We orderd from here after a long day out, I ordered a huarache which is suppose to be a soft tortilla, what I recieved was nothing close to it. I recieved a round tostada with only cheese, crema and lettuce which turned into a ball because it was moving back and forth in the car. I had asked for beans with crema and cheese with avocado. I had ordered this for my son, specifically with those toppings because that's all he eats. I called the restaurant and told her about this issue and said she was going to issue a refund. I called again after a week, today, and I was transferred to 3 people and I had to repeat my story to all of them. She gave me a hard time telling me I had to return the food because she doesn't believe me. I was passing by Red bank that day and we happened to find this restaurant while we were driving. When i got to my friends house, which she lives 30 min from there and I live 45 min from red bank, is when i found out my order was messed up. How do they want me to drive more than an hour, back and forth, for only $7. 25 if they can just issue me a refund through my card.
If they are going to change the way a certian food item is made, they should specify that on the menu.
