Pickleball/tennis/basketball players: there are new multi-million dollar covered and lighted courts in the middle of nowhere about 15 minutes from Berwick off Little Neck Road in this dilapidated park undergoing renovation. Playground and restrooms are closed. Roads need repaving. There is no signage but if you drive to the very back you will find a nice 1-mile walking trail around a lake. Pictures in prior reviews are outdated.

This is one of my favorite places to escape the hustle and bustle of Savannah Georgia It is a quiet Park not often busy and it has a mile long walking loop. Unfortunately the loop itself isn't kind of rough shape. They installed beautiful beautiful lamp posts But now half of them don't work And around the lake the mile-long paved trail goes. But the problem with the pavement is all heaved and cracked. I often run there and ride my bike. I'll do several loops just to wear out my dog But I will admit it's very difficult to navigate 🙌 So here's a fantastic update I've talked to a young gentleman by the name of Elmo He works on the grounds And I really want to give him and his co-workers and boss a high five. Elmo has talked about his passion to keep the park clean and really cares about his position and the park I was so impressed when I talked to him the other day for quite a while with my sister and my mother and he really listened to our concerns about the lamp posts and the walking trail I've also noticed a great improvement the garbage is picked up now it's very tidy they just cut the grass on the other side where it's been closed for quite a while and it looks fantastic The park is really looking so much better I even asked who did all the edging because the sidewalks are being edged now and almost says that they are starting to do all of that He said the two buildings that they're putting up is for racquetball and tennis and one is for a basketball court I just want to thank the crew for doing such a great job and I hope the boss recognizes Elmo for his genuine care and outstanding work I know he works with his boss and some others and they all do a great job but I really appreciate it Elmo being so kind and taking the time to listen to our concerns and talk to us he represents the park in a very positive way

Came for i9 Sports and they were absolutely wonderful! Their care and attentiveness for the kids, as well as the friendliness and comfortability shown by both the coaches our kids was absolutely endearing. Would recommend any parent with a child they want to get active to sign up for i9.

Was there today for a walk on the trail. We were able to walk, but there's still renovations being done. It will be marvelous once completed

The park was a wreck. Bathrooms were padlocked. No access to lake and the trail was not maintained. A total waste of time.

If it rains, don’t expect to play baseball anytime soon. They should rename the complex, “The Ponds” if they don’t expect to maintain them over the years. All the infields need clay because they all hold water. See pictures.

Once you get around the roundabout the road becomes full of potholes or very uneven spots. The playground is not only in the woods it's boarded up. (It was when i came a few months ago when i 1st moved into the area not sure if its still boarded up now because i was not about to walk into the woods to see). I haven't walked the trails so I can't say what they look like. There is a garden but I'm not sure why. There isn't a sign to say why it's there. This could easily be a nice park like the one in bloomingdale over by the warehouse but for unknown reason it's not. May 5th 2025 Ok they have done some improvements. There is a new playground. Looks like they are building a new building. But the bad roads are still there. So instead of 1 star i would give it a 3 now

Yelp
This park has: Three (3) Pavilions Available for Rent Eight (8) Lighted Tennis Courts Lighted Basketball Courts 1.0 Jogging/Bicycle Paved Track with Fitness Course Fresh Water Lake, Stocked with Fish One (1) Boat Ramp One (1) Fishing Pier Restrooms Five (5) Baseball/Softball Fields (4 Lighted) Dog Exercise Area Playground Volleyball Play Areas Archery Range Handicap Accessible Thanks to COVID-19, I discovered this spot to mix up my outdoor activities and locations. Conveniently located off of Little Neck Rd, not too far from 17 is this gem. We have been here numerous times now as a family. Soccer and tennis have been our most popular sports. We've even walked a little bit around the lake. There's a lot you can do here, and when we come in the evenings, it's never ever been crowded. And I'm glad!
