House-made noodles and dumplings anchor a menu that spans Northern favorites and a few Sichuan hits. Cited by Tucson Foodie among Tucson’s best; regulars love the beef noodle soup and hand-formed dumplings.

First time coming here and I loved it. They could work on the atmosphere a little bit but they definitely make up for it in service and quality of food. I had the Mongolian beef and my wife had the sweet and sour chicken. The portions were definitely generous and the staff was amazing courteous and attentive. Can't really say enough about the flavor of the food we ordered It was just different and amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good Chinese restaurant and I will be returning in the future.

Google
Kung Fu Noodle in Tucson offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for family dining. The menu features a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, with plenty of options for those who enjoy spicy flavors. I highly recommend the beef tendon noodle soup—it was exceptional. I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes

Google
Great service and great food. Portions were excellent and the quality was up to par. I’ll definitely come by again next time I’m in the area. 10/10 recommend coming here for dinner.

Google
Excellent authentic Chinese food restaurant. Slightly elevated quick service style. Staff was kind and helpful. The iced tea was delicious and fresh brewed. We recommend the Green Onion Pancake, crab puffs, cucumber salad (if you are feeling adventurous ask for chili oil and add a couple spoonfuls to the cucumbers as well as some soy sauce) and the peppery chicken.

Google
One of my favorite restaurants of all time, I make sure to stop by whenever I’m in Tucson. I have brought many friends and family and no one has been disappointed yet! Thank you Kung Foo Noodle!

Google
This place has great Chinese dishes. Would recommend to try this restaurant. Staffs always friendly, fast service and clean.

Google
Actually came in to order Chicken Feet but unfortunately they don't have Dim Sum. Our Wait Staff apologize and handled me their menu. I saw Spicy Frog Legs and Peppercorn Frog Legs. It definitely made up for my chicken feet. For those who loves Frog Legs, I highly recommend the Spicy Frog Legs. It has various vegetables which is delicious and spicy. Yum! Also, ordered the Spicy Garlic Shrimp. Also delicious.

Google
Really like the staff here. Not sure if the woman who helped me was the owner or not, but she had a great personality, was funny and helpful. Food is good, though not amazing -- but amazing is hard to find nowadays, especially in Arizona. I liked how the food was spicy and they break up the menu by traditional and American. Also appreciated the handmade noodles. Plenty of parking on the side, front and back.

Yelp
The best Chinese food in Tucson! Everything on the menu is fresh and the servers are so kind. A staple in my restaurant rotation!

Yelp
Omfg amazing! Like amaze balls amazing! I can't gush enough about how amazing my first experience with kungfu noodle was. Pork belly kimchi fried rice 10/10. Spicy oil chicken 10/10. Chinese meat burrito 10/10. The online ordering where I could pay via Apple Pay 100/100. Just sheer brilliance from a store that looks very non descript. I don't know anything about Tucson, but Campbell seems to be where a great majority of food places are. We drove past it last night and my girlfriend said - "oh that place is really good" - so BAM I ordered dinner for tonight the next afternoon. Shablamawama I'm shook! Sold that this may be the best Asian take out I've had in my entire life. Unlike other Asian food places, the food wasn't dripping with oil which amazed me. I love this place so much. Imma name my next dog Noodle.

Yelp
WOW, I am so glad my friend took me here today for lunch. I think I was here a few years ago and I don't know why I've never gone back. Fantastic people to work here. Let's talk about the food so tasty so fresh. We ordered pork dumplings, hot and sour soup, pork lo mein and kung pao chicken. All were fantastic and the price were so reasonable. I need to bring my Wife back here ASAP.

Yelp
Good food bad internet. Excellent egg rolls. Pepper steak kinda meh. I need more characters for this review.
google avatar

Yelp
We ordered C8 Pepper corn fish fillet , C15 Grilled rib shrimp, H4 Garlic vegetables, C18 Sizzling steak BP, D5 Chicken stew, C13 Duck beer sauce, A2 Marinated beef, these are super tasty, a little bit spicy and salty though. The service is slow, too many people I guess. The restaurant is a little bit small, making it crowded during peak time. But the food is so good, so worth it.

