La Bonita Supermarkets

This is a full mexican supermarket with authentic products. Staff was friendly when we stopped in. Large variety of things you wont find at standard grocery stores. Will definitely stop back in!

La Bonita Market is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are consistently polite and professional. Their produce section stands out — fruits and vegetables are fresh, crisp, and never left rotting on the shelves. The pork section is excellent: clean, properly handled, and notably free of boar taint, which is a common issue in lower-quality markets. The rest of the meat selection is equally well-managed. The environment is welcoming, including for Asian shoppers, with no sense of exclusion. Overall, a dependable and well-run neighborhood market.

Since I don't feel welcome when I come into this particular location to shop, I'm going to continue to shop at this store, as long as it's convenient for me, any time that I'm hungry.

I go to this store every week. I understand that the cashiers don’t speak English. I normally speak Spanish for them. Today, I had a cashier named Ariana and tried English then Spanish and she ignored me. I again repeated in English and Spanish and she still ignored me. When I asked what her name was (in English) she immediately understood me and answered. This is poor customer service and racist. I won’t come back to this store till you fix this problem.

I went to the meat department to get menudo to make for my mom. When I got home, there was at least 2 pounds worth of ice and bones in the bags. I understand the ice, but the bones, no. There are no bones in menudo meat. Very disappointed with visit.

I like shopping here, the place looks clean inside but there are a lot of people there most of the time. The stuff is good but the music is loud and it’s not of my taste, I wish they played more general music. Some costs are good but some of there are high compared with other markets. I had a really good experience yesterday tho, and the place looked cleaner than ever.

Very bad customer service, the cashier mixed my items with the customer behind me and charged me then left out a bag mixed with my items and the other persons due to the mix up. I lost multiple items and was charged for stuff that wasn’t mine. After noticing and notifying staff, they refused to believe me and showed me choppy video footage that didn’t even confirm what happened and refused to fully assist essentially claiming I was lying. They partially helped but would not fully help and made me buy again the same items I had already paid for originally. Very unprofessional all around from the cashiers to supervisors. Already reported to my bank and they will help because La Bonita failed to properly rectify their errors. Beware, if you ever have any issues you won’t get much help at all…

On our visit from Texas was looking for some steam table Mexican food and they did not disappoint. Definitely will return on our next trip back to Vegas.

This La Bonita location is pretty small and has a more limited selection compared to others. Parking is a bit strange, but it's convenient if you just need essentials like meat and veggies. They always have good specials, which is a plus. The chicken quality is hit or miss, but the produce is consistently fresh and affordable. Great spot for a quick grocery run!! Also quite a few vendors in the parking lot selling items (I haven't tried anything yet)

Is cool got lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and meats, seafood just dont like the security department they rude to their customers

These people are rude rude rude!! Will not EVER come back! We have shopped at this location since it opened, supported it while it was closed, went to the Henderson location begging for information but wished it had remained CLOSED! Your customer service has gone out the window, no longer the friendly family store! I waited 15 minutes in the deli watching 2 ladies working talking to themselves never acknowledging me until more people can up, saying take a number!! I said I've been standing here for 15 minutes trying to get your attention she just shrugged her shoulders and said get a number! Tried talking to a manager but amazingly manager can't speak ENGLISH all of a sudden!! I've been coming here for over 10 years!!! NEVER again

Great fresh produce at ver I just recently discovered la bonit is and now i'm going to Try their in store restaurant. It'smells delicious
