I went for the first time a couple of months ago and have gone back at least once just about every week since. Their veggie burrito is SO good. Their green sauce... *Chef's kiss*

La Carreta is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine. The burritos are generously sized and packed with fresh ingredients. Service is quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a delicious meal on the go. Limited seats next to the food truck, so need to plan either to take out or eat in your car.

This food was amazing and they have a very friendly staff and I have a hour lunch and I got my food in fifteen minutes

Was delivering a load to Americold across the street and went across the street to try this place. Ordered 1 Asada taco, 1 Al Pastor taco and an asada quesadilla and this place is amazing! Everything was 🔥 💣 but the quesdallia was definitely one of the best I've tried. 👌

They shifted their location from the last one I saw but the food truck and their quality still remains authentic with great service and all the items taste amazing and are super affordable.

Super solid, crowd-pleasing burritos. The carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, and chorizo, specifically. Carne Asada tacos also a win. Great salsa. A few tips--it's a food trailer behind a junky place at the corner of 71 and Robinson, *and* you could accidentally go to Acambaro. Don't. It's popular with local contractors and is generally very busy. Call ahead!

Food and service have been nothing short of great for years! Definitely one of the best Mexican food trucks in NWA!

Great food truck that whips up some great food. I've noticed this food truck always busy so I decided to give it a try. I placed a order in for al pastor nachos supreme. All I can say is wow what a great meal for less than 7 bucks. The meat was cooked perfect with fresh chips. If your looking for great Mexican food stop here!!!

I want to say I think this truck has been sitting there for like 20yrs or better. best Taco's and torta's in Lowell. Best Mexican food in the NWA. More food than you can eat in one setting. years of solid excellent food.

I was very disappointed with the service here. The food was undercooked so I notified the staff about the issue. They refused to give a refund for the inconvenience. They did not give any apologies for the situation nor did they offer to cook another entree for free. --------------------------------------------- Que mal servicio que hay aquí. La comida estaba cruda, entonces avise al personal sobre el problema. Se negaron a dar un reembolso por la situacion. No se disculparon por la situación ni ofrecieron a cocinar otro plato principal gratis.

Great Asada burrito. There was no line. Service appeared just a little slow, but I could've just been impatient because it was cold and rainy. probably why no line. If you're in the area and want quick, local taste of Mexico, this is the place! By the way, menu photo is outdated. Prices for most items bumped $0.50. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

Great taste, great portion sizes, decent price. We got two asada tacos, an asada burrito, and a veggie quesadilla.

Great burritos and tacos, I personally think their Tortas leave something to be desired but they are still better than anything else in the area.

We randomly ate at this food truck because it was near a flooring store we needed to visit. Best unexpected lunch ever! Seriously- this was hands down the best carne asada burrito I've ever had in my life. I know that's a huge statement to make, and there are plenty of scrumptious burritos to be eaten when we visit friends in California or my FIL in Mexico, but this one was sooo good that it made me forget all other previous ones I've eaten. The steak was juicy, the beans, rice and rest of the filling was perfectly proportionate, and the whole thing expertly folded and ready to be dunked into their delicious salsa verde. Plus, they have real Coke- which just totally completes the perfect lunch.

Fast service and great food! Carne asada tacos, carne asada quesadilla and carne asada Fortas are all so yummy. The green and red sauces they provide with the meals are oh so good as well!

We traveled to the area on a weekend trip. After hiking we were looking for a place to eat. Spotted the food truck and decided to stop. BEST STOP EVER!!! As a family of 4 we got a bit if everything. Tacos we had the Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Carnitas and Pollo. ABSOLUTELY every one of them were amazing!!! The best of the best however was the Steak Burrito!! Both sauces were amazing also!! Will definitely be back!!

Best tacos in NWA! Always fresh! Their red sauce is spicy but my absolute favorite. I've been eating tacos here for 8+ years and they have always been fantastic!

Great street tacos. I have tried most of the tacos around NWA, and these ones taste fresh, each taco comes with two tortillas, and have a good amount of food, so you can easily make two tacos out of one. Worth trying. You can call in advance and just pick them up

Exactly what I was looking for: authentic street tacos at an affordable price. I enjoyed the asada, carnitas, and al pastor tacos. When topped with the provided tomatillo salsa, they were perfect. Great food, great service. This is what makes food trucks fun.