Yelp
Foods taste amazing, this is an authentic Chinese restaurant. When you step in the restaurant almost everybody speaks mandarin. You know it is good.

Yelp
Delayed review, dined in on 11/27/2023: Solid Beef and Broccoli and General Tsao Chicken. Restaurant was very clean and service from Angel was 5 stars. Crispy egg roll was better than average. Will definitely be back, great spot for lunch in central.

Yelp
King Fu noodle has been a become a go-to spot for my girlfriend and I when we are craving Chinese food! In the evenings it is often pretty busy which I think is a good sign for the business. They are still usually able to get you in within a few minutes. The food is flavorful and I especially like the chicken lo mein. Great spot for a date spot. We have also come a few times with a bigger group of friends where we all ordered different plates for a family style meal where we then got to try many different plates. My only small gripe is that, unless I am with my Chinese friends, we are not offered chopsticks unless upon request. Perhaps this is a sign of authenticity, but I would to be offered both upon arrival.

Yelp
This was the first time eating in, and what a great experience it was. The food was outstanding, almost as good as the service. I have say this place is now my favorite Chinese in Tucson. Single best item: twice cooked pork made with slices of pork belly. YUM!

Yelp
I've heard a lot about Kung Fu Noodle so when I was in the area I thought I would try it The service was amazing . From ordering ,to answering questions, to preparing and bringing me my take out the workers were so gracious and kind. They were very pleasant to everyone who came in through the doors to pick up takeout. And there was a lot of people picking up food to take home. The inside was cute. Not fancy but very clean and neat. I ordered three dishes chicken Lo mein kung pao and vegetable fried rice. My husband didn't like the Lo Mein , the kung pao was not spicy even though the menu shows it is. The vegetable fried rice was ok. I think the biggest problem was lack of spices. So the plus was clean environment and great staff who work hard to please.

Yelp
We ordered the spicy whole fish and the spicy wok intestine, and both dishes were packed with flavor. They certainly didn't hold back on the spice! The fish had such an intense spice that my tongue was tingling and going numb from the heat. On a previous visit, I had the Kung Fu beef noodle, and the broth was so bland. I don't think I'll be giving that dish a second try. However, their other dishes are absolutely delicious.

Yelp
This may be my husband's favorite take out of all times. We order from here so frequently, they know our name when we call. The service is always very friendly. They have recently gotten so busy, it may take 2-3 attempts to reach anyone on the phone to place your order, but it's worth it. The peppery chicken is a weekly must - so crispy with the right amount of spice. The Ho Fan noodles are excellent loved the mixture of herbs with a generous serving of beef. The restaurant it self is very casual, it's recommend ordering carry-out.

Yelp
Dinner tonight fully earned 5 stars! The House Fried Rice was absolutely delicious, with a nice complement of beef, chicken and shrimp. I am grateful to the gentleman next to me who was eating this dish, which looked amazing and was the reason I ordered it. I was seated right away and served quickly. There are about 8-10 tables inside, and a constant stream of to-go orders. I went in hungry. Ate my fill and still had at least two servings leftover for the doggie bag. Great experience, great food and a reasonable price with NO credit card mark-up.

Yelp
The name of this place is so deceiving! They have SO much more than Noodles and it's Delicious! Authentic fresh Chinese food with a menu full of anything you'd want. The hot pot broth was well seasoned. The Chinese eggplant was tender and had so much flavor. Just so satisfied by the end of the meal. Highly recommend for a Chinese restaurant in Tucson

Joe S.

Yelp
Decent lunch. I tried the eggplant and green bean. I like the flavor. Wanted some sauce with it. Rice was too sticky for my taste
google avatar

Judy F.

Yelp
Friendly service.. first time there.. Liked menu: eggplant n green beans, Lo mein, Fungi , dumplings yummy I'll be going back..

