Even if the store is new, there are many issues with it. The self checkout system is not the best. I was with my mom when we first had our problem. The system kept saying to put the item in the bag and then to take it out. This lasted around ten minutes until a worker came to help us. They were pretty reassuring and calm. The worker did help us with the rest of the experience, but it did take us a total of 20 - 30 minutes to get through self checkout. Overall, the service is nice but the self checkout machines really don't work.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I came in today to get burritos from the deli counter, and received the WORST customer service. In front of us was an employee purchasing food, but the woman behind the counter and the employee purchasing food were gossiping and we were not even acknowledged for an entire 10 minutes. Only when my friend went up to the counter to order, was he directed to a different area. When he went up to order, he was informed that there was nothing but carnitas and pollo. We then waited another 20 minutes for 8 employees to make three burritos, among another couple orders. I work in customer service, under normal circumstances I would understand being busy. But this was blatantly bad service. Bonita, expect an email regarding this experience because wow.

I have come to this store quite often back then. It was very sad that the part of the store's piece had collapse in the fall of 2021. They have fresh produce and great values for each item you buy. Hopefully they reopen the store sooner or later. I can't wait to go back!

I like shopping here, the place looks clean inside but there are a lot of people there most of the time. The stuff is good but the music is loud and it’s not of my taste, I wish they played more general music. Some costs are good but some of there are high compared with other markets. I had a really good experience yesterday tho, and the place looked cleaner than ever.

My go-to spot for groceries. They are opening in 2-3 weeks! Currently going through the hiring process so if you're interested check them out

I go there for the fish.... They fry it whole and it's seasoned very well..... the prices are too high for me.... The store is neat and clean and very organized.....

I just received an email that they reopened today after almost 3 long years of closing!

The biggest Latin supermarket and usually good quality with lowest price you can find...the only down side is the liens are taking too long because half of the cashier lines are closed
