Here Are 17 Essential Bars in San Diego

"Saturated in jewel toned lights and high-def sounds, the bar from ¡SALUD! Tacos owner Ernie Becerra blends elements of his childhood with modern mixology led by Tony Roehr. Such a great new spot in Barrio Logan! Loved the cocktails, decor, vibe and DJ booth in the back spinning vinyl records! Make sure to get a reservation if you have a larger group as it's a smaller space and fills up fast. My drinks were Tu Solo Tu (bourbon/mezcal), and His Latest Flame (rum - and they light the drink on fire...fun!) I will definitely be back. Cheers!

So glad I made reservations to guarantee a table. You have a time limit of 2 hours. This place is small and narrow. We got there at 6pm. Our order was taken at 6:15. Drinks came out 6:30 and our tapas came out at 7pm. Second set of drinks at 7:15. We were out by 7:53pm. If they kicked us out after two hours, I would have argued because it took an hour for food to come out. They serve tapas style and offer 14 plates. We got the sampler that came with 6 of the 14. Also added on more skewers. Bummer that they sold out of Chicken skins. The drinks were tasty and strong. Sabor a mi was stronger than cool cat. Hey love was stronger than barrio gold. I picked this place because they have a variety of cocktail options (classic, signature, refreshing, highball, nightcap), great food options and atmosphere. Live deejay spinning 90s hip hop and soul music. All the tables were occupied, the standing tables and the bar had people. The chairs at the table were not comfortable. You automatically sink deep and the table was up to my chin. So both of us sat next to each other on the bench. Music started to get loud and I really had to lean in to talk. Other than that, the vibe was great leading up to that. We were still hungry but our two hour time limit was up and we didn’t see anything else we wanted from the menu. We left to get ice cream next door and Barrio Dogs.

Wow, what an addition to the Barrio Logan area!! Came on a Saturday night, the streets are quiet, but the few bars/brewery are lively and there is plenty of street parking nearby. Walked up and the hostess didn't have any tables for 2 available at the moment and that we can just do the "Standing Room" for now, but she promised us that she'll let us know when a table opens up we can get it. (So get a reservation if this is important to you!) We stood by the bar and we were taken care of once we looked ready to order. Very friendly staff! We luckily go seated, but every angle of this place is amazing! I LOVE the decor inside, so creative and indicative of the family roots and culture this place represents. They have a Live DJ up in the corner and I think you can chat them up and requests songs, and the music was AMAZING. We only had a few drinks, but definitely get the Barrio Gold, Lucy's Love, something Mango! They have some food, but we didn't get to try any. I can see this place doing very well, can't wait to bring some friends here to experience it!

Google
Happened to walk by this place after an event and was really impressed. Great curation, staff, and overall energy. Drinks are a tad pricey (14-18) but definitely made well with high quality ingredients. Highly recommend. The classic margarita was good but the La Charmaine (I think) was even better! Will happily return if I’m in the area looking for a drink.

Great new place! Drinks are expensive but worth every penny. Ambiance and DJ are great, very low key place to chill. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic bar! Amazing vibes and atmosphere where you could feel the attention to detail. Drinks and food were great. Just happened upon the place during a visit but will be back.

Google
Superb experience! All the details done right, ambiance, music, craft cocktails and small food "bites" are perfect. My favorite cocktail, although there are more to explore, is "Tu solo Tu" a creamy, delightful flavor laden experience. The surprising simplicity but additive deliciousness are the olives! Laden with fresh garlic and olive oil, you will finish them off quickly.

Yelp
What a fun place! Visited for early dinner with a reservation on a Friday night. The vibe: it's dark, intimate, records playing, murals, dim lights, craft cocktail and small plates. We ordered a number of the food items. It was too dark to take any pictures but we had: Tacos Dorados- delicious and a must order! order 2 order if you can. Pork Belly Yakotori- good Chorizo parker rolls- too much bread, not enough flavor. would skip. Caesar Salad- ok We tried a couple of their cocktails which were nicely done. Highly recommend checking La Bamba Room out!

