This place is now my new favorite burger spot. The burgers were absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked, fresh toppings, and a great atmosphere. It's elevated fast dining. You order from a team member similar to McDonald's, you receive a buzzer as you wait for your food, and there is a nice sized, stylish dine-in area with great ambiancefor daye night. Burgers cost a round $20-$23. Add-on fries and a drink for about $25-$27 meal. Well worth it.

I absolutely loved this place! It was my first time trying La Birra Bar and it did not disappoint. I got the all American classic and it was perfect. I love a saucy burger and I added crispy onions to it. The burger had so much flavor. I highly recommend and I will be back to try other burgers on the menu:)

This place is not my usual go-to spot when I’m hungry, but I brought my family of five here and we had an amazing, amazing, amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious the burgers were so fresh, the buns were soft and perfect, and everything tasted top quality. I personally hadn’t had a burger in six months, and let me tell you this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Totally worth the wait! Highly recommend we’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great experience at this place! The hamburgers are absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients taste fresh, and the buns are soft and perfectly toasted. The menu has great options, whether you want a classic burger or something more creative. Hands down the best and freshest burgers in town! Piping hot fresh off the grill melted cheesy gooey goodness! Flavor is amazing! Doesn't even need condiments in my opinion. Fries are fantastic. Staff is super friendly and always down to make suggestions on the variety of unique and flavorful burger combinations. I got the breakfast style burger with the egg on top and it was outstanding! Whenever I am driving on Oakland Park Blvd in Fort Lauderdale I eat here. Its a real treat. Now this is a fast casual gourmet burger spot so its not mcdonalds prices but the quality is top notch. Argentine influence, soccer aka Futbol vibe with large tv's and comfortable seating. Large Lionel Messi mural on the wall. Its my favorite burger place in the area! Check it! You won't regret it!

Absolutely insane , 10/10 best burger we’ve ever had in our entire lives. We got the crispy onion burger, the egg one, the premium and fries. THEN went back up and ordered the only fans. we loved them all so much, cannot wait to come back.🙌🏼 burger came out SO fast too, piping hot. Service was amazing as well such awesome staff!

It was just incredible. Fries were.okay, reminded me of Five Guys fries, so kinda blah Mozzarella sticks were good. The pesto sauce (by request.only) was 👍🏼 great. I love that they offer tenders, hot dogs and a variety of things besides burgers. Their desserts looked incredible but I hadn't ordered any. Wait time for food seemed reasonable. It definitely felt FASTER than Shake Shack. I dined inside nut there appears to be a drive thru.

Once I walked in everywhere was super clean and cozy, unfortunately while I was choosing the gentlemen behind the counter didnt look at me at all and didnt bother to help. However while taking my order they were polite and nice. The crispy onion burger was ready fresh less than 10 minutes. It had a great size for the price, however it was a bit saucy even for me while being a fan of a saucy burger. Overall, I will come back again and try the other burgers.

Ordered.... Corn ribs, Good Fries. Good Wisconsin burger Not good. The meat was pink inside. Like they cooked it for a minute on both sides, very soggy The golden burger... same. Best describe from a Midwest boy... it's a gourmet White Castle burger. I don't see how it's a top 5 burger in the world.

I didn't go to La Birra but did order home delivery from them. For my partner, I got their Golden Burger which they claim to have been a burger bash winner in 2022. It had a four ounce patty with American cheese, diced onions and a "secret mayo." I tasted it and found it to be delicious as did my partner. It was certainly better than any Mcdonald's. I also got a "Hot Dog Crispy Onion." I can't say the onions were all that crispy but the dog was big and delicious. It also paired perfectly with the onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, and "secret mayo." It's just a rotten shame that they don't offer a Chicago Style hot dog, my favorite, or at least a Texas Hot. But then again, they profess to be Argentinian. Overall they do have some of the best burgers and hotdogs in the area.

Pretty expensive burger in a pseudo upscale fast food spot. Will give a second chance at some time. Not over the moon.

If you're looking for a place with a bunch of burger options, La Birra is the spot! They also have the option to swap out the meat with an impossible patty for any burger. I tried the pesto provolone, which was good, but it was incredibly greasy. The whole paper wrapped around the burger was soaked with grease. Not my favorite thing, but my friends tried their Italian burger and absolutely loved it, so I may try that one next time! (The sweet potato fries are also amazingly good!)

