I really enjoyed my birthday lunch here! The burratina was a flavour bomb. The sorbet changed the temperature of the burratina significantly. When you eat the burrata+sorbet+tomato+ salad together, the flavour is 10/10.
I love the double crunch pizza. It is crunchy yet soft. The amount of cheese is perfect. Soft, white and gooey. The sun-dried tomato added a perfect sweetness to the mortadella.
The thin crust pizza, we tried the Pachino. They turn the tomato, basil Pasto and olive into sauce which complemented the Parmigianino Reggiano very well.
Both pizza and starter were recommended by their staff, Sky. He was extremely patient in explaining everything to us and recommending based on our palate, knowing that it was our first time here.
The Orecchiette pasta was originally okay. However, when Sky recommended the chilli oil to add a kick to the pasta, the taste of the pasta was elevated without changing the original taste of the pasta. I could taste every detail of the pasta including the homemade chilli oil.
Will definitely be back to try more of their pizza and hopefully have space for dessert too. We were big eaters but for 2, we ate to our 100%.
Free flow still and sparkling. We sat semi outdoor, at the sheltered area and it wasn't hot even though it was a sunny day.