Yelp
"para bailar LA BAMBA..." (4.5 stars) This is a sit and chill lounge, no Bamba going on. - FOOD: good - PRICE: pricier than the average - SERVICE: David was an excellent bartender - VIBES: cute, small, dim, retro :: AMBIANCE :: Instead of 90's vibes you see in parts of Barrio Logan, La Bamba Room be giving 60's vibes. Dim atmosphere, retro feels with colorful casino lighting. It's cozy and small with limited seats. :: BITES/SIPPIES :: Nice menu to select from. JUST TO KEEP YOU SATISFIED ($16) - London dry gin, hubiscus, lemon, grapefruit oil, egg whites. Listed under the La Bamba Signature list. This was Light yet a little tart from the lemon and grapefruit yet manageable. RECOMMED SASHIMI AGUACHILE ($19) - local seasonal fish, yuzu tomatillo coulis, radish, Serrano, charred lemon, cilantro. Listed under the Elevated Small Plates. The local fish served was 5 pieces of creamy blue fin. When it arrived it was pretty yet SO tiny for $19. This was yummy but after one bite the Serrano heat starts to pick up in your mouth and then quickly you forget how everything tastes. I prefer to enjoy an expensive cut of blue fin sashimi with less heat. If you enjoy fire in your mouth while trying to enjoy something that expensive then by all means this is for you. SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN CHICHARRON ($11) - crispy chicken skins, garlic, scallions, served in habanero pimento crema, tomatillo salsa, lime. Aka FRIED CHICKEN SKINS. As I heard this is the best thing on the menu. The perfect snack at the bar! The chicken skins were thin and crispy and very seasoned. Okay, maybe a little too seasoned - I did shake off all the red chili flakes because there was too much. These are chicken skins and the amount of salt they put on is sodium-overkill but why was it still addicting to eat even after it felt like I was sprinkling a salt packet into my mouth. It would be much better if they reduce the salt by a half. F* order more drinks to wash it down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place is cool. Will be back soon. JABA APPROVED. Until the next review...

Yelp
Super excited to try a new place , see new murals and try good drinks and hear music Okay street parking around the corner from Salud incase anyone is curious Find any spot it won't be a huge walk because you'll be intrigued with all the extra fun shops near by Make sure you bring your id's because they are checking at the door The music was great and the dj was fantastic . The ambiance was noisy so if u want a loud night this is your place because you will be talking over each other . I've been to a lot of speakeasies this place wasn't it . Felt more like a bar than a speakeasy Food was great . Had the empanadas and the fish plate are drinks were solid with good quality liquor . Service was good and everyone seemed friendly with smiles on their faces. We were seated at the middle circular tables that were near impossible not to shake and the foot traffic made others touch our elbows against each other so we had to tuck our elbows in to the left and right side of us from waitress and servers Not sturdy at all. We had some guest talking to others at the bar blocking the walkway which made it really tight for our table . Kind of made it uncomfortable to have someone hitting our table while we ate and held our drinks so they wouldn't fall one wrong move and something was bound to fall . I think if the middle tables weren't there it would make the place a bit more intimate less crowded In all honesty it felt more like a bar than a speakeasy Anyways if u want to go get a good drink this is place . Was it bad ? Nope not at all . I hope this is taken as constructive feedback for the new business and I wish La Bamba room all the best.