Berger is very salted. Too much sauce, too messy . They don't even answer their phone to talk to them about the order

Best burgers in the world?! - Nope! We were super excited to check this place out because who doesn't love a good cheeseburger (yum) and La Birra Bar claims to have the "best burgers in the world" but honestly we weren't that impressed. First of all, the burgers are overpriced - a single cheeseburger was $14 - and it was very plain it only had the burger and cheese on it so I do think it's pricey for what you get. The burger just tasted like a good 'ol' cheeseburger - not the "best in the world" and definitely not for $14. Honestly the burger bun was the best part of the burger. For two burgers, two side of fries, and 1 mug of beer cost us around $50 so it was pricey for lunch for just burgers. Feel free to try it just be prepared to spend some money for these cheeseburgers.

This was probably the best burger I have had. It was perfectly seasoned- and the sear was excellent. Fries were good. Onion rings were good (both just sides) but the burgers were the star of the show. Price is a tad high- but they have some online deals (and you can eat in the restaurant). If they get a meal combo or two and some daily specials, this location will be perfect for regular dinners.

I wanted to see what the hype was about after seeing this place all over instagram. I thought it would be a great spot for lunch while I was in the area. It had a nice ambiance and plenty of seating along with plenty of parking. It's counter service so you order and then get a buzzer to get your food. I would say this place is a bit overpriced, definitely on par with Miami pricing. It was way too much for a lunch meal as everything was a la carte. The food however was delicious. I enjoyed the burger and the fries were super yummy. I wanted to try a side of their mayo and it was a charge of 50 cents, which they didn't tell me, however I should have figured with everything else being so highly priced. Overall the food was good, and the service was good as well, the pricing is the only concern for me.

A Beautiful Opening Night at Salvo Osteria Romana We had the pleasure of dining at Salvo Osteria Romana on opening night, and what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. The energy in the room was joyful, the service attentive, and the food--simply outstanding. We began with cocktails, enjoyed a bottle of crisp white wine with our appetizers, and paired a rich house red with our entrées--both wines were excellent. The Salvo Salad was a surprise standout--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Buffalo mozzarella was creamy and fresh (amazing), and the Caprese salad was a simple yet elegant start to the meal. We moved on to a lovely spaghetti carbonara that hit all the right notes, and a ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, served in the most divine buttercream sauce I've ever tasted. That dish alone is worth a return visit. Two of our guests had the veal parmigiana, which was tender, generous, and beautifully prepared. I had the Osso Buco, which was unbelievably good--fall-off-the-bone tender with a depth of flavor that stayed with me long after the last bite. Congratulations to Salvo and the entire team for an unforgettable opening night. It was a truly lovely evening, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Here's to many successful years ahead!

Burgers are craft & build your own, I like the variety of choices, service was decent, interior was nice and pleasant. You will enjoy yourself when you choose your favorite toppings.

I've been to La Birra Bar twice now and I've been impressed twice. La Birra Bar is a converted Wendy's that took their burgers to the next level! With nearly 20 burgers on the menu, it's not easy to pick the one you want! You walk into a fast casual style restaurant where you order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to wait. The menu is about the register, and it can be overwhelming! So far I've had the BM (their take on the Big Mac), the Bodeo and their chicken sandwich. I've also had their fries and onion rings. The BM Is this massive double burger with cheese, lettuce, onion and special sauce. Every single bite is full of flavor. The saltiness of the burger/cheese and the sweetness of the sauce really marry well together. The Bodeo, which is a double stacked cheeseburger with a fried egg, lettuce, tomato and sauce. Another AMAZING burger that was good until the last bite! I also tried their chicken sandwich. Call It a healthier option being grilled. Nothing special about this one. Good, but nothing to write home about. Went with some friends who got the pesto provolone which looked insane! And my other buddy got what looked like bacon jam and blue cheese which he said wad amazing! Fries and onion rings were pretty basic. Nothing special there but expected sides with a good burger. Price point wise, expect to spend some money. Burger, fries, drink since there is no "meal deal" is gonna run you $25 which seems steep for fast casual but the food quality is fantastic. I'll be back to try more of this menu!

Really great fast casual environment for an authentic smash burger! The burgers are huge and have so many options to personalize like adding toppings and extra patties. You can tell everything is really fresh also. Really fun and clean lobby to enjoy your smashies as well as fast service at the counter where you place the order.

This was our first visit to their new Oakland Park location as we have previously been to the North Miami location. I want to start off by saying that my boyfriend loves this place. Me on the other hand - it's okay. Do I think they have the best burgers in the world as they claim? No. Do I think they have good tasting burgers? Yes. They have a huge variety of burgers on their menu so ordering might take you a minute or two. For me, the fries were the highlight of my meal. I appreciate how clean the restaurant was and how quickly our food came out - especially since they were quite busy.

