La Casa de Pedro Temporarily Closes in the Seaport - Eater Boston
"La Casa de Pedro, a Venezuelan restaurant, faced challenges with profitability and rent arrears at its Seaport location. Despite filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in April, the owners are optimistic about reopening soon. The Watertown location remains operational." - Dana Hatic
There’s a Cheesy New Brazilian Food Truck in Town - Eater Boston
"Late last month, the Boston Business Journal reported that the firm behind La Casa de Pedro in Boston’s Seaport District and Watertown has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and will sell the newer Seaport location. Not so fast, said the Globe yesterday. It’s struggling, yes, but the owners are not ready to give up yet, despite complaints from residents in the building and mounting debts." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
Beautiful restaurant, vibrant colors that give you a taste of tropics. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a good selection of drinks, the food was very delicious and didn't take long to come to the table. The only problem was the rice with beans, it was too salty in it wasnt well cooked being spanish customers we couldnt be easily fooled. For dessert we ordered the coconut quesillo and it was delicious.

The tapas were great. Tacos, not so much. This place is a little pricey considering their serving sizes. But the staff are very accommodating and service is pretty good.

La Casa de Pedro is restaurant with excellent food. I loved the real Jeep decor and unique box to use for your payment. The waiter was awesome and they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with your meal. The empanadas were to die for!!!

Excellent place if you wanted to feel latin flavor... the food was amazing nothing big. Is more a place to enjoy with family and friends, share the food and dance Latin music. On Friday they have “Latino night”. The cocktails are amazing but a little bit expensive, I mean if you want to drink something really good... you must go here.

Good music, great strong drinks very lovely atmosphere and after 11 pm, I believe, it turns into somewhat of a club. There's a small dance space. I only wish they didn't charge a fee for entrance into the "club" after hours, especially since we had a large party and ordered a lot of things, so we left.
