Mauricio y Juan Carlos were my servers they took care of us a big party of 7. Food was delicious and big portions. The quality of food is so good and flavor. I love the place and design. Very friendly i come here every month to eat the Appetizers Platter. Which is good and big.

Amazing place , food delicious is a real Latin food, staff the best . For the Sangria lovers recommend it. Every plate we tried unique. The mofonguitos , relleno de yuca, the beef pasta, seafood pasta. Loved it

Google
The food was delicious. The staff took care of us and we were a table of 12 . All the food was delicious, fresh and presentation was beautiful. Mixed drinks were great too. The staff was attentive and personable as well. Music was also good. It was my sister and I, birthday. We took pictures, laughed, ate and had a great time. We were not rushed off either. Hats off to the chief . Thank you all. What a wonderful night .😁

Google
ordered a meal for $26.99 + tax and it looked like a lunch portion. The chicken was super dry, the rice was old, and the beans tasted like taco seasoning. Horrible for the price and the flavor. I’ll never order from this place again

Google
What an experience. I had a train to catch at the Yonkers station. The restroom was chained up and not accessible. I went to many places to find a restroom but was turned away each time. Went into Havana, sign said patrons only. Said I would buy items to use the restroom, but was told I could just use it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was great, and as a latina I could tell that the food would be great too. Used the restroom and said my thanks before leaving. I will definitely dine next time I am in the area and recommend to family and friends 🥰.

Google
I had a really good time here with some friends last night; the atmosphere was good, nice music, and the restaurant's ambiance was good. The food was overall great. They had one of the best chicken wings I've had in a good minute, and the overall service was not bad. They gave you time to prepare and decide what you wanted. I love the fact I can make a reservation before going there. It makes it a lot easier

Google
My friends and I went to the restaurant for brunch on Sunday 12/21/25. The food was good but the red sangria made two of my friends very sick and they only had two each. One of my friends was passed out and not one of the employees asked if she was okay or if we needed help. We are truly disappointed because overall the food and service are good. Don’t think I will be coming back

Yelp
Husband and I come here once in a while for lunch time, one word: consistent! Service: Friendly, greeted upon entering. Ambiance: Beautiful decor, even the staff had on straw hats. Almost feels like being transported to colorful Havana. Food: The reason we always come back is because our food is ALWAYS FRESH and you can taste it. I can't speak on the other dishes but the chicharrón de pollo with rice and beans never disappoint. We've had this dish in other places but you can tell if the oil isn't as fresh, due to a slightly bitter aftertaste. The mojitos are on the stronger side here! Comes with a sugar cane, a rare thing in bars these days. Price: in our opinion not much of a lunch special as our bill for two dishes and two mojitos (plus tax/tip) totaled to $90. Not a deal breaker though because it's a good portion, I always take half home. If you're in the Yonkers pier area and hungry, check it out!

Yelp
I grew up eating a lot of Puerto Rican food but, like a good nuyorican millennial, don't know how to cook most of those dishes. When I can't get my mom to make it, I have to go out. La bella Havana has a solid pernil and my husband likes the ropa vieja. I've only ever ordered delivery but they're always on time and the food is warm and fresh.

Yelp
A Latin vibe and decor and music to match. Food is so good, I wasn't feeling well so I ordered chicken soup it's a really good size and very yummy. Service is good everyone is polite and eager to help. I went alone for a relaxing dinner it was prefect!

Yelp
I've been here twice and the food was spectacular each time. The customer service has been wonderful. I've been seated almost immediately after arriving. The menu options are plentiful. I plan to visit again the next time that I'm in town.

Yelp
The service is amazing! The bartender was attentive and accommodating. However, I found a piece of very long curly hair in my extremely sweet margarita. He was apologetic about it and made me another drink. Most definitely was not the best margarita. I ordered a red sangria which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well blended and there were lots of pieces of fruit. For dinner, I ordered the chicharrón with rice and black beans along with a side of avacado. The food was cooked too perfection and great portion sizes. The star of the show was the black beans. They were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I utterly enjoyed them and the chipotle mayo dipping sauce for the chicken. Would I come back?! Hmmm....Maybe!

