"Simple is good, but spicy is better. The burritos from this no-frills Colfax locale are smothered with green chile and melted cheese." - Allyson Reedy

We had delicious breakfast burritos. The green chili was absolutely great, creamy consistency and pleasant heat. The coffee was a standout, Mexican style with a cinnamon undertone, think cafe de olla.

Breakfast burrito was amazing! If you get it “smothered”, the salsa is nice and spicy. It was honestly big enough to share in my opinion.

Hot, fresh crispy tortillas. Big meat portions. Salsas are solid but nothing to write home about. Would definitely recommend visiting. Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos were great- crispy and caramelized, yet soft texture. Carne Asada was very dry and lacked flavor. Don’t know if we just got a bad batch or not.

SO GOOD!!! The smothered breakfast burrito is one of the best I’ve had. The green chile is excellent had a a great spice to it, but not too hot! Kind and quick service. The coffee was also really amazing and had a hint of cinnamon. Would recommend 10/10!!!!

Food was good. Beans were pretty spicy even though we just ordered regular beans. Horchata was good. Everything was okay, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again- but I also wouldn’t avoid going there… not sure that makes sense :). The restaurant is extremely hot- there is a fan blowing hot air.

This is an authentic hole in the wall restaurant. The food is delicious! Very very spicy so be sure to know what you're ordering. The restaurant could do with some upgrades. If anything a fresh coat of paint. It's not the most aesthetically pleaseing. place but the food is good. Very very authentic, spicy, Mexican food. Just like mi Ama usted to make.