I've been going to this food truck for around 3 years? And I'm still not tired of it. Their food is seriously so amazing. The burritos are so big and packed with so many juicy flavors!! I've tried more of their food and I just can't get enough. I love coming here over and over! One time I forgot my card at home when I thought I had it with me and the man told me "it's okay. You come here a lot. You can pay next time you come" and that just blew my mind how he had so much trust in me just from coming to his food truck. It shows that they actually pay attention to their customers. Ever since then I've noticed they now take Apple Pay so even if I do forget my card again I can now pay with my watch or my phone! Coming here has always been so easy and tasty. I recommend this place to anyone that wants delicious food!

Best taco truck in NWA. I've tried LOTS of taco trucks in this area and these are by far the best!!!

My favorite taco truck in NWA. I live overseas and lived in the Pacific Northwest before that. I grew up in NWA and always miss the great Mexican food when I am away. I have scoured the region for my favorite taco trucks and this place is the winner. They simply do incredible authentic street tacos.

Both, the chicken and beef tacos were good. $1.50 each. I would recommend trying this place. It's a food truck but they have 5 or 6 picnic tables set up for you to dine.

Everything I've tried here is wonderful. The quality of their meat really sets them apart from the other taquerias in the area. Even the plain chicken or steak items are delicious. And I love the mild green salsa. It is always fresh and flavorful. The 'al pastor' pork is great but not traditional, it almost has a spicy curry flavor. Never disappointed here.

Maybe the best street tacos I've ever had. Everyone was so friendly. We will be back... maybe even tomorrow.

I will keep updating the business as I get more time. This LITTLE shack near J.B. Hunt has some of the best food in Northwest Arkansas! From burritos to quesadillas to tacos to tortas, this place makes great food. And, super cheap! $5 gets you a massive burrito or quesadilla. We eat here nearly every weekend.

God love this place, we do!! Best Mexican I have ever had. The Cubana is our favorite, get it loaded with everything. ..trust me. Burritos are insane, huge, super flavorful, packed full of wonderfulness! Tacos...awesome, tamales...awesome, everything is the best. Don't let the line intimidate you, it's long because it's the best, and sooo worth it. Just grab a card and order ahead of time so it's ready when you get there. Folks...this place is a must stop.

La Carreta is my favorite spot for Mexican in Northwest Arkansas. The Enchiladas and Burritos are the best I've had since I moved down to Arkansas. The prices are reasonable and they have a red sauce that always makes me sweat but taste's great with a burrito. I think the only thing I wish they had was chips and salsa/guac. If they added that to the menu I think it would be hands down the best for sure. I have this for my birthday dinner so you know it's good.

I live for tacos and this place is the bomb.com. Prices are reasonable and the food is amazing! Might be a little of a wait time but it is definitely worth it for the food! Don't expect cheese sauce on your burrito, this is legit Mexican food!! La Carrera, please never change!!!

Amazing, Cheap and delicious. I've been going to la carreta for a few years now and it has never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and fast. I recommend the al pastor quesadilla with extra cheese and no lettuce.

So easy to access from where I work and they have the best carne asada quesadillas and tacos. They give you salsa - green or red - of your choice as well. Great price and great portions.

Still the best tacos ever! The hot sauce is sometimes hot, sometimes on the mild side; today it was REALLY hot! I've never in my life ate with tears rolling down my cheeks, sweat on my forehead, and still ate everything on my plate. I'm serious it's that good! I will say you can choose to put less sauce or even try a more mild sauce but boy, it's worth it.

Been here multiple times...Ive tried mexican food at a bunch of places in NWA...this place has the best tasting food hands down....dont forget to get extra salsa...that stuff is the best!!

My wife and I lived in San Diego for two years and fell in love with authentic Mexican food there. This place is on par with the Mexican food we would eat in Old Town. Unbelievably fresh and an abundance of flavor!! Be sure to get extra sauce on the side if you like heat. We will be frequenting this place. 5 stars and two thumbs up!!

I'm an expert Mexican food eater. I eat quesadilla all the time! This is the best taco truck in all Arkansas. Period. I go here all the time! So good. So fresh. Ahhh my gooooshhhhhh.

It may not look like much when you pass but this place is awesome! Best Mexican street food I've had! Burritos, quesadillas and tacos are amazing! I was introduced to it over 9 years ago and still one of my favorites.
