My husband bought a pair of Jordans that were $400. When he tried them on again, he felt they were a little too snug. The very next day when he went to return or exchange them, but was told he cannot. While it says the return policy on the receipt, nobody went over the return/exchange policy with him upon purchase. It says in the receipt that you can exchange, but the worker would not honor it (he purchased these shoes 24 hours ago and hasn’t worn them). If you are selling expensive items, you need to be upfront and transparent about the return policy BEFORE somebody makes the purchase. Please train your employees.
