Decent spot with fairly quick service. Only got bubble tea but there are a few hot food items in the menu as well. Lots of seating with a couple gatchapon and crane games in the back. Was very warm inside when we went, not sure if the AC wasn't working out something.

This place just opened. Nice staff. I got a large mango iced tea with boba. It was $7.71 It was very tasty but honestly not worth almost $8.00. in my opinion they put a lot of ice in the drink. I will most likely be back to try other drinks. The boba tasted really good.

Very cool spot, good energy. Art work on the walls outside and in, a nice touch! Kung Fun Tea is a chain so you know what to expect every time- and that is a delicious experience. Easy parking on the street and in the lot right outside.

The price gets pretty pricey, especially when you add tapioca pearls (pearls are NOT originally included 🥲) However it allows to control the sugar level and milk content, gives a variety of different options to customers with different tastes. It was a quiet, clean, perfect place for those who like to study or spend time alone. Cute lofi jazz-ish music in the background. I enjoyed my time here👍

Literally the nicest people & good drinks! I just ordered for pickup and didn't grab a straw and the employee literally chased me outside with a straw to make sure I could properly enjoy my drink :) 5/5 stars thank you for always being so nice & welcoming!

So happy that Kung Fu Tea opened in the neighbourhood. We like getting the tea with less sugar (30%) and less ice. The service has been very friendly and quick. They are newly opened so hope they have a lot of success!

I visited this place at the closing hour and ordered Taro milk tea. I did not find it up to the mark and visited the store back after closing. Dave and Dan explained me the process, and made me a new drink. Very kind and helpful people! And good drink!

Google
The passionfruit tea with mango bubbles is absolutely amazing. I’m not sure why this place isn’t more busy because every drink I’ve had is phenomenal and even the food they serve is delicious.

Yelp
A stone's throw away from the bustling nightlife on Milwaukee Ave. and restaurants on Division Street, this Kung Fu Tea is the perfect place to hang out and sip on some boba. As with other KFTs, they offer a wealth of drink options (milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, coffee, etc.) and toppings (all the basics: boba, grass jelly, popping boba, etc.). What makes this location special though is the seating: it's the largest KFT I've been to, with maybe 20 tables and ample space between them. My go-to orders: - black milk tea (which is an earl grey tea) - green milk tea - Thai milk tea The tapioca pearls are quite consistent - I've been here a ton and only a couple times have they been less chewy than I'd like. It's near impossible (and a lot of work) to have a 100% rate of perfectly chewy tapioca so I get it. The staff is also really friendly. Misordered once and they immediately rectified the issue. Customer for life right here!

Came here while visiting Chi Town. I tried a bubble tea and it was so amazing. Customer service was good

Yelp
King FunTea in Wicker Park is a beautiful spot!! It deserves more attention. The service was extremely polite, and fast!! The product tastes amazing. As a boba connoisseur, I approve!!! I have seen worse prices, and it is still tasty. The only thing, they didn't have any toilet paper but that's not a big deal.

Yelp
Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting... wait, everybody was? That's a lot of kung fu, as well as a lot of fighting. Can't we all get along? Has everyone gone mad? Speaking of madness, what was I saying? Something about kung fu. Oh yeah... (Cough) Kung Fu Tea is good and not a single fight broke out, which is what I do wish for everywhere I go. It's big and clean and kind of bland inside. Sometimes it's too warm when you dine in, so, buyer beware. Ginger Milk is tasty and has that refreshing bite of ginger that I love. Creamy. Tapioca pearls were fresh and soft. They're a decent chain and this is a good location.

Yelp
Omg WHY DOESNT THIS HAVE MORE REVIEWS!! I just went here after getting off Division blue line. I ordered the Yogurt Green Tea Boba tea and it was the best one I've ever had, I love Yakult SOOO MUCH. It's like a milky probiotic drink but so tasty I drink them every day. So obvi I'll be back and get this anytime esp on a hot day. Team working was super nice and only took 3ish mins to make so super quick and no line. Love this location, so clean, big and would be a ton of fun to come to with friends for a cafe weekend They even have some board games!! Please come here w friends and family, I wanna see this place thrive.

Yelp
Another Kung Fu Tea! I came here during their soft opening where they were offering one free standard topping. I'm so happy they opened another location in Wicker Park since the closest ones (not even really close) to the loop are Chinatown and Argyle! This one is right on Division/Ashland/Milwaukee. The space here is actually really big! They had about 20 tables with plenty of chairs. My go to order is the Thai Milk Tea, no sugar, less ice, with Bubbles! My drink was good, just like how it is at any other Kung Fu Tea. I'm excited for when Yasubee eventually opens up!

Yelp
I am always surprised that they are not busier. Simple, efficient place to get boba fix with an extensive menu and friendly service. 10/10 will come again.

Yelp
My favorite new place in the city and my wallet's least favorite place in the city. I love boba tea in general, and this place is awesome..:would go a couple times a day if I could. The staff is all great, the tea comes out pretty quickly, and they have a nice variety of teas to try, whether traditional flavors or sweet flavors, iced or slush, fun toppings, etc. I am addicted to the Mango Snow - it is the best!!

Yelp
There is a deal right now that they have online and the deal says you can only get it if you order through app if you order a Mangonada. I order it though the app but the deal did not work. I called and they would not honor it saying I have to pay through the app to get the deal. I paid through the app and still did not get the deal and even showed them in the store how this deal does not come up on my app and as they can clearly see I paid for all 3 of my items and the deal did not work. I unfortunately had to leave to go to an appointment after I got my items, explained and showed them so I ended up paying no matter what. The deal was not honored. Unfortunate because this was my second time coming back to this and this was a turn off for me as a costumer I really liked this place but this is my last time going there.

Yelp
Good boba tea. They've remade my drink when it hasn't been to my liking which is super nice. 4/5 though since it doesn't compare to some of the La boba store chains in terms of flavor combination or specialty foods, and the interior could use a bit of wiping down (tables with crumbs and such).

Yelp
Newly opened Kung Fu Tea right by the Division Blue Line. I used to drive to Chinatown location for boba, huge traffic during the day, now I can just get it from this location. Huge area with many seating and games to play with friends. I heard they will also be adding a ramen shop in the store soon, something to look forward to. Great addition to the neighborhood!
