We sat outside along the street at a nice table. The service was great. Rafael was very friendly, courteous and professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented.
For appetizers we ordered tostadas de atún y de ceviche. I thought that tuna tasted a bit fishy, but it was definitely fresh. The other tostada was made with fish that remained me of iwashi, maybe herring type fish prep. We also got carpaccio de Manzo, it was done in a classic style except with blue cheese instead of traditional Parmesan, it was very good.
Ceviche de pescado and fillet de res for the Main course. Ceviche was marinated in the perfect lime juice sauce as is called by in the typical Peruvian style. Not sure what type of white fish was used for it, but it was great. The fillet was perfectly cooked (yes, I know, I'm a snob when it's comes to steaks).
Chocolatines was a perfect finish to our meal. Three beautiful chocolate truffles infused with brandy. What a treat!
