This was easily one of the best dining experiences we had in Japan. Throughout our trip, we visited some Michelin-star restaurants, and this one absolutely deserved that level of recognition. Not just for the flavor of its deceptively simple dishes, but for the care and respect they show toward every ingredient. They put real heart into what they do. The team is warm, attentive, and makes the effort to explain everything in English. It’s an unpretentious place with a lot of soul.