Yelp
Salud Tacos in Barrio Logan has transformed the next door space to its west into a music bar/restaurant. La Bamba Room recently opened at the beginning of this month. The music was provided by a jukebox that plays vinyl records or by a DJ who mans a booth in a corner of the room. The latter was spinning old school tunes from the hip-hop and soul genres when I visited on a weekend evening. The hostess asked if I had reservations which I did not. They can be made using OpenTable, however more than half of the place was empty that night. I hope the staff doesn't discourage potential patrons by artificially holding seats for parties that never show up. The retro decor was highlighted with dark amber lighting and murals on a couple of the walls. A large neon sign with the business name was lit up above the bar. I sat at a high-top table across from the bar. The two-page menu featured a collection of small plates with a blend of Mexican and Japanese influences. I chose an item from each page. The first was the Chorizo Parker Rolls which came as a set of four baked inside a cast iron skillet. Bits of pork sausage and jalapeno cream cheese were stuffed inside the fluffy balls of dough. They reminded me of baked char siu baos that you can buy at Chinese bakeries. My other selection was the Yakitori which also had four pieces in an order. I asked for one of each of the four types. They were pork belly, short rib, lengua (tongue), and portobello mushroom. The skewers were topped with ginger, jalapeno, and scallion. A dip of serrano ginger and yuzu tare was provided as a seasoning sauce. The short rib was the most tender while the pork belly had the best flavor. A listening bar in this neighborhood was an unexpected finding. The music from the DJ was smooth and relaxing which contributed to the chill vibe of the venue. Parking can be tricky as vehicles are known to park in the median of Logan Avenue with no concerns from the local businesses or police. If you are an audiophile and don't mind driving to Barrio Logan, then give La Bamba Room a shot.

Yelp
Had quite a few rounds with friends, and all cocktails were made to perfection. Their liquor selection was quite extensive. Bartenders were very skilled and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations. The music selection from the female Dj that night felt could've been better, especially for a Saturday night. The previous Dj had the crowd dancing and was more energetic... then it mellowed out. The decor was very cool...has an accurate representation of the Chicano community in Barrio Logan with an artistic twist of La Bamba movie. Very nostalgic, personally, since it was one of my favorite movies growing up. Great job! Would definitely go back for another round!

Yelp
Really nice addition to barrio Logan. La Bamba room joins the crew of listening bars popping up in SD serving small, shareable plates and a a pretty extensive drink menu. We made a reso on opentable but it wasn't too crowded or busy when we got there around 515 pm. Our server, Mark, was really welcoming and gave us the rundown about the history of the bar and the menu. Our table really enjoyed all of our drinks - I got the El Grande Campeon and the (I think) Tio Pico martini and both were really tasty. We also ordered the Seafood plate, sliders, salt & pepper chicken chicharrones, and dorado tacos. The food is more tapas style and we really enjoyed all of them with the chicharrones being our fave - think Royal mandarin salt & pepper wings (aka crack wings) but just the skin and with a green salsa dip. Great ambiance, excellent drinks, and amazing service - we will definitely be back!

Yelp
La Bamba Room is loud, buzzy, and inviting all at once. It's like walking into a party already in progress and just mingling with the guests who are there. It doesn't matter if you're strangers; everyone is in a good mood and happy to say hello. When we arrived for our reservation for 6 PM on Friday, we were one of three occupied tables with a handful of people at the bar, but by the time we left 2 hours later, every seat was filled with more people showing up at the front door to get in. The low-lit lounge has a vinyl-spinning DJ booth and is thoughtfully decorated with murals and furniture that hold significance to the owner. You can read all about it in the menu booklet, which I really loved. It tells you the backstory of the family, the La Bamba inspiration in full, and why certain drinks like a White Russian (with horchata, no less) made it on the menu. The cocktails were A+ and the snacks we had (pork belly, chicharron, chorizo and cheese rolls) were salty and delicious. It's also located in a primo spot, walking distance to other great places in Barrio Logan, and I managed to snag a parking spot by the VFW where the people there were planning a party of their own.

