Kush at Clevelander Sports Bar

After sitting down we just waited for over 18 mins for a server and no one came. I had to ask the security guard to find us a server. The atmosphere was to youth and as big as that location was no entertainment. The music was upbeat but as hot Miami is they do not have enough fans to accommodate. We ordered a ginger ale and strawberry margarita and it was $34.00; ridiculous. The receipt was not an itemized receipt so I feel like we charged incorrectly to accommodate the dry traffic. I would not recommend/ it’s honestly a waste of entertainment space.

Great drinks! Dj was awesome, playing great music a lil bit of everything Environment was great. VERY NICE LOOKING BAR! We got our pics taken, lady was sweet. Someone threw our picture away by mistake and she had no problem replacing it. Would definitely recommend when in Miami Beach!

The most disappointing evening. My fiancé and I we recommended 4 more people to joining us to this place because 2 days ago we had a best fun and service. Today Friday, this waitress Hailey, was rude and not well train to work with the public. She get upset because we ask for good service. They switched to a different person to serve us. We all 6 order food the same time. 3 got their food quick and 3 we wait the least 45 minutes for our meal. We asked why? No one responded to our questions. We decided to leave and support other places where they need business. My worse experience after coming from LA and have type of service. Never coming back to this place. Came in for some chicken and waffles advertised on ocean drive. Was told by a very rude security guard that I can't enter because I have a camera in my hand... You guys are aware that you are in Miami Beach (touristy city)? Horrible experience. Not surprised the place was empty on a busy Saturday night...

I haven’t had a chance to post my review bc I’ve been busy. But last month, I went to this location for my boyfriends birthday. We saw this place and thought it would be the same as the wynwood location. We love the wynwood location, the burgers and fries are amazing so we thought this place would be the same. WELL WE SUPER WRONG!!!! The most basic food I’ve ever had. My bill was over $75 for the worst food. I was so upset that I wasted my money on this food. It is NOTHING like the location in wynwood. The fries were gross, even the soda was bad!!! The waiter had to bring me 3 different sodas bc it was flat. Just a horrible experience!! The restaurant was empty, that should have been our sign to leave!

I am in total disbelief at the service here tonight. I came on Tuesday and was so blown away, we came back. But if today would have been my first time I would have never returned. It was a party of 6 and only 3 of us received our food. The other 3 waited 30 mins. We planned on getting bottles to celebrate my birthday but we ended it early!! Never again!!

Weak drinks served by servers with their cheeks out. This place has potential but they need to learn how to pour a proper beverage.

I'm a big fan of Kush. I've gone to their Wynwood, MiMo, and Coconut Grove locations. This Kush just doesn't feel the same. I know it's part of a popular South Beach hotel so it gives a different feel. Prices are quite higher in this location and a 21% gratuity is added and you don't get full table service. You order at the bar. There is seating outside where servers take your orders, but inside the restaurants there is no table service. It was empty inside. The bartender/server was nice. I ordered the black bean veggie burger with half sweet potato and regular fries ($18) and a kaptain kush. The beer is $4 more here than Wynwood which was alarming. They forgot the sweet potato fries and didn't bring them until 30 minutes later when we were done eating. The burger was okay, it's usually a lot better and fresher at the other locations. Overall, it was an okay experience if you're looking to get your Kush fix in South Beach. The decor was cool and funky with an ode to Miami.

A** service I can't even believe it, I cleared the table and poured my own drinks. Waitress was high and annoyed at any question, overpriced. Had to ask for a waitress multiple times and for water multiple times The fish tacos were $18, the tortilla was so small it wasn't bigger than my hand

My boyfriend and I were visiting Miami for my birthday the week of April 23rd. We had to stop in there because we are from Cleveland. The place was so cute and inviting. We sat inside and had the best bartender ever Renata! She kept us entertained and we had so much fun! Thanks for making our stay that much better.

I've been to The Clevelander several times, but it's been 15 years since my last visit. We stayed for 7 nights, on this visit...and decided to watch the UFC fights, on our last night, at Kush. I cant say enough about our amazing experience!!! The food was great. The fights were on more tv's than we could count. And most importantly...our bartender Renata was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! Even beyond her excellent drink-making skills...she took to most amazing care, of my lady, who was feeling kinda sickly...after a week of indulging!! If we didn't already have a dozen reason to return...we'd easily come back, to be lovingly pampered by Renata!!! Give that Hungarian angel a raise!!!!!! These are 2 burgers, supposedly medium rare. We have been eating at Kush for 7 years, already experienced their units at Wynwood, Biscayne Boulevard, etc. We never had such a bad experience as today. Unfortunately we don't recommend this location of Kush.

We went to watch the dolphin game today. I was so surprised how expensive the menu is for Bar food. We ordered the award winning frita kush burger. $23 burger plus tax and 20% tip. So over priced. The burger was mediocre at best. The fries that come w it are cold and are not worth it. Kush on wynwood is a much better spot and this location is hurting the brand.