Yelp
Awesome food, awesome vibes! Excellent tasting food, reasonably priced menu with hearty portions, great drinks, outstanding service! Chofan is to die for!

Yelp
stumbled in after a random meet up in yonkers, it was PACKED on an early saturday evening. service was slow! the shrimp rice is a must get - its a huge portion, its called a side, but i had it as an entree. the chicken & seafood mofongo was amazing. we split it. we did mix of chicken and seafood. the place is beautiful. the parking can be annoying.

Yelp
Some of the best Cuban food I've ever had!!! The service was excellent and the ambiance was amazing for brunch to celebrate my aunt's 60th birthday. We had an incredible time and the food was *chefs kiss*. 100/10 recommend

Yelp
This rating is for lack of customer service and correction when they mess up. I only order take out from this restaurant and multiple times, they have given me incomplete orders. They do not flag if they are out of something and seal the bag as if it is complete. They also just dont fully read an order and short you on stuff. When I contact to flag the issue, they tell me I should contact back tomorrow to speak with a manager, as if im not speaking to an able-body human that is capable of correcting an error. Good luck to anyone that chooses to order from this restaurant.

Yelp
I love this place! It's one of my favorite restaurants. I know I'm going to have great food and service when I come here. I love their drinks, food, dessert and coffee I love their chicken, rice, chocolate mousse, and their mojitos. I can't wait to come here again and try more of their options.

Yelp
The only reason I still recommend this business is simply because I have eaten here twice! 2.8 stars On both occasions the service was great. It is a nice date spot! But tonight for some reason at 9pm... everything was just mediocre and inexcusable. So I was craving chicken wings (but not just any chicken wings from FRANCEY BRADY'S). I was curious about the taste and the quality of Havana's chicken wings... I arrive there at 9pm. It definitely wasn't too busy, every patron looked like they were being attended and immediately taken cared of.... But as soon as I walked in after a long day at work( The post office)... I immediately knew I wanted wings with rice). 20 mins literally passed I made several strong EYE CONTACT WITH THE EMPLOYEES whom (about 5 or 6 of them were behind the bar) walked passed me several times.... NOT ONE WORD. The bartender with the hat after within the 20mins of me sitting at a table (wasn't prepared) asked me what did I want to drink..I asked for ginger ale but for some reason that did take some time to prepare because there was only a few people at the bar and literally more than one employee kept walking around.... Overall I felt a bit ignored and I didn't feel comfortable eating there. Like come on! I hate service like that. A bunch of employees looked busy walking around (looked busy doing their job but it did not seem like that from my point of view). (Biggest pet peeve. It's like when you're at STARBUCKS AND THEY'RE ONLY two customers and like 7 employees behind the register looking like they're overwhelmed with work but THEY'RE ONLY TWO CUSTOMERS ON LINE!!)...It didn't even seem too overwhelming busy ON A FRIDAY NIGHT! I left two dollars for my ginger ale and walked out... Please support the locals. UPDATE..... TIME/DATE : April 19, 2024 Friday 9 pm I seriously hate to do this... I did some research in the reviews of La Bella Havana. The reviews I read were somewhat similar to my most recent experience...unfortunately today. I decided to come back and actually eat.Yet once again I sat at the same table(in the middle) I wasn't approached by coincidentally. Employees walked passed my table as I was looking at my phone....I most definitely felt ignored.. I didn't even fucking received water. The ONLY PERSON that acknowledged me was the male bartender. THAT'S IT. I swear this better not be a racial thing...because if it is......ANOTHER FUCKING CUSTOMER HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE!!! So if you want to take a break and use the bathroom and then you notice this place is open. By all means, just walk in. You don't even have to be a customer. That is all... I absolutely cannot return here

