An excellent choice for our couple holiday. After extensive research, we decided to stay here and it turned out to be a great decision. The concept is very well executed, modern, simple, and thoughtful, while still offering all the amenities you would expect today and more. Service was excellent overall. Special kudos to Mischa (apologies if the spelling is wrong) at the entrance, by far the loveliest staff member we encountered. You get drip coffee both in the room and in the lobby, high-quality toiletry brands, and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, especially impressive for this hotel category. Housekeeping is daily, efficient, and generous. The location is fantastic, particularly for a first trip to Korea. It is not right in the middle of Myeongdong, which is actually a plus, but it is next door to a 7-Eleven, close to Line 4 of the subway, and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants. There are two downsides. The rooftop bar and restaurant were particularly disappointing, at least in winter. The space felt soulless, the service was unmotivated, and the drink selection was very limited. For example, there was no highball option. You had to buy an expensive whisky separately and then a small bottle of San Pellegrino. This was surprising given how well done the rest of the hotel is. It was an important point for us and did not deliver. The other issue is storage. We stayed for a week with plenty of clothes, and there was only one drawer and limited hanging space, so one suitcase stayed on the floor the entire time. One tip: I saw many complaints about the room layout. If this worries you, book a room with a church or mountain view. These have a normal layout with a private bathroom. The basic category rooms are the ones with the open bathroom setup. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily book it again for our next trip to Korea.

The hotel is located at Myeongdong shopping district and near to metro station exit 9, making it easy to travel around. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They display excellent service. I would like to commend a female staff at level 1 lobby (I didn't manage to get her name) who displays excellent service and is always having a great smile towards the customers. Thanks for the wonderful experience during my 7 nights stay here in Seoul! Highly recommend this hotel! 😊

So satisfied with the room stay, location is closed to the tourist street and train station. Room size is good enough with clean condition. Breakfast is good and some dishes are different every day. Definitely will book again for next visit.

We are a couple from NZ travelled around South Korea for 2 weeks, this became one of our favourite places to stay at. The first time we stayed we booked the twin room because it was the only room available. Turned out to be the best decision, compared to the second time we stayed here when we booked a king size room. The twin room had all the facilities but the king size room had a weird set up with the bathroom sink and mirror outside in the middle of the room. But otherwise staff were really friendly, and it’s very close to myeongdong markets, a large 12 floor Daiso, and the train station.

The location is great for exploring the night market and shopping, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast options are limited for vegans, and the elevators are extremely slow. On the plus side, you can do your laundry and it’s not expensive. The room itself had a strange design and was not very functional—the glass shower door opens directly into the room, and there’s nowhere to hang towels. The open bathroom layout felt odd, and the towels were not soft. Overall, I don’t think this offers good value for money.

room kinda of small. breakfast variety not wide. Just enough to kick start the day. there is a bubby cute female Korean staff at the lobby 1 which really lights up yr day!

Everything about this place is top notch. Great food around this area. Tremendous walking shopping zone. Pretty central to many attractions by bus, Uber, or walking. I didnt try the train but that also looks to be a decent way to travel. Hotel has most things you need, due to an initiative to save the earth they do not provide every room woth tool brush. Good food on 2F, gym is quite small, I just routine in my room so w/e. Trying the drinks tonight at the lounge, if I remember to update i will. So far this place has no downsides.
