I am not the biggest fan for Mexican cuisine but their food is amazing. I will definitely go back. My husband and I tried multiple different dishes since it was our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food delicious but the staff were kind. The picture I am posting was the Pork Belly Tostada.

I would have bought a jar each of the sauces, if they sold them! We had 4 appetizers and dessert tonight but will return to try everything! Don't forget to leave room for their tres leches.

Remodeled and renovated clean restaurant. Street parking was available. The staff seemed friendly. Taco was okay (porkbelly and shrimp), but the special menu was awful. The servant said they have a special menu which was not on the menu, lobster with fish, mussels, scallop and shrimp cost $43. Lobster was dry and very small, and other seafood was just from frozen low quality product. Shrimp and mussels size was smaller than my nail. Taco was just okay (price was around $15-18), maybe you can try once but it was not exceptional compared to other local taco restaurants. Hopefully they improve the food quality! Thanks!

This place was amazing! The service was great. We made a reservation in advanced and we were seated immediately. The waitress was super nice and explained a few things on the menu for us and when we finally ordered it came in a very timely manner. We got an appetizer of guacamole and chips and elote. The guacamole was super flavorful and the chips were perfect - not stale at all. The elote was so good and flavorful as well, my whole meal could have been that and I would have been more than happy. For the main course we got three different types of tacos. Brisket, fish, and pork belly tacos. They were all delicious and I would definitely order them again. Would probably say that the fish tacos were my least favorite because for some reason they didn't have as much flavor, but the other two were pretty even in terms of how much I liked them. For dessert we got an order of churros. They were so good and fresh, I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat way more than I did. In terms of price, I would say they are a little expensive costing $17 for three smallish tacos, but as long as you get an appetizer you will leave with your belly full and won't regret a dollar spent. Definitely would happily go back anytime, also the atmosphere would make it a great place to go on a date.

We love La Calle. Those who diss are probably used to Tex-mex. All the food is fresh and delicious; the ceviches are excellent; bar program is on point and we recently enjoyed brunch! Great spot. We do prefer to sit in the bar as the dining room is somewhat loud but it’s a matter of preference.

Lovely restaurant with ambiance and delicious food! The visit did have a bit of a rough start, however. We were looking for a restaurant with open reservations during Easter weekend and were able to secure one here. Initially there was resistance from the host over our seating request of a two-top in a less crowded section. After my boyfriend spoke up, he obliged. Next, the same host was standing near the kitchen opening in the rear, with full view of the restaurant, yet no one stopped by our table for 15 minutes. As the host eventually walked past our table, we made eye contact, which was when he asked had we been helped. He then took our food order. He had a stern word with the server, however service is a team effort, and the host should have noticed within 5 minutes that we had not been helped. After all, he was just standing there doing nothing. The server seemed to be overwhelmed and did not interact with us much. I asked for dessert and he asked did I want it to-go, which to me said he was ready to go home, so we needed to pack it up. That said, the elotes, salmon and churros were delicious! I would eat here again.

The food here is immaculate! I came for Sunday dinner with a friend to celebrate her birthday - the restaurant was not busy, and we were immediately seated. Everything we ordered was FRESH!! The mojito was crisp, clean, and perfectly balanced. The guacamole had great texture and was well blended, not overly mushy, and had good texture. The ceviche was terrific- the lime was not overwhelming, and the seafood was not overpowering. I have no clue how they plated that lamb shank because it was so tender! It literally fell off the bone. The salmon was cooked to perfection with fantastic flavor, and the churros were some of the softest I’ve ever had in my life. You definitely need to come here for authentic, elevated Mexican cuisine.

New to Baltimore but have been trying places all around Fells and have not found a place worth a review until now. This is an incredibly affordable and nice place for a meal. The service was kind, thoughtful, and efficient. Brunch was fantastic and we will be returning for dinner in the future and telling friends.
