This place is in a great location. I expect it would be even better to visit in summer when you could sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the Grand Place while people watching. Since we visited in November we opted to sit inside instead.
Inside it was busy, we just about managed to get a table. We were really only there for a hot drink to warm up while we planned our day, so we didn't mind the squeeze too much. What was kind of rubbish was the service. We sat for age before anyone acknowledged us, but when my partner went up to the bar, thinking maybe they didn't do table service, he got sent back to his seat.
Eventually, after a very long wait, we managed to get a couple of passable hot chocolates. I don't know whether it's always like this but I'm not sure I'd come again, unless it looked a lot quieter. Given it's location, though, I'd be surprised if it's ever quiet.
