Food is good overall. Has variety of American sushi I’ve never seen before.Portions are tiny. At least they use Real Wasabi, most sushi places use fake. Customer service is poor. Took longer than 5 minutes to even greet us and others waiting. 50% full seated. No eye contact or even a “hello, we will be with you shortly.” They need training. There is not even wait seating. We just stood there like dummies. Vibe feels busy and loud. Gimmicky robot that delivers your beverages. Touchscreen ordering system and conveyor belt delivers food. Interior looks great. Nice seating and clean. We just came for “the experience” We would never come again though. I wish all the best! -2⭐️ Tiny portions and Over Priced

The only time I ever had a full sushi dinner and was still hungry at the end. Sushi was definitely higher quality than the standard conveyor belt sushi dive, but portions and prices were not good. The seared scallops and amebi shrimp were especially delightful. Service is terrible beyond what can be automatic ordered and delivered. We had to track down a human waiter multiple time before we could get Wasabi for our Sushi. I'm sorry, there needs to be Wasabi available before my first dish arrives. We never did get our water we repeatedly asked for. Overall experience is fun for children choosing their own food, but needlessly expensive and complicated. I will still stick to nearby Akira Sushi for kid friendly conveyor belt sushi, and if fancier sushi is needed then Bamboo Sushi or truly exquisite Yuubi Sushi. The need to use the Kura App to make a reservation, but still have to wait 30min is pompous and not earned by quality, quantity, or ambiance.

It was very much overpriced. It’s $3.95 per plate and most of the plates, there’s only 2 pieces of sushi. The most I’ve seen was the basic california roll with had 3 pieces. We came for the experience not for the food. For 4 people, our bill was $145. We had 22 plates, 2 ramen and 2 plates (the tempura vegetable plate). Good chance we won’t go back.

First time here. Very good food, though smaller portions than I'm used to from other comparative places in the area. That's not a huge deal because the quality is there. It's just a different price point than other places. Visited on a busy night, with no more than a 15 minute wait. They were having to wash cups for drinks, but as time went on we didn't know that and had to ask where they were. There was also some confusion on how to seat 6 of us, and the server was nice but didn't outright say there isn't a good way to do that here. Plan to be no more than 4 people, or be split up between separate booths, or wait for the bar. Personally, I feel that keeps things moving. Food was great. Selection on the track was great. Ordered hot food was nice and hot. We will go back, but it's more of a once and a while experience.

Goods news is that this is the best sushi and quality by far. Everything is clean and organized and fast ready for you. The robots are awesome and helpful in bringing sauces and drinks out. The custom order is quick and convenient. They have a prize system to encourage finishing all your food. 15 plates you get a prize but I don’t think custom orders or some plates don’t fit in the box towards the counter. The only bad side is once you try this style and place you won’t be able to eat at another sushi place again only this one!

Worst Kura I’ve ever had. The food is not good, the salmon has no fat, the shrimp is not fresh, and smells. The cleanness is bad, I ordered a desert and I come with some mustard on the edge. Hard to tell if it’s not cleaned or other people touched it. The service is not reliable, ordered a lemonade, nothing arrived but the checkout terminal said it’s arrived. Overall a bad experience, avoid it if you can.

There were a lot of items missing on the menu or not available. The quality of the food i would say hit and miss. One roll can be different by who prepare it. If I order a Uni roll, the amount of Uni will be less than my friend order 3 mins later. It is not consistent, but overall, it is a good experience. I would come back, but not as much cause I feel like some of the dishes are a bit over price for conveyor belt type sushi. All the hype was for me to go out and experience it for myself. Everyone have their own experience and opinions.

03/14/2025 (Fri) This is the first branch of a popular conveyor belt sushi chain from Japan, now in Oregon. The restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff provides clear explanations on how everything works for first-time customers. The sushi portions are not too small, and most items are priced at a straightforward $3.95. However, it feels overpriced when the cheaper items like egg and cucumber are priced the same as premium ones like scallops and hand rolls. It's nice to see a variety of traditional Japanese nigiri options on the menu. We tried a range of dishes, including Tonkotsu ramen, Tan Tan noodles, scallops, uni, salmon, and eel, along with more than 10 different kinds of sushi. The ramen was a bit disappointing, and the Tan Tan noodles were too salty, with the miso clumping at the bottom and lacking the typical sesame flavor, making it hard to consider it an authentic Tan Tan noodle dish. The other dishes were decent, but there was an attempt to be unique by adding oil to the sashimi, which I think could be avoided in favor of a more natural presentation. The Taiyaki was also overly greasy with sesame oil, and it left me feeling too full. It didn’t need that much oil. We didn’t have any alcoholic drinks, and with a total of $76.55, we didn’t feel very satisfied. Next time, we’ll be more selective with our order. 04/04/2025 (Fri) We enjoyed udon and ten plates of nigiri—just the right amount for a light evening meal.
