Good place to have a nice bubble tea. We went for a lichi juice base and a mango juice based with transparent pearls. Nothing wrong except for quite a bit of sugar which we didn't expect. They have options in terms of coffee and tea base as well. Worth a try but wouldn't go for the juice base next time. The staff was nice and friendly.

I ordered a bubble milk tea. Asked for 25% ice . I was told it has to be at least 50-70% ice . I went back since it tasted weird . They fixed it however by the time I noticed it was too late to correct it a second time ,the cashier made the order « without tea bag » . Very poor managing skills and cashier had horrible attitude. The tea literally tasted water .

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Good boba, fair price. Nicest staff! Definitely the best L2 branch in Montreal. Hokkaido is my top pick.

I just love this place and should have take the card 1 free for 10 drinks as it has been now a while I excessed 10 drinks at this place They have lots of vegan option include vegetal milk options. They do not have plastic cups which is a big step for the environnement (for such places). Highly recommand!

Your employees are making fun of customers. Talking about them after they leave. There is nothing wrong with a customer being lost on what to order, no one was born knowing what bubble tea is, so how about you guide them instead of making fun of them? Service was quick and friendly. They have a good number of options, but don’t overwhelm you. Make sure to ask for “no ice and no sugar”

AMAZING staff. Very friendly and respectful. I walk extra long just to get my bubble tea from this place only (because the "Real Fruit" bubble tea across the street from me are always very rude and refuse to give us extra toppings.)
