It’s located in the building where Aoyama suits is. They had a lot of spices from Peru and Brazil, so I got some aji in bottles, and even dried peppers, can’t wait to try them out. There were also ingredients for feijoada, beans, farofa, peruvian corn, a decent frozen section full of sausages, some cooked empanadas, sweets, local softdrinks like inca cola and Guarana. I thought it was a pretty good shop! Only 4 stars because I couldn’t find the Provencal seasonings I was hoping to get to make Peruvian dishes.

I came here after having lunch at a nearby Peruvian restaurant. Lunch was delicious (it was the first Peruvian restaurant I visited in Japan). I happened to find this place on a map. The entrance was bit difficult to find, you have to go inside the building from the front (next to Wendy's) and use a lift to the floor. Consulate General of Peru locates on the same floor. I really enjoyed it and ended up buying a lot of things: frozen lucuma, cherimoya, Amazon soap, chicha morada, herbal tea, panettone, etc.

Horrible customer service. No proper direction or sign board. So it is extremely confusing. He didn’t pick up the phone when i wanted to find the place. When i finally found the place it was 7:00. And he refused entry The old man at the counter refused to take me in when i arrived on 7:00 pm on dot. These people don’t want customers or what? Never coming back here

The place has some hard-to-find items at reasonable prices: guava paste, corn tortillas, empanada, amaranth, beans, etc. But I went al the way there today only to find that they were closed for inventory. Why do you have to close to do inventory? Can't you do inventory after the super-early closing time of 6p? Or in the morning? Well, if they don't care enough about their customers to uphold their posted hours, then they get a bad rating. It doesn't matter how good a store's products are if people can't shop there.

South American food and everyday products are widely available here. Wonderful!

They had some Mexican spices that aren’t available elsewhere. It’s quite small.

keep in mind this store represents more of the south american latin countries and it’s a Pretty small store. It seems like the people there are more familiar with Portuguese than Spanish so I was a bit sad when I wasn’t able to speak Spanish to someone for the first time since I arrived in Tokyo. The employees were definitely super nice too, but it wasn’t the solution to my central american homesickness that I was looking for.

I used to go to this place to buy South American products very often. And everything was ok until today when they tried to fit three empanadas in a clearly too small box. I advised them to put three of them in a bigger one but they refused and jammed three of them into a too small one. Then when I picked the box up one of the three fell out on the floor. So I asked for a replacement which was denied and they even tried to give me back in a separate box (now!) the one that fell down, which I refused. Of course this is just an episode but I cannot support anymore this activity because obviously there is no connection with the customers. An accident can happen but why is the customer supposed to pay the price when is clearly their fault.