Always seeking a good burger, we saw this place had recently opened and wanted to give it a try. With beginnings in Cattle country, Argentina, they are opening locations in south Florida. My wife saw they had won the coveted BEST BURGER award last year for the Dade County location. The new location on Oakland Park Blvd. has turned this former Wendy's into a contemporary upscale Burger dining spot. Plenty of seating available inside with sub-zero air conditioning to keep you cool while waiting for your burger (or hot dog). I ordered the Criolla Burger, which is a 7 oz. patty from fresh ground beef with, a special mixture of onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers, topped with a healthy slice of Provolone cheese. Aside from the soggy bottom bun, this burger was quite tasty! Each order is cooked while you wait at your table until your receipt number is called.

We came for lunch after seeing a post online. This is a chain that originated in Argentina. There are many all over the world now including Spain. They have one also in Miami and Wynwood. The Dade location won a best burger award in 2023 and the chain was said to have ranked as the 5th best burger in the world... Craving a good burger (I saw they had hot dogs too) we stopped by. They are located on the northwest corner of Oakland and Federal Highway -- accessible from Oakland Park Bvd. There is parking on either side of the (former Wendy's) building. You order and pay at the counter and are given a beeper for when your food is ready to be picked up. Soft drinks are self serve. Except for a bit of loud music and very cold air conditioning, the tables and booths are more upscale than a fast food place. The upholstered chairs are quite comfortable. While waiting for our food, we got to see a video showing them making the buns and grinding a special blend of meat for the burgers (daily). The burgers themselves were quite good. The meat is flavorful and a big step above any fast food one. I got their cheeseburger - - a single patty with American cheese on a buttery bun. The bun has black and white sesame seeds on top. My husband got their criolla burger -- a 7 Oz patty with a mixture of onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers plus a thick slice of provolone cheese on top. His bottom bun was a bit soggy, but he agreed that the burger itself was quite good. We shared a side of onion rings. They came with 2 dipping sauces -- ranch and bbq. They were good. So glad we tried them. They are not inexpensive -- it's not fast food here -- but if you're craving a very good burger, you definitely should try them.

This was my first time visiting any La Birra location and the food was delicious! The staff was super friendly and attentive. I went on a Saturday evening around 6:30 pm and there was a pretty good crowd, but not too crazy. They have wine and beer on the menu, but have not started serving it yet. However, I would imagine that the evenings will become busier on a weekend once they're approved to sell alcohol. The inside has a lounge vibe with really cool art. I saw a TV showing different sports games which will be pretty cool for customer's to chill, have a beer and enjoy their burgers. The register is where you place your order and then you'll be given a beeper while you wait. I noticed that a few of their burger options included bacon, but I loved that they allow customizations without a hassle. I ordered the Only Fans burger without bacon and cheese fries. I also placed an order for Golden minus bacon with sweet potato fries. The sides are separate from the burger so be sure to know that prior to ordering. As for price, we spent $44 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. However, the over all quality of the food makes it understandable. The burgers were filling! I will be back

Apparently this was the spot for the best burgers so I finally tried it. There were many options but I loved the way this burger was built with double Argentine patties, onions, american cheese and secret mayo sauce it and it was so delicious! There's nothing like a juicy tasty burger. The service was fast and the place had a nice clean modern look. I can agree it was the best burger I've had in a while. I'll certainly be back!!

Checked out the newly opened La Birra Burger Bar for lunch today, located at 2031 East Oakland Park Blvd. in Oakland Park. This was an old Wendy's location that was completely renovated. They have around 20 different burgers to choose from, and I went with the BM burger which is essentially their take on a Big Mac. I'd have preferred it not layered with the extra bun, but they were going for Big Mac authenticity, so I get it. It truly did taste just like a Big Mac but obviously higher quality meat and ingredients. The onion rings were solid, though I prefer them breaded. The burger, onion rings, and a drink came to $27, which is kind of steep but was expected. Very high quality burger though. I can't say I would make it a routine stop, but I'd definitely pop in on occasion when in the area if craving a burger.

Baby Blue Burger. EXCELLENT. A unique tasting Burger due to the blend of Bacon Bites, Stewed Onions, BBQ Sauce and Blue Cheese. Soft and fresh Buns with an AMAZING texture which are baked on site. Ordered a small amount of GOOD tasting thick cut Fries. A couple of years ago I ate at their NORTH MIAMI location and ordered their SUPERPREMIUM Burger which was one of the BEST Burgers I've ever had. RECOMMEND.