Yelp
Came in on a rainy Saturday, and was quickly seated and greeted. Ordered a drink and couldn't help but want to eat everything on the menu since the aroma in the restaurant was mouth watering. Started off with the Pollo Cubano which is boneless chicken breast with peppers, olives & capers in a white wine sauce served with moro y guandules. All I can say is this was so good , literally cleaned my plate . Also ordered the chicken empanadas, which were freshly fried , the chicken was moist and the sauce was perfect for dipping. This place not only has a great aesthetic, but the staff is very welcoming and the food is authentic and very flavorful. Of your in the area definitely stop in .

Yelp
This place is great. Their Cuban sandwiches are really good. A bit on the pricey side but I really enjoy their food.
google avatar

Nyla G.

Yelp
They have mad roaches in the bar cabinets like they pay rent.... Enough said. Food would have been fire if I didn't see all the bugs. The service is mid, and the ambiance is dim so you can't see how dirty they r.

Yelp
Have to update this review: The food here is always so delicious and fresh. It's very rare for restaurants to be this consistent. We've been to this location about 3-5 times now and we try to order different items off the menu. Everything has always turned out to be a good pick. The wait staff is super friendly and the drinks are strongggg (we love that!!) shout out to the bartender. If you're looking for great food and drinks, stop by La Bella Havana. 10/10 experience.

Yelp
I ordered $70 worth of takeout and received a small meal for one person along with sodas that look like they were poured off of a 2 liter and sealed. Literally *one* avocado slice and 5 plantain pieces. The pictures are laughable.

Yelp
Third attempt and this time we stayed and enjoyed the steak sandwich. Skirt steak was good. Beans could use a little more flavor. Service was ok.
google avatar

Yelp
First, this place is small, but absolutely comfortable and good vibes! The decor is outstanding! The staff is friendly and attentive. The mojitos are strong and fresh! The maduros were perfect! Ropa vieja always hits the spot! The beans were actually seasoned well and the rice spot on! The guacamole is really good I just wish there were more fried queso and tostones!

Yelp
This restaurant continues to stay heads above the rest. The food is consistently delicious and succulent. Let's not even discuss the drinks this place presents from red and white wine to the best frozen margaritas even better than Cancun.
google avatar

Yelp
Mauro and Juan Carlos are simply the best servers you could ask for! The Churrasco was nothing short of spectacular--absolutely delicious and mouthwatering! This restaurant deserves a full 5 stars without a doubt! Don't miss out!
google avatar

Yelp
Location and service: On the fringes of Getty Square with basically all street parking. There is a garage about a block away. The place is small but has a relaxing and quaint atmosphere. The servers aren't super friendly but not rude either. Food and drinks: Probably the best mojito I've ever had, wow. They meddle the mint in in the glass, use fresh squeezed lime juice, and use quality Havana Club rum. I had the bistec encebollado and it was delicious. The steak was tender and covered in a delicious lime/chili sauce. The rice and beans that accompanied it were different from what I am used to, but tasty. My friend had the ropa vieja and he enjoyed it, but said he makes it better at home. Overall: The prices are a little expensive in my opinion. I originally wanted the churrasco skirt steak but it was $32! To be fair, they do offer quality products. I would definitely come back for drinks and would explore the menu more. Belle Havana definitely pays proper homage to an underrated cuisine.

Yelp
What a great restaurant! The food was delicious, the staff so attentive and nice. The decor is on point. What a great place to go. Paella was flavorful, and big portions- so delicious. My 12 yr old had the Churrasco Cubano with garlic fries and cleaned up the plate (wouldn't even give me a piece to try).

