Staff was very helpful and store has so many fun and fashionable items. New purple Elizabeth line in purple is so cute. Sale prices for bags here are better than USA but boots and shoes are better sale priced in the USA. If I had more money to blow I’d buy the whole rhinestone cold cup that was black with colored hearts! Magnificent I just need it to go on sale now

5* for the brunette young lady (with glasses I think) at the shop- she’s the reason I purchased more. What ruined the experience was the blonde lady. She was absolutely miserable, was pissed off from the get-go and couldn’t be asked to answer simple questions. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you don’t like human interaction. Her demeanour was appalling. Went on 18.11.24

Went into store with my mother and son today. I was looking around for a gift for my wife, whilst my son was in the care of his grandmother. My son is about to turn 2, and like all 2 year olds, he loves running around. After only a few minutes, a staff member approached my mother and asked her to leave if she is not buying anything, because they didn't like that a baby touched a few things. Does this mean that customers are not allowed to pick items up and put them back down? My son did not make a mess or remove anything from its position. I only found out about this once I left the store and found my mother and son waiting outside. No store has ever had an issue with children in general, let alone singling out my one. I understand that it may not be ideal, but that's how stores work - people come in with their children on occasion. I cannot name a store that has ever asked someone to leave because they have a child with them. I will never shop at Kurt Geiger again.

This review is for staff at Kurt Geiger Westfield White City. I was looking at the bags yesterday and the Indian staff member behind me on Saturday 17/08/24 was getting annoyed and said to the other colleague ‘what is she doing’. I mean if I want to buy a bag I should be able to see how it looks when you wear it and if you are going to be really irritated by customers coming into the shop then QUIT. You are clearly not a good sales person and I wouldn’t want to spend a penny in a store where staff are so unprofessional!

Blonde woman working weekdays I think she’s Swedish. Really rude and unhelpful. I didn’t have a good experience shopping there.she should be fired.

The staff called Simram is really very helpful and kind. I appreciate her service , she was so kind to me and helped me to choose my shoes. I went there for buying 1 shoe but she made me convince bought two. I really like her.

My partner called this store today in the hope of tracking down a pair of trainers that were not available in our local store or online. He spoke to a lady called Sonia who was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. The customer service provided by Sonia was exemplary and I would consider her as a real asset to the company. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you once again for great service

bought a bag in brent cross cash took it back for refund around 1pm afternoon they claim that had no cash later tex me oh sorry we won’t be able to give exchange no g cash like Really!!!!!! £199 the manager in that branch not help full at all possible don’t like black if you ask me.
