"This longstanding Lakewood spot is a neighborhood favorite for margaritas, the perfect accompaniment to Mexican-inspired seafood. On the rocks or frozen, this is the kind of margarita that's the definition of an easy drinker." - Eater Staff

"This Latin-inspired eatery in Lakewood has a solid reputation among the neighborhood’s most discerning diners. Here, you can order the classic Acapulco take on ceviche atop a tostada, which adds saltiness and plenty of crunch. Ask for a little extra lime juice and cilantro to gild the lily." - Amy McCarthy

Good food. Good servers. Clean restaurant and rest room. Nice size servings. Beef fajitas were delicious.

Company gathering of 10 for the holidays. Our waiter was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable he handled the larger party very well. Everything came out of the kitchen within minutes of each other. The food was authentic cooked to order and priced reasonably. Those warm, homemade soft tortillas were amazing! Several people got the nachos both chicken and beef and let’s just say there were no leftovers 😊 I had a simple cheese quesadilla but it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and decor leave a little bit to the imagination and could use some updating.

The food was sooooo good! Some of the best Mexican food I've had. And such a good value for money. If you're in the area it's an absolute must visit.

The food was amazing. My order came out wrong-baked potato instead of steamed vegetables-but they fixed it quickly and the spice level was outstanding for spicy shrimp. The salsa is second only to the sister company. Keep up the good work folks. Definitely give them a try. You will not regret it.

Terrible experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon, my wife got food poisoning. She barely had few bites of the red snapper and we had to tell the waitress the fish did not taste good. It had a funny taste and smell bad. I ordered the tacos, and honestly I had much better tacos at a cheap $2 taco stand. They did not charge us for her plate. Such a shame, this place used to be a good spot for sea food, but not any more. Do not recommended!

Great spot with fantastic and friendly service. The camarones a la diabla are great as well as the fresh made tortillas de harina.

I always eat Salmon tacos. I have eaten here for several years. Started eating at Oak Cliff location more than 30 years ago. The food is tasty and hot. They let me choose my table. The music in dining room is not too loud. My server was particularly helpful and responsive.