Yelp
I really wanted to love La Bella Havana. It's a good loud spot for lively conversation and piped in music. My former Cuban boyfriend's mom taught me to cook several Cuban dishes over the years so I know how these dishes should taste and be prepared. I would have liked the Vaca Frita not to be so chewy or the Pernil not to be shredded or dry. Some of the Pernil should have been served as chunks of pork. Both dishes were served with 1/2 sliced avocado. The warm avocado was a nice portion but needed to be salted or have a dash of vinegar or light dressing on it. Both had a lot of flavor so there's that. The best part of the meal was the strong drinks, tostones (a big portion) for $4 and the black beans. I'd go back for drinks and appetizers.

Yelp
Love this Spanish style eatery in downtown Yonkers. Great selection of Cuban and other Latin specialities, all made with great care and mucho sabor! Cocktails are supposed to be great (even though I don't drink) and they were able to accommodate me with a custom vegetarian option even though there wasn't something specific on the menu. Service is ok, but they tend to be busy and generally don't rush. I personally love the empanadas and the guacamole which is served with tostones.

Yelp
My Favorite spot whenever I'm near the area. Nice atmosphere and delicious food and fancy drinks, sounds like the place for me!

Yelp
Great food and service! Hard to find both together. Better than Havana Central. You won't regret making this trip. My son just moved to Yonkers and discovered this place.

Yelp
La Bella Havana was a very good restaurant. Their staff was very friendly, helpful, genuinely smiling, and always made sure that our water glasses were full. Before I get to the food, let me give kudos to the decor. Each and every item that adorns this establishment is ON POINT! Even your journey to the rest room envelopes you with Cuban culture. The classic and coconut mojitos were perfectly created, strong, and were ohhhhh, so good. Our entrees had a very nice presentation and we had to take portions home, because of the generous servings. Their coffee was delicious and we enjoyed how we were able to add our own milk to our Cortaditos. I also noticed, that they have an outdoor sitting area, get this..... across the street (Sid Cesar Way)! When we finished our meal, we took a stroll past the outdoor sitting area and not only did they have customers enjoying their food, but they also had Cuban music playing for their enjoyment. When I received the bill, I noticed that they automatically included an 18% gratuity. However, they were nice enough to highlight the gratuity amount. I've gone to other establishments who not only include a 20% gratuity, but they never inform you that they've included the additional amount. This restaurant really has done it right, treats their customers with great care, and provides a great experience. We will definitely return and is highly recommended.

Yelp
Went to la Bella Havana yesterday. I was on the quest for for some fun, yet strong drinks and I sort of found some. I loved that they had a bunch of drink specials which were all super affordable. With that being said, some of the drinks were REALLY sweet. We asked the waitress who was doubling as the bartender to water the drinks down and she did just that ... with non FLAVORED RUM. LOL With that being said I definitely left Bella Havana tipsy and turnt. In regards to the food, it was pretty good. The atmosphere was pretty cool too. I love the nice touches of Cuban peaces and the blown up picture of Havana in the front of the restaurant(I thought it was a painting). I'm glad I checked this spot out. I'll probably be back at night.

Yelp
Leaving this review in the middle of dinner, GREAT FOOD!!!! Flavors were perfect and the bathrooms were spotless. My wife and I brought our seven-year-old to dinner and at the table next to us, there was a four-year-old and the waitress comes around with a box of little tchotchke toys and had the kids pick 4 each to keep them entertained while they were at the table. Great touch

Yelp
This was a restaurant that I've haven't visited in years. I stopped by this Friday the evening of the cold front. The place was still crowded but very cold inside needed a drink to warm my insides. I had a passion fruit Margarita it was nice. My waiter was nice but couldn't answer simple questions regarding which entree was favorite. Kept going around the question. We just ordered churrasco and yucca fries the sauces were excellent. My wife had the t bone steak with the mashed potatoes. Everything was really really delicious.

Yelp
Well if you like a small cozy restaurant with lots of flavor , then this is the place for you. The food is a plenty, the drinks are amazing and the staff is wonderful !! Highly recommended !! Give it a try you definitely won't be disappointed!!

