LA BBQ

This place is under New Management for about three months and the new owners are super friendly. The atmosphere is great. The food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken Lula kebab wrap. If you get the plate, you can ask for hummus on the side or extra tomato sauce. In the plate, you get some Mediterranean style rice with your choice of meat on top.

The food was excellent! My family and I truly enjoyed it. The service was outstanding, and the Armenian barbecue was fantastic. Overall, it was an amazing experience! I will definitely order from them again. The flavors and authentic Armenian dishes reminded me of my home country. 😍 - Lilya

The protein was good, the beef Lula was great as well as the chicken breast as they were cooked upon ordering and not pre-cooked. The rice is what did it for me, it was over cooked and clumpy.

It's the best BBQ we've had in Los Angeles. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and falling apart in the perfect way. Everyone who worked there was warm and attentive. If you're looking for great BBQ, this is it.

These guys are open until 2AM! I got the pork kebab - best I’ve had in town. Beats Karas (for all you professionals out there). Literally, this is the craziest kebab I’ve had in a long time… thumbs up guys

Honestly the food is good, BUT the price is exaggerating, 21$ for a plate and they can't even fill it up. 4 lil pieces of meat, lil bit of humus and barely any rice. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth your money, unless you like to overspend...

I usually don't do reviews, but place is really amazing. Open late hours till 2 A.M. Delicious chicken and beef kabobs comes with rice and salad, they have pork as well, but my favorite was chicken not burned juicy. Marinating the meat added a lot of flavor. I recommend this place Friendly staff they put a lot of care and love into the food and service! And so welcoming and friendly.

It was very tasty and I recommend it to everyone, I will try more, I haven't tried such a delicious Chab in America

First time at this place. Hands down the best and juiciest lule kebab I've ever had. Can't wait to place a large family order so I can introduce my family to this joint I discovered.

Stopped by to get a dinner meal to go and I got the beef lula kebabp. A family owned Mediterranean restaurant and they even cook the meat in front outside to order. They have a pretty varied menu and I waited around 15 mins before my order was ready. The beef kebab was a good portion and flavorful. There was plenty of rice on the bottom and it wasn't dry. The salad was good and was a good side to the meat. The bread they give you is thinner than your typical pita bread and it was a large sheet folded up and it was great with the hummus. The hummus was okay and a bit generic. It was an overall good meal for dinner and when I went there was no one there so I didn't have to wait too long. It's located in a small plaza with parking but the spots are on the tighter side. Service was friendly and the inside was clean with screens showing the menu.

I visited this location while working out of town. The service was good and the food was great. It wasn't the American BBQ that I was looking for, but I'm glad I gave it a chance.

Food looks good but they took forever and I was the only customer inside....i count even eat my lunch I had to go back to work already

Ate here for the first time today. Very good!! The person who took my order was very nice and cooked my food to perfection. I ordered the beef BBQ plate. Very tasty!!

Price is too high . They should improve their services as well .after you order food you have to wait a little long

There aren't many good places to eat in Sun Valley after 10pm. Here and there, there's a taco stand or two that are OK but nothing to write home about. If you find yourself hungry here late at night, you're SOL. I drive past this place all the time and see the cooks outside chilling. I was hungry, it was late and I couldn't settle for McD's or Jack again so I gave this place a shot. I'm glad I did. I ordered the beef kebab plate and added the chicken wing skewer. I wish I had taken a picture first but I was too hungry to think about anything. The salad (cucumber/tomatoes) was good and helped fill me up; the beef kebab was a decent amount (unlike the random Armenian BBQ stands down Sherman Way) and there was a good amount of that bread and rice. There was a lot of hummus but I'm indifferent about that. If I had not ordered the extra wing skewers, I probably would've been OK with just the beef kebab for fullness. Loved the kebab and especially loved the wings. You can order skewers/kebabs at $10 each or $20 per plate ($10 kebab and rice/bread/salad/hummus). I don't know the other prices of the other kebabs but I'd say $30 for a beef kebab plate and a wing skewer is pretty good. I'm glad that we have something good to eat late in Sun Valley. I'm a night owl and have always had to settle for subpar food because of my latenight habits. I'll be back to try the other stuff for sure!

Th posting said it is open until 2am but it is closed. It is Wednesday at 2pm So I guess it is a night take out place.

I've been to this little hole in the wall. It doesn't have many places to sit but u can always eat outside. They have tables set up around the grill, where they cook there meats. I've tried the pork belly wrap. Only $10. It's more than enough to fill u up. Great food. I've gone back with family and friends and we all love it!

Usually my food has been good but all of a sudden, not only did they change the amount of the pork chop meal, but the rice and meat lacked any real flavor. I just ate there yesterday, got the 5 pork chop meal, the meat and rice was flavorful. Today went and it's now 4 pork chops and the rice was mushy and flavorless, and the meat tasted like it was just thrown on the grill. What a difference between night and day. I go 3 days in one week, the experience and taste changes each time even tho I order the same thing. I don't understand but it certainly helps to keep the foods flavor and menu settled from day to day.

Just thought I would update with the fact that I've reordered from this place 4 more times lol. It truly is that delicious.

Food and ambience...service...great place to relax and eat...clean and turnaround time for ordering food is short and it's served hot
