Very disappointed with the customer service and care of this shop, the sales persons and the designer of “La taille de la banane” @musafourretouturbains
I bought a bag at 75 euros you were on your belt which was beautiful but of a fragile material. I was told it was waterproof. I did say I lived in London and it was raining a lot! After three months the material of the bag was damaged and looked terrible. I emailed the shop either pictures. They never replied. After three months my sister took the bag in the shop and no one could help as apparently each designer is responsible for their products and the shop only represents them. They took my number but never called me, never emailed me back. I went to the shop twice weeks ago and they had my bag at the back of the shop but never showed it to the designer!!! Her sister was at the shop and she accused me of washing the bag in the washing machine! I said I was not a liar and when I showed her the inside of the bag she agreed I couldn’t have washed it! She only said my sister is too busy and I can’t do anything for you. They didn’t apologise, didn’t offer any kind of refund or commercial gesture. This shop is a disgrace! Their customer care is terrible. They just don’t care! No one seems to be in charge and no one seems to be responsible of their mistakes! Very disappointed!