Yelp
What a fantastic find! Pork dumplings and chicken Ho Fan , most an amazing experience. We were the only couple speaking English!

Chevy S.

Yelp
Such a nice place to eat. Good service, great food, and I would come back. The food is nice and juicy. The colors are vibrant. Taste so good.
google avatar

Mikael T.

Yelp
Excellent food. Great service. Highly recommend! We ordered the Chicken Lo Mein, Mongolian Beef, and a Green Onion Pancake. The Lo Mein noodles were thick and delicious, and the beef was savory with a tinge of sweetness. Definitely check it out!
google avatar

Bill L.

Yelp
I see we have an owner who listens. The price on the wontons with chili sauce has been lowered. That's good because my last dine in here was superb... my dining companion agreed. The dumplings were dense freshly made and without overly cooked noodles around them. The main dish was spectacular not greasy and still crispy when it should be crispy. They are currently tied with noodleholics as the best Chinese food in Tucson.
google avatar

Josh U.

Yelp
Amazing foood! Tons of authentic options! I was very happy with how great the flavors popped!

Yelp
First time at this restaurant. I really enjoyed it and will be coming back again. Had the chicken Lo mein which was fantastic.

Yelp
I'm so happy to finally be able to leave a good review on a place we were able to really enjoy. First off let me say as someone who has travelled to Asia many times this place is the real deal and the food is just excellent. Nothing fancy just well prepared Chinese dishes. Fresh veggies and perfectly cooked noodles you will find here. We had the Beef ho fun noodles (wide rice noodle) which were excellent, smoky seared pan fried with onion bean sprouts, scallions and just the right amount of beef. Met the mark for sure. Also we tried the sizzling eggplant with Tofu. It was indeed sizzling and I think I nearly burnt a hole in my tongue for lack of patience. Flavour and consistency excellent. First words out of my girlfriends mouth "can you make this at home babe". Not sure about that. And she is someone who has an aversion to Asian food...I think this place has finally cured her of that.. Very tasty. We also had the garlic broccoli which was prepared perfectly. Crunchy green stalks with a lovely mild garlic sauce. Healthy! In that vein, when we ordered we asked if they could use a little less salt/soy sauce due to our low tolerance for sodium. They accommodated us brilliantly and all the dishes were flavorful and not overly salty. I remain impressed. Service was very friendly if a bit slow but they were quite busy for a Sunday night at around 7-8. I will definitely be back here the next time we visit Tucson.

Yelp
King fu noodle is the best place to grab some take out for the acceptable food quality they offer. I love getting the beef & brocili, Any lo mein The wonton soup is delicious! Clean food Clean restaurant Employees are always positive and super nice
google avatar

Miranda L.

Yelp
Absolutely love it here! So happy to find great Chinese food in Tucson. We had the 水煮鱼 and dandan noodles and stir fried 上海青 and all were fantastic. Portions huge, save leftovers for lunch the next day.

RH H.

Yelp
My work friends and I come here often and the food is consistently good. We all agree, best most authentic Chinese food we've had in Tucson. Kung Pao tofu is my new favorite. Crispy fried tofu and an AMAZING sauce, it is addictive and you don't even miss the meat. My friend loves the seafood fried rice and pork fried rice. Amazing lo mein, amazing black pepper beef. Eggplant with green beans are so good, even our friend who hates veggies will clean his plate. Hope this place never changes!
google avatar

Shira M.

Yelp
Best Chinese food in Tucson! Clean restaurant with traditional decor. Spicy chili wontons, thin skin, fantastic flavor and nice spice. Green beans with pork SO GOOD! We called ahead and they had it ready for faster service for our airport run.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
YUM!!!! I ate alone so I didn't get to try too many dishes but I can tell the cooking is superb here. I got the eggplant green brown dish which is a must have- so flavorful and the best veggie dish, even better than garlic green beans in my opinion. I also got the beef tendon noodle soup which was flavorful, comforting, and seemed to use homemade noodles based on how chewy they were! ps I'm asian!
google avatar

Katharina F.

