L7 Myeongdong

The location is great for exploring the night market and shopping, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast options are limited for vegans, and the elevators are extremely slow. On the plus side, you can do your laundry and it’s not expensive. The room itself had a strange design and was not very functional—the glass shower door opens directly into the room, and there’s nowhere to hang towels. The open bathroom layout felt odd, and the towels were not soft. Overall, I don’t think this offers good value for money.

Everything about this place is top notch. Great food around this area. Tremendous walking shopping zone. Pretty central to many attractions by bus, Uber, or walking. I didnt try the train but that also looks to be a decent way to travel. Hotel has most things you need, due to an initiative to save the earth they do not provide every room woth tool brush. Good food on 2F, gym is quite small, I just routine in my room so w/e. Trying the drinks tonight at the lounge, if I remember to update i will. So far this place has no downsides.

We took the airport limousine bus which stopped very near the hotel. This hotel is strategically located in Myeongdong, near the 12 floor Daiso, a walking distance to Myeongdong shops, a stone's throw away from the amazing abalone Porridge (Seowonjuk). As we arrived at 9.30am, we were allowed to store our luggages and given a tag to claim them later. The front desk is polite and helpful. We had the room on the 14th floor facing Myeongdong Cathedral. The room size is moderate for 2 pax. The beds and pillows are amazing and very comfortable. Toilet is clean but the toilet door opens up to the outside which is takes up space. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided. Paper cups are used instead of glass. Guest can get their daily coffee from the reception area. Hot and cold drinking water is located at each floor. Note that there is no spoon in the room. Other than that, we had a good night's rest throughout our 3 nights stay.

Stayed here for a few days, staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. Room is spacious enough for family of 3, very modern and clean. Highly recommended.. location was great close to bus stops and myeongdong station. Many shops and restaurants around too. Close by to namsan tower too.

Great location. Less noise from the busy streets but walkable to the night market, shops and restaurants. It’s also near the pickup area for day tours if you are interested in booking a trip to nami island or to see the alpacas. As for the room, the design is not practical at all. No hooks in the whole room - just one towel bar. No where we can hang our coats and towels. If you are sharing the room with colleague, friend or your teenage child, you can’t stay here as there is no way you can access your towel or clothes after a shower without exposing yourself. Definitely not a sharing type of room.

We had an amazing stay in the L7 in Myeongdong. We had heard that the area was quite busy but the hotel is ideally located a short distance away from the main Myeongdong area. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was lovely and very modern. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again when in Seoul

Good location and easy access for both airport and day tour bus pickup. A lot shoppings and wholesale market near the hotel. Eco friendly hotel and there is a hot cold water dispenser outside the room for the guests. Only thing I don’t like is the free coffee machine which doesn’t taste good and no creamer and stirrer. Shower gel and shampoo good quality and smell nice. The L7 photo booth is fun with the hotel name on the photo print to keep our memory. Will recommend L7 hotel to friends and families.

The best choice to stay if you want to be in myeongdong area. Excellent location with the airport bus just across the street on the same side as the hotel. Rooms are clean and new. Love the espresso machine in the lobby because coffee in seoul cafe are rather 'weak' Staff are all polite and helpful.
