It doesn't come close to the spring mountain location. I'm very disappointed. I spent $19 on 3 teas, and when I got home, it was a real letdown. I called to let them know, and the employee on the phone was less than helpful. She was very defensive offered. I came back to replace them, but given its over a 30-minute drive for me, I said no. I asked her to give me a future discount instead , that I didn't want my money back just some offer for future use.
She kept being defensive, and instead of owning up to the idea that she made a bad batch, she said , "Well, no one has complained today." That's when she lost me. I was not looking to be a Karen, just to keep me a customer. I wanted to try my drink before driving away, but I had asked for a hot drink. That tea was so hot. I'm sure it was over the safety standard for hot drinks. I figured it'd be good to drink by the time I was home. I am so annoyed because for 10 years, I've drank the same dang tea, and it just doesn't hit the spot. 🤣 good luck in the future, maybe hire employees who do not take a complaint personally.
