfect and there's always room to improve, but there isn't much improvement this place can accomplish

Nice new Asian cuisine place in DTLA. The ambience is very nice, the interior is good. The food is amazing so is the service. We ordered Keus citrus chicken and Dan Dan noodle and both turned out good. They do have separate area to accommodate business lunch and also have a nice bar. Recommended for people who love Asian food

Wonderful establishment with equally wonderful staff. The decor is beautiful inside and the outdoor patio is refreshing in downtown LA. The food was out of this world and the bartender made some mean drinks too! Definitely a place to check out!

We looked for an Asian fusion restaurant in DTLA and found this little gem, Kues Restaurant. Valet parking is convenient and affordable. $10. The service is good and all the restaurant staff we met were friendly and professional. Warm greeting, timely service and happy to provide a great dining experience. The ambiance is inviting and cozy. Warm yellow pendant lighting. Clear, glass pendants hanging at various lengths. Somewhat dark but quiet. Very classy place. The star of the show is definitely their food. We were hungry and was pleased to hear about their happy hour menu. Pork belly, edamame, dumplings, salmon, Brussels sprout…EVERY item was delicious and served at the perfect temperatures. Then we had Pad Thai, pepper beef, pork ribs, green beans, fried rice…again, EVERY dish was amazingly yummy! We had our fill but I’m pretty certain I could have had another Xiao Long Bao (pork dumplings). I’ve been told those are the specialty at Kues. Clearly! I could’ve made a whole meal on those alone! We were pleasantly surprised and definitively coming back…soon! Many, many thanks Kues for a delectable dining experience!
