I came across another review recommending this store in Roanoke and honestly that would be a dream. The niche can be a bit competitive here but I have been shopping online with this company since early 2024. During a trip to Richmond I decided to stop by the store in person and I am so glad I did. The shop is clean, tidy, and charmingly quaint. The two ladies working there greeted me right away and asked if I had visited before. I told them I was an online customer just passing through and they welcomed me so warmly. They let me browse at my own pace while still being incredibly attentive, offering helpful tips and sharing which products they personally recommend. This kind of genuine service and passion for what they do truly sets the standard for the industry. As long as they keep offering online shopping they will always have my business!

I can't say enough nice things about this place! The staff is excellent, the owner is gorgeous, (hi Evan), and the store is always clean and organized. They offer an array of products for whatever your needs or wants may be. With this combination, it makes it well worth the 32 minute trip there that I make every time I go.

This place is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the products are top notch. I’ve been going there regularly for a few months now and could not be happier. They even gave out a free goodie bag on 420. My only complaint is that they aren’t closer to me. Open more locations in the city!!!!

I’ve only been to the store once but was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their professional attitudes. I was pleased with the products I bought and have been shopping with them online since. The website is easy to use and the products are amazing. They need to open a store in Roanoke.

Never tried any concentrate worst than what I've bought here. Not sure if it is even a concentrate: tasted and smelled really artificial and there were zero effects. Felt like I was smoking something cosmetic.

Stopped in this cool spot during my birthday celebration. Very attractive signage, which lured us in. Once we opened the door it was a small piece of heaven. Very neat and clean. Presentation was A1. The customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. We grabbed a few lollipops for creativity and focus, which were tasty and affordable. They offer other products from balms to jewelry. They also have a cold drink station with the cutest seating arrangements to allow customers the chance to sit and relax. Inside a cool strip mall and has tons of parking available. See you guys on our next trip!!!

The staff is always so professional, patient and helpful. The products are also a 10/10.

I have been ordering from this business for about six months and never disappointed. This place checks all the boxes, good products, great prices, prompt delivery and fantastic customer service. I would definitely encourage you to give it a try!