Yelp
First- the ambiance is very cute, especially if you're a la bamba fan. We went on a Friday night and they had a dj playing. DJ was good but it was different than the music I was expecting (maybe my bad). We ordered the chorizo and cheese pan- this was mouth watering! The bread literally melts in your mouth. We also ordered the chicaronnes - these were amazing! I also had the best dirty martini of my life. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Ambiance is great, music good! Place is small though. We made reservations , there is a 2 hour limit at your table. The drinks are were way too expensive for a bar in Barrio logan. Everything they serve is specialty cocktails, no beers. We ended up going down the street to the VFW to drink for a reasonable price and we came back to La bamba room just for the music. My girlfriend ordered tacos which she said was delicious however, when the party next to us left, the worker came over and sprayed the table right by her food which we thought was careless. She had to cover her tacos with her hand.

Yelp
I came here with a friend on a Friday night. I thought this place was supposed to be speakeasy/lounge style, but it was not. First things first, we got dropped off. There is a screen door and a small sign indicating where the bar is, we opened the screen door and in the dark hallway the security guard surprised us! He checked our IDs and we spoke to the host to get seated. The inside of this bar is small. We were seated at the banquets against the wall. The yellow seats for the guest that is not on the booth side, are TOO soft. I sunk into the chair to the point that eating off the table was awkward. It's MUCH too low to actually enjoy a meal or drink, I'm 5'7'' and my chin was at the table. Plus they allow groups of three or four to sit on the banquets which then becomes crowded. There is a DJ playing pretty good music, however it is much too loud! It was so loud I could not even hear my friend from across the table! When the server would come by to take our order, we could not hear her either. We simply shouted or pointed at the menu to get our order in. Moving onto the menu, the cocktails are $15 or $17+ for a specialty cocktail. I ordered a regular margarita and it was really good! We asked to order the chicken chicharrones (they were out), we asked for the buns (they were out), so we ordered their sliders. 3 came on the plate, they were tasty! My friend ordered their empanadas and she said they were good as well. We had only been here an hour and I was ready to go. It got crowded quickly! There are high top tables in the walkway to provide other customers a place to stand but it is much too crowded for how small the space is. Overall, I don't see myself coming back.

Yelp
On a recent Saturday night, I met up with a friend for drinks at La Bamba Room before heading over to listen to a band across the street. I had been wanting to go for a while, and luckily my friend made us a reservation. Apparently, it is necessary to have a reservation, as it was pretty packed and those without were getting turned away at the door. Reservations will get you a table for two hours. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I entered down a long hallway, and was first struck by the art murals on the walls, and the music. Our table was ready, so I sat down to take in the scene, and scan the drink menu while I waited for my friend. I really enjoyed the music. From my table I could see the DJ spinning vinyl, and it happened to be all my favorite bands: Morrissey, The Cure, and Prince, as well as several others from that genre. The menu had several classic cocktails, as well as many special La Bamba Room Cocktails. I had two different cocktails that night. The first was My Charmaine, which was a perfectly balanced gin cocktail. I also had a Sidecar, one of my very favorite cocktails. It wasn't the best Sidecar I have ever had, but it was very good. The menu appeared to have a selection of small bites, but I didn't try any of the food. Despite the music playing, I found it easy to sit, chat and hear. I really liked the small intimate feel of the bar. It has sort of a speakeasy feel with both creativity and sophistication. I think I may have found my new favorite bar!

Yelp
Awesome location Barrio Logan. Staff is friendly and attentive. You really feel transformed once you enter the space. It's a great classy style lounge. The great selection of music only adds to the great atmosphere. The only downfall is the cocktails are priced on the high side and consist of a lot of ice. Almost better off buying 3 beers instead of 1 cocktail, but the cocktails are tasty. The food is also tasty. It's definitely a location to check out.

Yelp
La Bamba Room is a creative space in Barrio Logan that feels like home. The drinks are pretty and yummy and you are surrounded with others who share a taste for vinyl records and good times. The hostess has always had a smile on her face and is kind when seating us. The servers I have had are always attentive. I like the "Her Lover". It's fruity and fun. Only downside is not many beer choices. Only Modelo and High Life.

