We had a great experience at this place. Food was amazing and flavorful. I've been here a couple of times. This is our go to place for lunch and dinner. I ordered Pork Sisig Silog (Pork Sisig, Garlic Fried Rice, Fried Egg), Chicken Bbq and Tapsilog (Beef Tapa, Garlic Fried Rice, fried egg). Good portion for a very affordable price. The pork lumpiang shanghai is a must try. Very crispy and so good for appetizer. My daughter is a fan of this lumpia! If you are looking for some desserts, I recommend their Halo Halo and Buko Pandan drinks. So good especially for hot summer days. In addition, they also have made to order cakes :) I ordered yema cake for my birthday and very happy with it. It was delicious! Great food and excellent customer service! A must try if you are looking for an authentic Filipino Food in West Philly! :)

This place is a small / local owned restaurant, and probably better for having quick lunch because the dining area was a bit small and they use paper plates to serve food, but food was pretty decent and price was reasonable. The owner was the server in this place, and he was really nice to answer all my questions about the menu since it was my first time to try Philippine cuisine in my life. He was also really kind to ask me if we wanted to take some pictures for us together. If you like fried plantains and brown sugar (like me), must try their “Turon”. It was coated with brown sugar, which makes the outside crispy! I highly suggest you to try their "Beef TapSilog", which is one of the signature dishes from this place. The beef was well marinated with the sauce (the sauce was really sweet & salty) so perfect combination with white rice! I personally don't like to eat too much rice, so it was too sweet & salty. If you never tried Philippine cuisine before, you can start from this place!

The food was delicious! I grew up eating chicken adobo, but have seldom had it over the last 10 years since becoming vegan. They have great vegetarian/vegan (“meatless”) options. We also ordered the veggie lumpia and kare kare porkbelly special. Truly enjoyed eating here and will gladly come back if I travel to Philly again.

Great little place for Philippine cuisine. Dishes were homey and delicious. The pork belly dish was especially crispy! It’s a small restaurant so recommend making reservations if you’re coming with a bigger party.

Came here the other day with my mom and we sure were in for a treat. From walking in the restaurant to the arrival of the food the experience and service was amazing. There aren’t much Pinoy gems out here in Philly but if you’re ever in the area please go! I ordered a Mango Nectar (juice) drink , and me and my mom shared the Lumpia Shanghai (pork rolls) and they were perfectly crispy + pairs well with the dipping sauces given. For our entrees we ordered the Tocilog (Ticino , fried egg, rice platter) & the Chicken Inasal Silog (chicken , egg, rice platter). We even ordered some dishes to go! This place is so welcoming & not to mention LBGTQ+ friendly. Super sarap! (yummy!) thank you Kusina Philly we will sure be back! #supportlocalbusiness #pocowned

Delicious food in a quaint family-run restaurant. While sometimes you could wait a bit, the food is absolutely worth it. The lumpia was crispy and the pork/chicken adobo paired well with the garlic fried rice. I will definitely be back!

Friendly and fairly fast service. The food was delicious and colorful! The dining room is pretty small and could fit about 5 small groups, but it’s a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. It was a bit quiet, so playing some music might be nice.

Came here to try something new and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing and the service was incredible. I definitely recommend the fried pork belly, fried chicken silog, and pork lumpiang. I also love how committed the owners are to doing so much charity work by running a soup kitchen every month and also donating. Please check them out!! It’s truly great, authentic Filipino food tucked away in West Philly.