I had an incredible experience at Birra Bar! The customer service was absolutely excellent; from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The location is beautifully decorated, with well-distributed tables that create a super comfortable atmosphere. I tried the Golden burger and the new Golden burger, and let me tell you, they are undoubtedly the best burgers in the world. The meat was incredibly tender and zero fat, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce, combined with the bread, was delicious. Speaking of the bread, it was so soft! Often, after eating a burger, one feels heavy, but here, I felt light and satisfied. I also enjoyed the Sweet Potato Fries, and my husband ordered the regular Golden burger, which was equally spectacular. The size of the burgers is just right; every bite is a pleasure, and we left so happy that I seriously considered ordering another one... free parking inside the building The variety of options on the menu is impressive, each one better than the last. The service is unmatched, and the prices are fair for the quality of the products, making it a perfect spot to come with friends, as a couple, or even solo. The Montery burger was AMAZING! I orgered the single 4 oz burger medium. I came with 2 cheeses, hot peppers and avacado. Juicy, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The side of sweet potato fries were good enough to deserve a review of there own. Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. Mango beer was a fun choice to go with my late afternoon lunch.

We came here because we were in the area for a different burger place that wasn't open. Honestly, the food here is more Instagramable than anything else. The burgers are over the top, but the flavor was just not there. The fries were well cooked, but really just tasteless. With all the burger joints in the area, this one could be skipped.

My boyfriend LOVED the burger. He is a burger connoisseur with a special preference in Smash burgers. This review is mostly done on his behalf given his expertise and the fact that I did not get my own but took a couple bites of his order along with his fries. I personally thought the burger was a tad too greasy but he had no problem with it. He thought it was the BEST. Ambiance is casual. Your order at the counter. Then you go back to the counter to pick it up when it's ready and sit down. The burgers are super big and filling and I enjoyed how they decorated it for Halloween. I also had his fries and they were crunch, fresh and hot! I would recommend burger lovers to try this spot!

EXAGGERATED BUN AND TOPPINGS - OVERWHELMING MENU - EXPENSIVE. I'm a burger purist. A great burger has delicious meat, well-seasoned, soft buns, American cheese, at a good price. Birra is a walk-up restaurant, so there's not much to say about the service. The menu above the register is too extensive to read while you're standing there. If you don't want to give me a menu, narrow down the 25 recipes to 5 or 6. The burgers are $15-27 a la carte. Add fries and a Coke, and you're at $20-30 a person. It felt too expensive. We got our pager. Dining room looks inviting. South Beach club music a little loud for eating. 10 minute wait. Buzz. The burgers are 2/3 bun, and then a lot of toppings, nicely wrapped in paper, and the actual meat is... where's the beef? The meat, eaten alone, is flavorless and has rubbery bits of gristle. I spit them out. The bun was soft, but too much. The crispy-batter-coated fries are belly bombs. The sweet potato fries have the same batter, but they're not as heavy. I prefer thin fries, no batter. The kids loved the soft serve ice cream. La Birra wasn't for me because of the bad meat, but you should try it if you like exaggerated buns, toppings, and prices.

The best burger I've ever had. The burger was made perfectly. The bun was the best I've had on a burger as well. They have a lot of options that all look good. They serve hot dogs too. The fries portions are good for the price. They have some soda,. lemonade and tea drink options with free refills. The staff was friendly and helpful. The inside was nice, more like a restaurant feel than a fast food place. It is a bit pricey but the quality was definitely worth it. I'll definitely go back here.

Golden Chimichurri. Best burger I've had in a minute. Crazy to think how it looked when I first started.

Patty was so thin, the bacon didnt taste good and cheese tasted weird. The bread was great and that was it. The bacon did not even taste like bacon, also the lettuce tasted old. Honestly I was disappointed. When I ask what cheese they had, they said only American, but the American cheese tasted different. I gave them two stars for the pretty looking burger, but not worth it at all. Fries I thought they would be like fresh cut fries, but they were coated with something.

Nice looking restaurant, very clean. Had an egg bacon burger medium rare and It was cooked right and burger was well seasoned. Prices are for burgers only no combo option. Place is great place to try and they do have impossible and chicken replacement for burger. Seems a little upscale for burger place but Taste was on point. I also tried the corn ribs and seasoning was nice but I think I would having corn on the cob and a stick made same way. Deffinitely a try if you want a upscale burger

We ordered some burgers on a BOGO, and they were great! Nice quality, delicious bread. I would go back, but not my favorite burger in the world. I want to go back and actually dine-in.