Yelp
Had a very nice time. It's an old school vibe in an up and coming neighborhood. I liked that you can order food from the place next door to accompany your drinks so it makes it a place to stay for a while longer than just a bar.

Yelp
This place is such a vibe!!!!! Amazing drink selection, really great dj playing old vinyls, felt like a cool speakeasy down in Mexico. Will absolutely come back and try the food. Our server was so sweet too, highly recommend!

Yelp
Here's the only negative - for my 65 year old ears the music was LOUD, the music selection was great, just loud...but then that might be the point of the place & vibe as a "listening lounge". Everything else makes up for it, and more. Music DJ - as said - really great tunes. Drinks - I think they pride themselves on the mixology...and rightly they should, had two different drink both delicious. Food - limited menu, & small bites. They transform some very simple ingredients into fabulous food. The prices are great so value is off-the-charts. Small place, reservations highly recommended(!) so you don't miss out.

Yelp
Very trendy place in Barrio Logan. Our waitress was awesome! It was 6 of us and she helped pick some tasty drinks to get our girls night out started. Came here in a Friday night, it was pretty busy but we had reservations so they sat us quick!! Good place to just drink and have fun!

Yelp
I made a reservation for 6pm. Because the parking can be kind of an issue in the area, we ended up having to walk quite a ways (which is fine). I tried calling to let them know we would be a couple of minutes past 6 but I was unable to get through. By the time we walked in, it was 6:08 and the hostess said they gave our seats away because they only give a 10 minute grace period. After saying that, she looked at the time and realized it hadn't been 10 minutes past the reservation so she immediately changed it to "I'm sorry I mean we only wait for 5 minutes." I told her I tried to call but couldn't get through and she said they don't have a phone. That was my first side-eye but i didn't dwell on it because she managed to seat us shortly after. After we sat down she came back and said she called the party who was supposed have the table we were at and asked them to come later. So the hostess said we could have the table until 9. Great! The music was awesome and the place is really cute. We get to enjoying our drinks (all were really good). The bartender--Zach I believe is his name was so nice and helped us choose the perfect cocktail. The food was good, we got the short rib Yakitori and while I'm biting into this delicious piece of meat, the hostess comes back and says that our time is coming to an end and the next party is showing up soon..Mind you it's only 7:47 when I look at my phone. I reminded her that she said we had until 9 but she kind of avoided the question and just asked if we ordered anything else which, in fact I did order another small plate so she said ok and walked off. The second dish (some chorizo stuffed milk bread) wasn't very good it was majority bread and just small morsels of chorizo inside. We left around 8:30 in fear that the hostess would come and bother us again.

Yelp
Came in around 5 on Saturday as we were going to a concert at the corazón del barrio , we were greeted by mark the bartender , he explained all about the drinks and suggested some to start off with and I must say they were awesome , we got about 3 drinks in total and all of them were in point we also ordered the olives and they were good , the music they were playing fit in really good with the ambience of the bar , will deffinetly be back in the future plus it's with in walking distance of my house a big plus

Yelp
I went October 22, so they were still new. In sum, I think this is a place you go for a drink and then go elsewhere. There are tons of other places in barrio Logan you can explore afterwards. Here's why: The food was good, but set your expectations because on the menu they're listed as "elevated small plates" and that's what they are - small!! I went with friends and we wanted to try the full experience so we got a ton of food (yakitori were good just short. The crispy chicken skins were too salty for me to eat more than two. They also had buns with cream cheese and chorizo; I liked how soft they were but I couldn't taste the chorizo. I told the waiter that imma be basic and also order the sliders; he said their sliders are actually really good and different because of their sauce, they were good but just tasted like basic sliders you can get anywhere lmao) The drinks were tasty, but pricey. The service was nice. The waiter helped explain the menu. The room was dark with neon lights. Very small too, I saw on the booth and had to make everyone get up so I can use the restroom because there wasn't a space in between the two tables and another party was sitting next to me. There was a live dj, so that was cool, but I'm not sure what type of vibe he was playing. I hear the music type changes every night. Lastly, was surprised me is that they had two glass tables. I wanna see if they haven't been broken in a few months from now from peoples drunken stumbles!

