Usually a woman's intuition can be relied on--I had an off day. While Monica was extremely friendly and helpful in our phone conversations, I was entirely underwhelmed and surprised with the end result. While I know they are more creative than 1800-Flowers (I was excited to see what they came up with, honestly), the arrangement looked straight up bizarre...and sparse! Not what I had in mind.

OMG. Looking for a good florist? Run now!!! I tried L'olivier Floral Atelier today after searching for a nearby florist and reading the review on Zagat (a 27?). What a joke. Over a hundred dollars for half dead arrangement that Forest Gump could have done better. I am a busy person, but this was so bad I feel it my duty to inform the World! Under no circumstance should you trust your important. They don't deserve even one star!!! I wish they had negative stars as a choice. It still would be too high!!!

Wow, I just had a rough conversation with an individual at this place. I called for a person that was listed as a General Manager and was confronted by a massively rude individual that informed me the person no longer worked there. When I told her the reason I was calling and asked for her name she asked Why I thought I should know her name? No professionalism, surely someone needs a crash course on professionalism.

I placed an order on the website only to get a call telling me that the order could not be delivered that day but possibly the next day if the flowers came in. Really? When I asked why there was no problem in accepting my order or my money, I was rudely hung up on after asking for an immediate refund by a customer person named Alicia. When I called back, I was treated to listening to a tape recorded message on a loop. Beautiful flowers and arrangements but incredibly unprofessional and rude service. Do not believe what the website says and order elsewhere.

Expensive, but this is probably the top florist in New York. They have a best selling book on floral design, and handle the flowers at many of the highest rated restaurants in New York. Also did a White House state dinner. Bring your wallet.

Had my first meeting with them regarding my wedding flowers. They know the space of my venue and helped come up with some wonderful ideas. Can't wait to see the demos. Will update my review at that point.

You get what you pay for! Amazing bouquet that the manager Robert recommended. My wife loved it and said the delivery guys were nice too. Thank L'Olivier for your great service all round!

TERRIBLE. if you don't want to actually send flowers then this is your place. Incapable of going two blocks with more than 6 hours notice. They have a lot of nerve charging 175$ and not even making it there. When called to follow up for the 100th time, the guy could offer no good reason why he couldn't get them there within 6 hrs and was more interested in cancelling the order than working to find a resolution. I could have picked the flowers and walked to the UES from USQ in less time. If you'd like to ruin someone's day, call these folks.
