Being accommodated for a few days in Alexandroupoli, we decided to visit the processing factory and the related presentation shop of the company Kiklopas, which mainly produces olive oil. The company is located near Makri, about 10 km from Alexandroupoli, a 10-15 minute drive. In addition to the quality olive oil it produces, the company also makes honey jams, cosmetics, soaps, olive oil for salads with different flavors. Many of the products have various local and international certifications. The prices are quite high, but, as is known, quality comes at a price. The staff is very friendly, ready to help and answer customers' questions. You can also test many of the products offered for sale. The explanatory announcements are in several languages. We also bought a few products. In the company yard there are several pens with animals, some cute little goats, emu ostriches, etc. If you arrive in the Alexandroupoli - Makri area, it is worth paying a visit to this olive oil producing company.

The landscaping is very well done; it's not just a place to buy olive oil but also has areas where you can relax. You can see the olive grove and observe the production stages. They offer tastings of the products, and all of them are wonderful. They give a small discount for cash payments. Will we visit again? Definitely yes.

You'll get to see how oil is produced, step by step, and you will also get to taste oils made from different types of olives. There's many skincare products to purchase (you can sample a hand moisturizer) as well as olives harvested from the olive mill's trees. It's a shame we didn't get to see the outdoors parts of the mill due to weather, but it was still a great experience.

Get yer olive on. Great tasting olive oil, great infusions too. Must taste, must buy. Take a tour of the factory and see the process. Then walk around outside, swing on a hammock, pet some baby goats and see the animals.

The oil factory with welcoming hosts and extraordinary products. Upon entering the factory, the hosts present the products, the method of making the oil and the history of the family business, all of this accompanied by oil tastings that make you feel the difference in quality and the types of oil made from olives in certain stages of harvest. In the location you can visit the olive grove and you can admire the beautiful farm where some goats grow. Here you can buy olive, olive oil at 0.75 liters, 1 liter, 3 liters, body oil, soaps, creams

Small olives farm with good variety of olives products (oil, soap, body oils). I recommend this location. Also they have a small animal farm (goats, rabbits, ostriches, peacocks)

I very much enjoyed my experience at the Kyklopas farm and mill. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They gave me a tour of the facility and even spoke English for my non Greek speaking family. And of course, the olive oil was of the highest quality and an unbeatable price.

Perfect olive place to visit. The animals, especially the baby goats are lovely… The products, olive oil selections, I tasted all, they are all so tasty and must buy. I also bought the lavender hand cream, it is also so good product. Happy to find you KYKLOPAS.
