The 20 Best Restaurants in Seville, Spain | Eater

"In an 18th-century carriage house, the folks at La Cochera del Abuelo have created an intimate dining experience that feels equally elegant and homey. Owner Cinta Romero’s experience is evident in the thorough service from her front-of-house team, along with the succinct list of especially engaging wines. The menu here changes regularly, but chef Bosco Benítez has a particular affinity for vegetables and the grill, which imparts whispers of smoke to even the lightest of dishes. The one-bite appetizers are some of the most memorable items, like a shell-on carpaccio-style scallop with smoky eggplant. A reservation here is essential." - Megan Lloyd

Exquisite! There is no better word for the experience here! The food was absolutely flawless! Every morsel was delicious! The staff is the perfect balance of attentive, professional, knowledgeable and caring. The owner obviously knows what she’s doing and the chef is outstanding! I agree with the review that said this place will be getting a Michelin star! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Thos meal literally brought a tear to my eye. That had never happened to me before. But being in the presence of someone who is making their passion a reality and excelling at it got me emotional. Bravo and gracias! 👏💝

Perfect place to eat in chilled, calm atmosphere. This local really stands out thanks to its excellent service. The food is really good and well paired with wine. This was our restaurant of choice to start our trip to Sewilla. Couldn’t be more happy. Thank you for your hospitality and see you again.

Words and photos just don’t do this place justice, you have to experience it for yourself. Every dish we had was so unique, flavourful and balanced. The interior is quaint and cosy, with such an elegant style. The service is friendly, attentive but not over the top, and very professional. Me and my partner eat out often and can honestly say this is one of the best meals we’ve ever had, it would be no surprise if they soon got a Michelin star.

Foods were very tasty with French influence. Their foods are even tastier than many highly rated restaurants in Paris. I enjoyed my dinner here very much. Loved their braised veal cheek and their fish dish! I also got the best cheesecake in my stay in Sevilla!

Had the most wholesome meal here - the staff treated us like family, created a warm and welcoming environment. They were super patient with us on selecting entrees since we had landed after a 14hour travel day. Each dish was exquisite, complex and consistent - they elevated flavors and employed the principle of less is more - fully enjoyed our meal, the hospitality, and the comforting vibes - couldn’t recommend dining here more. The cheesecake is a must!

Was fortunate enough to celebrate my engagement to the love of my life at this restaurant. The food was absolutely exquisite. Best pork loin I will ever have in my life, and the cheesecake is something I will never forget. I will be back in spain in 10 years to celebrate this trip with my wife and will make a point to stop back by here :) Also; having been twice to France - the best French onion soup I’ve had in my life was in Spain ;)

The best food and restaurant we had in Seville. Dishes seem to be more like French style. Veal cheeks were soft and delicious. Cheesecake was better than anywhere else in Seville.

The unassuming sign from the outside doesn’t prepare you for the wonderful experience you will get once you step inside this restaurant. The decor is classy yet makes you feel like you are at a friends house for dinner. The music playing in the background and lighting sets the perfect mood for dinner. The team of servers and the owner are all very knowledgeable with the menu and wine. Most importantly they are friendly and kind. The menu is small but that’s what makes it so good. Everything we tried was DELICIOUS! The sautéed vegetables with fried egg was amazing. The lamb shank was so tender it literally fell off the bone. We came here for the food but fell in love with the overall experience. I would highly recommend coming here while visiting Sevilla. I know I will be back whenever I visit.