Yelp
Located in Yonkers this place was worth the trip. I had an amazing time there. Our waitress was convivial, friendly and entertaining. Delicious and generous meal. As our waitress said " everything is made with love " and that's what I like to hear. I totally recommend this place.
google avatar

Joseph G.

Yelp
This is one of those restaurants that definitely deserves five stars. I had a lovely meal I would say about a month back. I ordered the seafood paella it was delicious and had enough to take home. I also had their sangria which was absolutely delicious. The staff are very helpful very sweet and very attentive so I would definitely highly recommend this restaurant. It feels like a good hangout place too. After you try it let me know what you think.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night around 9, likely after the dinner rush, and got a table immediately. The inside is fairly tight, with tables about 1-1.5 feet away from each other. There seemed to be one server covering all of the tables, but the efficiency was high -- quick and accurate service the whole time. Pechuga Cubana - A lot to like here - no complaints. This was a nicely portioned dish with juicy and tender pieces of chicken breast, coated in a light gravy and topped with cilantro -- delicious. These went nicely with the rice and maduros, which are always a nice touch in latin dishes. This is a great comfort meal, and I would definitely order this again. Price: 3/5 Quality: 5/5 Quantity: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 3/5
google avatar

Aida R.

Yelp
This was my first time coming here & the food was definitely not worth the price I paid. As you can see, the empanada was burnt & the cheese in the empanada was not melted at all. Very distasteful & I lost my appetite after eating here.
google avatar

Alex M.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor - get the Ropa Vieja! SO good! I'm lucky to live around the corner from this place. It's small, and has a few tables outside. If you are not used to busy city living, you will not enjoy the outdoor tables. It can be quite loud and it's a very busy road. The food quality is not always spot on. Depending on the time of day, it can get a little rushed. However that's not to say it's not tasty. I crave their maduros constantly. They just seem to have more flavor during the non rush times, like pre dinner 3-4pm. Absolutely worth a try.

Erika R.

Yelp
Found them on IG...went there with a couple of friends for our bdays bc of the ambience . When we first walked in the bartender told us to sit anywhere, we sat and it took the waitress about 15 minutes to come to get our drink order at least, at that time there were only 3 tables with people. It was pretty much empty. We ordered our drinks and food and were very disappointed, I ordered Moro and all they did was mixed the black beans with the white rice before serving it. The waitress was nice but service was not good! Bottom line is that IG was very deceiving! We drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there also. Needless to say, we won't be going back, and food is more Dominican than Cuban, the only Cuban about the restaurant is the name.
google avatar

P S.

Yelp
Great service! I'm Puerto Rican and I enjoyed the food and great music. Please visit this restaurant. They also have a bar area Incase you want to dine alone. TV's for game day and clean bathrooms. Music isn't too loud so you're able to talk and enjoy your dinner.

Yelp
Come hungry, leave happy. My husband and I came here with our 4 year old yesterday. We were actually trying to go somewhere else but found parking right in front and decided to sit outside and give it a try. The waitstaff was so friendly and lovely and the food was awesome. We got the pernilito cubano and this bad boy could have served at least 3, probably 4 hungry adults. (Which makes it a really great $ deal!) We also got beef empanadas, drinks and flan. Leave room for the flan! Needless to say we left with a big bag of leftovers and full bellies.
google avatar

Jennell K.

Yelp
My local go-to spot for Latin food and drinks. The pernil was delicious and my guest had the Vaca Frita which was very tasty as well. Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. My drink here is the Henny Colada but there is plenty to choose from that is as good!
google avatar

Rashan H.

Yelp
Nice lil spot. Waitress was attentive and drinks were great. Here we go: - The guac appy is great. What's not to like? Fried cheese, fried chips, tostones crisped right. Well done. - both of us had the ropa vieja ... disappointing. Tomato paste/veggie oil taste profile was not good. It's a Cuban spot ... this dish has to be on point. - black beans ... were OK. I did miss the Smokey profile some Cuban spots include in those delicious black beans. Another missed opportunity but not a total bust. Nail the ropa vieja ... spruce up the black beans, it'll go far!