This spot was formerly a Wendy's; but baby, this new joint definitely ain't no Wendy's meal! Onion rings are among the best I've ever eaten! Forced myself to not consume them all during my drive home. The included Ranch dipping sauce was a nice addition. Ordered the American Classic burger--medium well. Perfectly cooked to order. It's messy to eat, but who cares?! There were a couple, chewy bits of the burger patty, I felt should have been ground up better or removed. Overall great flavor. The food coma I drifted into after finishing that huge burger erased the initial hesitation I had about plopping down $14 for a burger and $6 for a side of onion rings. Welcoming crew members. The decor is upscale. Dining area lighting was dimmed. Love the padded/cushioned chairs. Large screen tvs the on wall. Painted wall of the restaurant's personnel and Lionel Messi images are cool and excellent backdrops for selfies. Plenty of free parking spaces in their own surrounding lot. Empty late afternoon when I visited, but I'm sure this place gets packed.

fast service and friendly staff. I had been here once before and had the collab burger they did with maxd out donuts a few doors down and it was amazing! on this visit i grabbed the chicken ceasar salad to go. when i got home it was good, fresh, and very filling.

I tried this place based on a few people telling me how good the burgers are. I'm a self admitted burger snob. I like them thick n juicy, cheesy and complex in flavors. I ordered the "Only Fans" burger. They asked me how i liked my burgers cooked, i love them medium rare. With (2) 4 ounce patties, you cant exactly cook to temperature! They are too thin! Ok, that aside, the burger was tasty, but too many (cold) crispy onions. Once i removed them the burger was gooey drippy goodness. Not greatness. The onion rings were pretty much flavorless. Overall, decent, but not worth $26, for a burger, rings, and a coke.

Service was excellent, fast and restaurant is clean . Def not the greatest burger especially cooked on a flat grill . Was hoping for a flake cooked type of burger you can get just east of here . Food has South American style to it . Definitely not an American style burger taste was bland but quality of beef seemed fresh not frozen

Just a note about their outstanding customer service...I stopped in for one of their delicious burgers and also to cash in a Birthday Discount Coupon that they sent to me on my phone. As I was getting ready to pay, I discovered that the coupon "disappeared" from my phone. Excellent customer service clicks in when the manager asks for my phone number. Not only was my information in their system but also my Birthday was in their system. The manager entered the discount in the register. That is what Outstanding customer service looks like. It's a fast casual place so that was nice. We got two burgers and both enjoyed them a lot. They were hot, a little greasy but they're burgers so that's expected. Onion rings were crispy. Wife really liked her shake.

It was last month that we took notice of the business that replaced the Wendys on Oakland and Federal. After immediately going to YELP, we knew we had to see what La Birra Bar was all about! One thing you notice is the clean layout outside. It is functional--to the point. Once inside, you will see it it just as clean and direct as outside. You walk up to the counter, and the menu items are there for easy review. The staff is courteous and attentive. This, of course, is very important. Here is one thing that sets La Birra Bar apart from other restaurants is you are asked how you want your burger cooked. Place your order, and receive an electronic buzzer with your order number. As we waited, we noticed the napkin holders stated La Birra Bar was The Most Awarded Burger in the World. There were nearly 10 award givers listed! Impressive! Most impressive! We received our order to go, in its own branded bag with custom handles. Our order was inside a custom, branded box. La Birra Bar clearly has standards, high ones! We had the BM, their take on the Big Mac, and the Big Jack. They do not skimp on their gourmet burgers. You truly get what you pay for! Although we didn't have any, their sides look marvelous! So if you are a burger or hot dog aficionado, put La Birra Bar on your to do list.

This is the first time ever left a bad review for anywhere. Worst customer service ever. We to La Birra Oakland Park last night. First time there. Ordered my burger, without onions. Got the burger, covered with onions. No big deal, someone made a mistake. Went back to the counter and told the guy giving out the food that I had ordered without onions. He proceeded to look up the order and tell me that it did not say no onion. Told him I told the guy at the register, he must not have put it there. He proceeded to tell me 2 more times that it did not say no onions. I just wanted a replacement that I ordered and paid for. But he was more or less arguing. Before I lost my temper, I told him never mind, Ill just throw it away and I walked away and sat while my wife ate. Terrible service. Wish I could give negative stars!!

The burgers here are great!! Went their with the family and even the kids enjoyed their burgers! They have good options for all taste buds. The sweet potato fries are delicious! We even had wine with our burgers!

I order here on a regular basis.... The burgers here are one of the best burgers in all of Fort Lauderdale.... I defy you name a better burger place in all of Broward County
