This was our first time visiting the restaurant, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the romantic ambience — the soft lighting gave it a warm, intimate feel, almost like a candlelight dinner. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and full of flavor — you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. What really made the experience exceptional was the superb customer service. Every staff member was attentive and welcoming, and a special thank you goes to Sam, who served us with genuine warmth and professionalism. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our dine in even more enjoyable. A wonderful first visit — we’ll definitely be back again and will highly recommend this gem to our friends and family!

The appetizer selection was diverse and tantalizing, offering a great start to the meal. The pizza was a standout—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and cooked to perfection. The pasta dishes were equally delightful, rich in taste and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service. Great dining experience. Lovely decor, definitely a hidden gem in Joo Chiat. Lots got food options and service staff was warm and welcoming. Love the pizza options where we can order 2 half pizzas. The grilled baby calamari tasted awesome but portion is a little too small. The beef short rib homemade pasta and the mushroom pasta were nice too.

Food was great, recommend the beef carpaccio. Went by on a Sunday evening around 830pm without a reservation and managed to be seated immediately. Service from Sky was top notch. He was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in us having the best experience. First time here and definitely would not be my last. Hats off to the entire team.

Given the many rave reviews, we came in with high expectations. We tried the pastas, a half pizza (which is a great option for smaller appetites), and the tiramisu. While everything was decent, there wasn’t any real “wow” factor to the dishes. The food didn’t quite live up to the hype for us, but it was still a pleasant, if not particularly memorable, meal.

This is my 2nd visit to La Bottega Enoteca. Came with friends the 1st time then brought my family to lunch here because their pizzas are simply amazing. In fact all the items that I've tried are absolutely delicious. The service is excellent too. The friendly staffs are very attentive and great in recommending whats right for us. Compliments especially to Sam and Sky. Thank you for making our day with a lovely surprise dessert on the house. Love the decor and ambience too. Will be back again to try more interesting items on the menu.

Raquel and Farhana serving us today. They are awesome making us feel very welcome. Farhana in particular was very bubbly and always smiling – a real bright spot. Loved how the food came out one by one, not all at once. Meant everything was perfect temp. Small thing, but makes a big difference. Food's great for the price, cooked just right, and taste was amazing. Good for anything from a party to just chilling for dinner. Definitely check them out!

This is my favorite pizzeria. I visited here for Sunday dinner with a reservation (you can easily book a table through their website). Although it was already late, around 8:30 - 9:00 PM, the restaurant was still packed with people, so it’s definitely a good idea to reserve your seat in advance. We ordered the cuttlefish and a half-and-half pizza. Every single dish we tried was absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious. In fact, as of 2025, this pizza stands out as the best I’ve ever had in my life, purely in terms of taste. It was truly a memorable culinary experience. The service was equally impressive—the staff were friendly, attentive, and showed exceptional hospitality. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I would certainly return to this place and highly recommend it to others.
