Yelp
Be prepared for a wait, if you are coming here on a weekend. My friend and I waited in line starting at 10:55 AM when it opened at 11 AM, and it took about 20 or so minutes to get seated. Once all spots are full (they have the honeycomb seating, regular tables, and the bar), you can join the queue at the kiosk desk where they will text you once a table for your party is available.
After being seated, the place was full and it became an hour wait for everyone else.
You are quickly served, but there are certain dishes that do take a while, such as baos (if they run out) and the omurice. The omurice does take about 30-45 minutes, but the servers will tell you this in advance.

Service: 5/5
Wait: 3/5 (busy, it just opened fairly recently so everyone's been excited to come here)
Ambiance: 4/5 (really cool set up, but was fairly noisy. They were also playing Taylor Swift the whole time)
Food: 3/5 (overall. I will give a breakdown of each of the items I ordered)
-------------------------------------
What we ordered:
- Kyushu Tonkotsu Shio (Black Garlic)
- Popcorn Chicken
- Steam Pork Bao Buns
- Tonkatsu Omurice Combo (comes with either the Amazing Lemonade or Thai Iced Tea. I picked the Amazing Lemonade)
-------------------------------------
- Kyushu Tonkotsu Shio (Black Garlic): 3/5. My friend ordered this, and he said the broth was okay. The chashu was delicious, and the noodles (although pre-made and in packets), was fairly nice flavor and had a good bite to them. The garlic flavor was not noticeable at all, though.
- Popcorn Chicken: 2/5. I believe this is not karaage (they did not list it as this), but I would have hoped that a Japanese restaurant would make it similar to karaage? It was a fairly off imitation of Taiwanese popcorn chicken to us. I was also hoping there would maybe be a wedge of lemon to help with the flavor like most Japanese ramen spots would have.
- Steam Pork Bao Buns: 5/5! These were soft, rich, and delicious. I ordered two but only one came out first, but the staff were quick to inform me that it was going to take a while to make an additional batch, since it takes a while for the pork belly to be done. The sauce was delicious and some bites had a nice kick to it.
- Tonkatsu Omurice Combo (comes with either the Amazing Lemonade or Thai Iced Tea. I picked the Amazing Lemonade): 3/5. My favorite part was the tonkatsu, it was amazingly light breading but the pork was rich and delicious. The omurice was fun to see being cut open, and the egg itself was delicious, but I felt like the rice with the demiglace sauce took away from it being an AMAZING dish. It just felt okay for me, and it felt strange since the rice was a fried rice. The Amazing Lemonade was very refreshing - it tasted like a cucumber lemonade, which I really liked!

FOR THOSE VISITING FOUNDER'S ROW FOR THE FIRST TIME: You will have to pay for parking, if you are in the parking garage. The first 20 minutes is free, but it is about $3.45 for three hours of parking. The parking is done via phone/ QR code.
I would recommend people wait for the hype to die down a bit, prior to checking this place out. If you don't want to wait in line, I'd recommend maybe trying to visit for lunch on a weekday maybe.