Yelp
I planned a Sunday birthday bottomless brunch a couple of weeks ago for 10 people and we had a great time. The food was good, drinks were excellent (we enjoyed the rum punch) snd I can't complain about the service. There was an issue with one of our dishes and it was addressed immediately and we weren't even charged for it. We definitely want to go back.
google avatar

Michaela G.

Yelp
I've ordered from this restaurant a handful of times in the past month or so; always for delivery. The food is usually good but I have some issues with consistency. For the price of the entrees, I'm disappointed. Today's Vaca Frita came with a very rotten slice of avocado on top. I understand that the crisis has had effects on the food industry so I would have just preferred my meal without it, with possibly something else offered. Just the inclusion of it makes me rethink the quality and cleanliness of the establishment. The empanadas are pretty good though unappealing to look at and the meat in the Chicken Chofan ranges from crispy to barely brown. The Veggie Chofan only has peppers in it; no veggies. I'm putting this eatery on my hit or miss list and you should too.
google avatar

Yelp
Very disappointed. I love Cuban food and was excited to try this restaurant. This was not cuban. it was Dominican food. Just horrible. The seasoning was not flavorful like Cuban cuisine. The beans and Ropa Viera were bland. they didn't even have Arroz con Pollo on the menu. They had monfongo which isn't a Cuban dish. The ambiance was ghetto. A bunch of hoods with sagging pants and acting obnoxious like it was McDonald's. Waste of time and money.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying that I'm super happy that we took a chance ordering dinner from here! Since our gas has been off for some time now, we've been ordering delivery and bringing home take away but have gotten tired of the fettening foods that seem to be the only grub we can get locally. We went looking for some food that had a more homemade feel that wasn't deep fried. Initially, I was skeptical about ordering from LBH because we pretty much stopped eating here after a few owner and chef changes brought the service and quality of the food way down. We ordered from a delivery app and it said that the time range would be 35-45 minutes. Our food arrived, HOT, 30 minutes after ordering. That alone, had me in shock. The first thing I noticed was that the food was packed thoughtfully, with such care. Nothing was spilled over and they send the food in quality containers, down to the sauces. We ordered their lemon cilantro wings which were perfectly fried and had the lemon cilantro sauce separate so as not to compromise the fry on the wings. They also included the ranch dipping sauce. Hubby had one of his favourites, their ropa vieja, which came with white rice, black beans, avocado and maduros. It was soooo good and the portion was decent. His beans were packed separately as well. I went with the churrasco Cubano, a ten ounce skirt steak that came with yucca fries. My fries were plentiful and packaged separately. I ordered my steak mid-rare, knowing it would likely continue cooking to a medium temp by the time I got it, which was on the money. The packed my steak up with some au jus and chimichurri sauces. I also got an order of their plain chofan (fried rice) for us to try. The portion in pretty big for the price. All of this food was enough for leftovers and dinner the following day. Most importantly, it was great! We were both seriously happy that we enjoyed it all. Having such a positive experience with this delivery makes me want to go back and visit them again for brunch. Our family used to dine here regularly, for their awesomely priced lunches and brunches. I have high hopes that we will come to enjoy them again.

Yelp
The food is amazing! The stuffed fried fish and chofran rice is my favorite. Their coconut mojito is also my favorite.

Yelp
The food was great and drinks were on point. The staff were very polite and generous. They were attentive to everyone and didn't treat anyone different. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures. I went with my sister because I had a 3 hour wait for my Amtrak train. For drinks we had the red sangria & mango mojito. For appetizer we had the beef & chicken empanadas. For entree we shared the seafood mofongo. Everything was amazing. It was so good I would make a trip to Yonkers just to go there.
