スタッフさんがみんな明るくて、ノリツッコミしていて、お笑い劇場みたいでした(笑)
目の前で食材を捌きながら素敵な料理を提供してくれて楽しいです。
ただ、かなり量が多いので、残したりして調整しながら食べてください。残したものは、最後に全部お弁当にしてくれます。
7月あたまくらいに行きました、その時期はハモやすっぽん等の食材を使った料理でした。時期によって価格もメニュー(食材)も違うみたい。
でもキャビアがたっぷり乗った素麺は毎回出てきます。これが本当に本当に美味しくてお気に入り!他のお店では食べられない唯一無二の味です。卵を選べるのも楽しい♩
お米も2種類くらい出てくるので、お腹いっぱいで苦しいくらいです。お弁当にして次の日食べれるのが嬉しすぎて、幸せです。
