With all the other boba places available, I would pass on this place. It is extremely Americanized, so it’s overly sweet, light on flavor, and pretty generic. My first clue should have been that it’s a chain in a mall kiosk. I tried my default boba, a Thai milk tea. If I were blind folded and asked to guess the flavor, I would have been lost! The server didn’t seem to like his job, so all in all, it was not a very positive experience.

Ok, so I'm here now! The staff immediately greeted me when I walked in. They were friendly. They walked me through my order with patience. (If you have read any of my other reviews you know it takes me a long while to order. I ended up with almond milk tea with bubbles! Yes! Score! I like that you can customize your drink easily with warm or cold, more ice or less, and sweetness level.

Amazing milk tea. Finally something what taste like bubble TEA. Customer service was superb. They even mixed custom flavor I requested. It was really good. Prices are really good knowing it's on the Strip. They are located at shopping center's food court on 3rd level.

Got there a little before it opened and they still were happy to serve us. I got the WOW milk cocoa creme since I'm lactose intolerant. It was a very nice treat. It was midday treat. Worth the money.

We ordered a strawberry slush and a passionfruit green tea. Both drinks tasted great. Service was quick as well.

We loved it here! Cute cups with Kirby on them and the drinks were very good. In the Fashion Show Mall food court (3rd floor).

Loved it. Had the Taro 30%. Young man who helped me was a sweetheart. Black hair with a ponytail.

This place is great! They have a good mix of more traditional and fun flavors. The most unique thing is that this brand has sweetened boba balls which I’ve never encountered anywhere else. It makes a huge difference if you’re someone who doesn’t like super sweet drinks because you can get the drink with less sugar and the balls don’t feel bland. They are consistent, yummy, and don’t have overcooked boba balls :)
