Adjusting slightly based on our latest visit. As per usual, stopped in after seeing a show, myself and 3 friends. We were asked if we could be gone by 7:30, as they were seating us at a table that had a reservation later. The place was nearly empty, so that was odd. We were sat inside, near the patio doors, which they kept open, and it was a very hot, humid day, so it felt as though there was hot air being blown on us. Very uncomfortable.
We got drinks, I ordered one with Diet Coke/pepsi, another diner ordered the same drink but with regular, and they didn't tell us which was which when they were delivered, so unsure if the difference was noted.
Before ordering food, I asked the waiter what "sauce vierge" was on a particular dish. He said "like a butter sauce". It was not even close. It's actually a lemon, oil, chopped tomato and basil sauce. The dish was also drizzled with balsamic, which did not pair well with the mashed potatoes under it. I've ordered that dish at a different location before and it was nothing similar at all.
Someone else got ketchup spilled on them when their meal was being delivered, the server placed it down badly and the cup toppled over, right on a white shirt, which was unfortunate, however the food runner and our server handled it expertly and really went above and beyond, with our server even digging up a Tide stick, and they comped her meal, which we told them was unnecessary.
Ups and downs this visit, but I'll still be back again in the future.
