"On a picturesque pedestrian street in a district packed with antique dealers bang in the heart of historic Rouen, this trendy bistro serves delicate, tasty cuisine. Examples include the catch of the day, savory-flavoured veggies and a hollandaise sauce perfumed with trout roe; tartlet of raw cocoa, frothy praline and caramelised peanut ice cream… The chef’s deft hand can be tasted in the painstakingly selected ingredients and expertly curated recipes that allow the ingredients to shout their name in a feast of felicitous flavours. Meals are served in a contemporary interior and in a recently opened room upstairs. Gracious, cheerful service. Reservations recommended." - Michelin Inspector

I enjoyed this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, not uptight or posh. Produce was fresh and bread was also nice. Dessert was the best :) Was it the most creative dish I’ve tasted? No. But, I can see why they have a Michelin star ⭐️ I would come back here again for a nice, small celebration to whatever in life.

Amazing staff, but the food is not what a michelin star restaurant should serve. The plating was way too simple and looked a lot like a meal at a regular restaurant. The tastes were weirdly combined and the desert was too plain - a simple chocolate cake like one you'd order in a bakery. The food should be leveled up, everything else was great!

A great dining experience! Deserves a mchelin 🌟! Food and wine pairing was super impressive and staff were just so accommodating and friendly. Definitely a great place to dine when in Rouen.

Why does this not have a Michelin star? Superb. Fabulous food with option of sublime wine/drink pairings. Choose 2, 3, 5 or 7 courses (with choices for each) with or without wine pairing (but their wine selection is excellent). Each dish is described in detail (French or English) by the server. They are complex and full of (sometimes unexpected) flavours. Just brilliant.

Such an amazing experience! The food left us speechless. The combination of the ingredients and the presentation were marvelous, everything on the menu was well-thought, pure art and science blended together. The service was excellent as well - so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Probably one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. They definitely deserve a Michelin star (or even several)

Nice and cozy venue not too far from the main downtown area. Food was good, I enjoyed the appetizer with langoustines. The veal was original with the asparagus focaccia. Nice and light citric dessert. Bread was ok. Service was relatively fast. Nice selection of wine bottles.

Wonderful Culinarie experience. Best food we found in Rouen! From starter to dessert everything delicious and well presented. I especially loved the rhubarb dessert. We had the three course menu and spent about €100 for two people including an amazing glass of white wine and water.

Great service, great atmosphere, nice/classy, without being stuffy. My wife and I had the 5 course meal and got help from their sommelier with a wine choice... a great night. We don't often splurge this much on one night but, but it was definitely worth it!
