Everything to know about the restaurants and bars opening at Virgin Hotels | Eater Vegas

"Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market brings the Los Angeles Thai outpost to Virgin Hotels as what he calls his biggest and most ambitious restaurant to date, marrying LA cool with Thai food meant to pair with an emphasis on natural wines; menu staples that traveled to Las Vegas include crispy rice salad and the fried chicken sandwich, while Sin City specials feature whole crispy catfish with sizzling ginger scallion and lobster pad Thai, and a pad kee mao that uses pastrami from L.A.’s Langer’s Deli — all set against bright orange and yellow walls and a canopy of disco balls that create a party vibe and tease future additions like seafood towers." - Eater Staff

Great place to go and eat ,I came across it on Google maps. This night food market Opens at 5pm, I was there before they opened and it did not disappoint. The crunchy chicken tacos that made me go there in the first place, were as delicious as my Mom's, it made my night. I also had an Esquite (corn) also a favorite. I will be going back definitely a great place to spend the night. Bathroom available / Baño disponible FOOD -Pizza -Sea Food -Popusas -Aguas frescas -Hot dogs -Funnel cake- Fresas con crema -Churros

Influencers made it sound like a very special night market. It was kind of disappointing. The market was very small, only ~10/15 vendors. Very limited parking. We had to park in the neighborhood, which was not the safest spot. The food was also not good. Paid extra for truffle fries, but got cajun fries instead. The truck that sells steak fried rice had no steak that day. We got chicken fried rice, which had no taste. The girl who helped us out wasn't really paying attention when we were ordering.

It's unbelievable that this spot was better than neptunes net in Malibu 😅 food was amazing, and the atmosphere made us feel like regulars. We definitely recommend this place. You have a variety of choices.

The Nutella and dubai filling was literally watered down it was disgusting. Never again this is the second chance I give this place. Ima stick to viva la crepas they don't water down their products

It was surprisingly big with many many Hispanic and American options. From pizza to tinga and everything in between. We had un huarache and la masa had black beans toasted to a subtle and delicious crunch and packed with flavor. I just drooled again 🤤😋🤤😅 were going back tonight.

I've been here twice thanks to a recommendation from one of the foodie YouTubers that I watch and I must say this is a very underrated night market! Don't let it's size fool you! Even though it's pretty small there's a variety of food and vendors to choose from. Some of the most notable dishes are beef kabobs, birria ramen, Mexican sushi, and oven-baked pizza plus more! I leave you with some photos of the dishes I've had so far. The tacos are the highlight of the night market since they're made with fresh handmade tortillas!

I'm currently sitting at One of the many tables they have laid out eating birria vampiros and professing my love to the consumeré. There's a wonderful combination of different types of food here, including tacos, teriyaki bowls, birria, mini pancakes, antojitos and so on. It's small enough to make a decision but not so small as to disappoint.

Sorry, this place is all hype. None of the food we got made me wanna come back it's all overpriced. Churros where 6 small pieces for $8 and they where dry , tiny personal pizza for $10 tasteless, like 6 small pieces of rib $15 with hardly any meat mostly bone, each taco at $3. The only one that was good was the wings, but something is missing about the ranch. 9 pieces of bone in wings for $20 comes with fries, carot, and celery sticks. The last thing we got was tiny donuts 6 for $8 .