Yelp
The food was very authentic and good! The dumplings were filled with plenty of filling. The noodle soup and dry hot pot was also very well flavoured. The service was very friendly and food came quickly. The ambiance of the place was nice. Very clean.

Yelp
This place is so underrated, is got amazing staff and amazing food ! We go there way too many times and there is so many dishes we want to try ! Their green bean pork noodle and spicy shrimp wonton is a must try !! This time we got the , green bean pork noodle, pork rib and shrimp pot ( really really spicy ) but I think you can ask for it to be cooked mild, spicy shrimp wonton ( perfect amount of spicy ) garlic vegetable ( the best ) Eggplant , XO seafood fried rice ( we get this dish every-time) Spicy wings (so yummm)
google avatar

Erick D.

Yelp
The food here great, but that's the gamble of strip mall Chinese food. This place has many authentic Chinese dishes full of spice and flavor. As I understand this is Cantonese food per their Facebook page? I had the spicy pork dumplings and the beef tendon soup. Both of which were great. I ordered take-out and it was well done. Definitely try this place out if you're looking for good Cantonese food.

Yelp
I always love finding somewhere that serves good Szechuan. Snug restaurant in a small strip they have nice decore and were almost completely full on a Monday night! The staff was very friendly and checked on us a few times even though they had 3 large(10+ ppl) families sat at the same time. Plate after plate of food went by everything was a good serving. Cumin Lamb - 15 Just so insanely good. If you know, you know, if you don't, try it. Fresh, light, teasing. My favorite Cumin Lamb in recent memory. Pork, shrimp, chive, dumpling- $12 Solid staple Dumpling. They were full and had large chunks of shrimp. This type of food always leaves me feeling uplifted and excited.
google avatar

Thao N.

Yelp
I was craving Asian food and the Szechuan restaurants in the area seemed to have the best reviews. Yelp did not steer me wrong. I tried the cold marinated beef appetizer and the cumin lamb. Both were excellent. I came in on a week night about an hour before close, so it wasn't busy. Service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely return next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Madelynn F.

Yelp
Ordered to go here on a Sunday night. Food was hot and fresh. We had the lamb rice, general tso chicken, cabbage pork potstickers, and chicken egg rolls. The general Tso chicken was delicious and cooked/breaded well. The lamb fried rice was delicious with the Right amount of lamb chunks throughout. The potstickers were dry and I didn't like the sauce they came with (also the sauce was not enough for the amount in the order, it was 6 or 8 in the order. I didn't count before eating) The chicken egg rolls were good. I'd definitely come back to try more items on the menu
google avatar

Forest L.

Yelp
Food: very blend; quite disappointed as Yelp reviews w this many ratings usually are fairly accurate. Had the Kung Fu Beef Noodles Spicy, soup was very blend and not much flavor; didn't even bother to ask for salt; Spicy & Salted chicken wings were not good at all, and the meat was not fresh, you could tell that it was likely close being spoiled; the spicy shrimp wontons were decent, but again the sauce was on the blend side. Service: the waitress was very nice/kind; she noticed I didn't eat much of the noodles, and asked if the food was to my liking; there was nothing she could've done so I just smiled and said it was ok. The wait for these three items took 45min; I'm hoping that this is just a off night for the restaurant or maybe the chef called in sick? Food was so subpar, I would not come back to this place for a second chance; if Noodlehoics' spicy beef noodle soup/spicy wontons/spicy chicken wing had a rating of 9, food at this place deserves a 2. I don't usually write reviews on Yelp, but was really disappointed...
google avatar

Nicole B.

Yelp
I was told that Kung Fu Noodle has some of the most authentic Chinese food in Tucson, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! This establishment offers a variety of dishes, including ones for the adventurous spirit (we tried the spicy frog legs) as well as comfort dishes (delicious fried rice and lo mein). The prices are reasonable and there are ample choices for every kind of person! I'd say this is a great option for a mid-week takeout order.
google avatar

Steve W.