Michael C.

Yelp
Super cool spot, I went early on a less busy night. Service was quick and the staff was generally amazing. The food was solid, it's all shareable and delicious. My only complaint is they were out of the tacos I was craving The place is really cool and the vibe is great (dimly lit with a lot of music in the room). The menu explains a lot of what's in the room, you get a history lesson, it's rad.

Jessica H.

Yelp
Very good food & good vibes. Very friendly and informative staff. We ordered 2 of almost everything on the menu and there were no leftovers. Drinks were amazing as well! Highly recommend the crispy chicken skin (taste just like salt & pepper chicken wings) and the dipping sauce adds a very flavorful element to it. *chefs kiss* The tacos were created to taste like Jack in the box tacos and I'd say, they hit the mark! Drink recommendation is "Lucy's Love" if you enjoy a nice rummy concoction. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Best bar in San Diego had the sabor a mi and the rum coconut wash bitter cocktail, the setting was a beautiful ode to its housing neighborhood of Barrio Logan. Try the tacos next door at Salud. Bartenders knew their stuff and my water was never empty, impressionable bar must visit.

Yelp
Can't believe I've been lacking on this little hidden gem. The drinks, the food, the vibe! All top notch with superior service. Feels like a speakeasy and yet hidden in plain sight, La Bamba is my new go-to restaurant bar in the Barrio. Keep up the great work!

Yelp
5 stars for this absolute gem! The drinks were delicious, atmosphere was incredible. You can definitely feel the thought and care that was put into this establishment. Staff were so sweet and made our anniversary night cap so special.

Yelp
I was there for date night with my husband and we loved it. The ambiance was great. We loved the music being played. The drinks were all on point. Our server Theresa was AMAZING and really made our experience even better. She was so attentive, helped us decide between drinks and her recommendation were great. We never had to wait to order our next drink because she was frequently checking in on us. She was so incredible that she even treated us to dessert at the end of the night. Check out La Bamba Room but make sure you ask for Theresa to be your server.

Yelp
OMG, this place has all the vibes! Music on point! Drinks on point! Food on point! Bella greeted us and was so sweet and helpful. Mark and Saul our bartenders really gave us an A+! It really is a one of the coolest bars in San Diego! I would check it out if I were you! Tip: If you're going on the weekend, you should call ahead and make a reservation.

Yelp
Amazing place!! Great vibe, food and drinks. Make sure to get mini sliders and I had 'Sabor a Mi' drink-both excellent. Can't wait to return to SD and go to La Bamba!

Yelp
My favorite new speakeasy, music is top tier, drinks are top tier overall a great vibe. Would not expect something like this In Barrio Logan. Service was top tier and the bartenders here know their stuff, ask them to make you a drink based on what you like and they will. The small plates pair well with the drinks, yakitori in barrio Logan say less.

Yelp
Made a 730 reservation on a Friday night and sat at the bar. The place was fairly empty when we arrived but filled shortly after. Cool place, comfortable seating, drinks were very good. I'm a collector of old school stereo stuff and loved their McIntosh rig and the EV speakers. Music selection was great, but was unnecessarily loud. I generally don't mind loud music but this probably should have been toned down a couple notches. We had seen the menu online which had some pretty inventive small plates and we planned to have a few drinks and small plates for our dinner. Ordered the sashimi and empanadas. Bartender came back 15 minutes later and apologized that they were out of both. Weird..early on a Friday night? Were they completely unprepared? Ordered Lengua skewer..also out. There was really not anything else that we wanted but took the bartender's recommendation of the pork chicharrones. Pork belly was dry and not very good. We each had a bite, paid the check and left. Cool vibe for a drink but I would never come back here with the intention of eating anything.

