Nura Hummusiya Is Open in Portland, Maine, and Other New England News | Eater Boston
"A Taiwanese fried-chicken chain expanding into Nashua that often partners with a bubble-tea brand, offering a menu of fried-chicken options plus sides like crunchy cheese curds and shishito peppers and a signature item called the kwa kwa bao—sticky rice filled with mushrooms, wrapped in chicken skin, and fried." - Dana Hatic
A bit sad they took the TKK Chicken out, but the food here is just as great! The tofu spring rolls were perfect and fresh. My husband ordered the Banh Mi and really enjoyed it, whereas I ordered the vermicelli bún and loved it.
We will definitely be coming back here again.

Updated review as of 3/29/2025, For me the TKK chicken sandwich was what kept me coming to this location however that is no more. They now have Vietnamese offerings such as Pho and Banh Mi sandwiches. I had high hopes as Banh Mi was a missing staple in NH. Unfortunately i have to retract a star as the food was pretty average. The only thing that stood out to me were the spring rolls. The Saigon banh mi was average with what i would expect. The bbq beef was very tough. For $17 the Tai nam pho was lacking a bit of meat and the pho noodles were over cooked so they were too soft. The soup was ok but needed to be skimmed as there was a noticeable fat layer. However the ingredients were fresh.

The Vegetarian Pho is AMAZING. This is the only restaurant in the area that truly knows how to make it. It is loaded with all sorts of good stuff -- and not tofu (I don't like tofu). And the broth is the best around. I HIGHLY recommend Pho Viet to everyone.

5 star for the owner, the newer guy who thinks talking to customers negatively and combative, .00001 star. Aggressively said “next time we won’t do that if she’s isn’t here” *looked like he was going to cry… ok buddy relax you aren’t winning any awards with that attitude. 10 stars for the lady who owns it though and other workers, she’s wicked nice and good food. Hope you have a better day buddy boy ❤️

Devastated that there's no more fried chicken here, BUT THE BAHNMI IS A HIT🎉🎉🎉
We got 1 of each (excluding vegetarian) and they were all equally delicious! Bahnmi coldcut is truly the classic. Cha-lua was ok. The BBQ pork/beef overpower the do-chua; but it makes me eager to try it in their vermicelli bowl. All of them were too heavy with the mayo, and not enough do-chua but that seems completely customizable for next time👍
VERY happy to see a local bahnmi ☺️☺️ thank you for opening! Must return to try their dacbiet!

I'm so glad to find a legit banh mi place! It's not a boogie $16 one, but a true cheap and delicious sandwich with fresh ingredients. Also, their Vietnamese iced coffee is no joke. Will absolutely be going back.

REALLY GOOD! I got the strawberry boba with the mango popping balls, AND I LOVE IT! Also, they got rid of the chicken. Really good, 💯 AMAZING