Yelp
We have visited here on several occasions and well worth the trip. We have Asian friends tell us about this restaurant saying it's as authentic as you can get. The chicken and shrimp hot pot soup was incredible and with complex flavors. Slightly spicy and a bit mouth numbing gives this dish another level of yummyness. My first time having Lotus Root a crunchy root tuber. Look for a photo of a lotus flower and this is the tuber you're having. We also had shrimp dumplings what interesting flavors as well. A mild hint of heat in your mouth. Come visit you won't leave disappointed! When in the area this is
google avatar

Edgar A.

Yelp
The BEST Asian restaurant in town hands DOWN ! They're always super friendly and the food is always on point . I recommend the peppered chicken (Spicy) , beef lo mein , veggie fried rice
google avatar

Aaron L.

Yelp
Small spot in a strip mall but with clean interior. Extensive menu with many tantalizing options. I opted for the kung-fu noodle beef soup. Tasty beef broth with numbing sczhezuan spice. Noodles were satisfyingly toothsome. Beef was tender. Wish they added more bok choy and bamboo shoots.
google avatar

Charlie A.

Yelp
Hands down this is one of the best or the best Chinese restaurants in Tucson. Mapo Tofu here is the best I have had anywhere. This place is truly a blessing to the community.
google avatar

Brittney C.

Yelp
This is my third time eating at this place and all of our food had been delicious and authentic. Not your average Chinese restaurant! It's makes you want to try all sorts of dishes. Food comes out hot and fresh every time. I highly recommend you give it a try!
google avatar

Bob O.

Yelp
The best in tucson for real Chinese food. Always consistent with a large amount of options.
google avatar

Dewayne P.

Yelp
The beef noodle soup here is very good. Remember soup is all about the broth and here it makes you feel very homey and relaxed. Like you're eating something someone made you with love. The beef is tender, and the bok choy is conveniently pulled into bite sized pieces. The lady serving me was exceptionally nice even when I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to drink. I will definitely be back here again.
google avatar

Blanca D.

Yelp
Friendly service. Has great food options. And a cute place to take the family to eat! :)
google avatar

Gail L.

Yelp
The flavors here are incredible. I had the best mu-shu pork I have ever had, and the BBK pork lo mein I keep ordering because it is so good. The ingredients are high quality and the menu is quite extensive and includes authentic Chinese dishes like frog legs and pork belly. They have a section on the menu called "American Chinese" for the less adventurous with dishes you would find at any Chinese restaurant. I want to try so many of their dishes so I try to go once a week. Highly recommend!!

MyDuyen T.

Yelp
Fantastic service and food. I liked the BBQ fried rice the best. They have plenty of choices to pick from for everyone too.
google avatar

Ilianna C.

Yelp
The service is friendly and accommodating. We went when there weren't very many people in the restaurant but the place is relatively small but homey. We ordered the lo mein and some sweet and sour chicken along with egg rolls and dumplings. It was all very satisfying. I'll be back to try some of the soups that I saw so many around us ordering.
google avatar

Albert H.

Yelp
Staff was very friendly but food was pretty terrible. Got a duck dish that was just full of small shards of bone, literally inedible.

Esther R.

Yelp
Really good. I like that it had authentic as well as Americanized Chinese food choices. I've ordered from them and so far everything has been flavorful from the Lo mein, to Wonton soup. Those plates were wonderful. I loved the shrimp with mango sauce but the last time I ordered it was no longer in the menu. Other plates I ordered: chicken with curry sauce- good, green beans with pork-very flavorful and very spicy. I am a medium spicy person so I picked out some of the red chili pieces and then it was fine. Next time I will request if they put less of the chili prices for me. I noticed a couple of reviews said the food was bland but for me the food was more delicate and complex than other Chinese restaurants. Beef with broccoli-very good, grilled eggplant- good. I plan to go back and try other plates. Can't wait. The restaurant itself is a bit small but the staff is friendly.