Yelp
Amazing mezcal drinks, beautiful design, and phenomenal food. We did the chorizo rolls, sliders, mussels, and the salt and pepper chicharrones which were absolutely and stunningly delicious. Every plate was fantastic, every drink was so incredibly tasty. Definitely one of the best new places in town. A note, however: we were a party of 5, and we were seated at the bar, which is apparently not open seating. The bar was amazingly comfy with cozy stools, just not what I anticipated for a dinner reservation. Still 5 stars though, and I can't wait to go back!!!

Yelp
Absolutely AMAZING! What a gem. I stumbled upon this place when I was seeing the Altons at the music venue next store. I was hungry and the bartender said to try this place. The cocktails were FABULOUS... the beef yaki-tori was delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Eddie was sitting at the bar and was a delight to speak to. I highly recommend La Bamba. The decor was excellent. Great date night opportunity, pre-drinks & food before a show, or just meeting up with friends. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Culturally rich & delicious. Love that this place is nestled in Barrio Logan with an embrace to Hispanic culture & and tip of the hat to Japanese inclusivity. Muy Bien, Senor Eddie. Muy Bien.

Yelp
The chicken skin chicharrones were AMAZING!! Teresa was so helpful in recommending drinks. Everything she recommended was a hit. Ask for her go to drink when you go, it's not on the menu but it is delicious! Her service and attitude were excellent. I am already planning my next trip back.

Yelp
This has easily one of my favorite places to go grab some food and drinks in San Diego! Not only is the ambiance incredible but as is the staff that work there. Teresa was my waitress and man.. she gave amazing recommendations on what food and drinks to get! If you want something that's different from the other bars out here in San Diego, I highly recommend this place! Make sure you get the My Love drink (tequila), it's fantastic! Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Teresa for the great advice on what to try! She knows the menu like it's the back of her hand! If you get the pleasure of being helped by her, you're in for a great time!

Bucha And Belly ..

Yelp
Well-curated neighborhood spot. The energy was electric and the lighting was vibrant to match. Beare was impressed by the design and detail of the space - high ceiling, mural art, and a very standout indoor sign. Belly enjoyed watching the DJ tear it up with latino funk and fusion mixes.

Yelp
Fun environment for a date night! So many fun cocktails to try, and a solid food menu, too. They mostly serve apps/snacks, so I wouldn't plan on coming here for a full on dinner, but would recommend getting something to munch on while enjoying a cocktail.

Yelp
Drinks were great, food was good and our server Teresa was great as well. However annoyed that we were not allowed to sit at the lower tables because of "reservations" yet they all four sat empty entire time we were there. Would've ordered more food if we weren't at a tiny table top.

Yelp
2nd time here! The first time was amazing! Our server Teresa was attentive, kind and funny! Answered all of our silly dumb questions and made us feel so welcome even though the place was packed and she was clearly busy! This girl deserves a raise, 100% elevated our experience, that's why we're back a second time and she remembered us and came by to say hi! Insanely hospitable staff with cocktails and ambiance to match!

Yelp
Amazing 1980's vibe! Great first date night or an anniversary date nite. Good drinks and Amazing appetizers. Recommend the chicken chicharron and pork belly. Definitely coming back for more. Delicious.

Yelp
Unique place and decor is fantastic. Drinks are great and staff is spot on, making the experience worth the price. Food selection is limited. Vegetarian option are extremely limited. This is a great place for a night cap or after dinner drink and small bite. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Yelp
great craft coctail bar with an elivated food menu as well. good cocktail mneu, and the bar staff easily riffed on cocktails from a suggested like... had the smoked fish app, as well as the empanadas, and the chiciron "bruchetta"; all great! the tunes were from a reelto-reel early in the evening when we were there and sounded great. There was a DJ setting up as we left, and the crowd was filling in...
