"Located close to the city’s bullring, this restaurant continues to win plaudits and as a result is always full. Boasting a classic-contemporary ambience with an elegant feel, it is professionally run by Manuel and Esther, the former in the kitchen and the latter dispensing her friendly service in a choice of dining spaces (including the bar). The traditionally based cuisine here comes with hints of modernity and fusion and is enhanced by enticing daily suggestions announced at your table. On the menu, you’ll find dishes such as quail escabeche with Palo Cortado sherry and a beansprout salad; wild sea bass with kimchi, pak choi and black garlic; and Iberian pork meatballs with red curry and a celeriac cream." - Michelin Inspector

In the new location this restaurant initially surprises for its class and service. The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. The food is outstanding. It's balanced full of flavors and absolutely spot on when it comes to a balance between quality, price, portion and innovation. The restaurant feels classy, representing fine dining with details like noticing any little spot on the glasses, minding the serving order, or keeping an eye on the customer for anything that might be needed at any point. We missed some additional starters in the menu but it was not a great deal given the quality and quantity of the other dishes. It's worth mentioning that the desserts are excellent, so leave a bit of room for those. Overall a fantastic restaurant that will be on our list for regular visits. Superb spotless service and extraordinary kitchen. Absolute recommendation from my side. Do not miss.

An amazing dinner. I was a little intimidated because I was alone after a day of running around and dressed very casually - the restaurant is very nice. But I'm really glad I still came in and stayed for dinner. The lovely lady behind the bar made excellent suggestions and despite the restaurant not having a menu in English (quite unexpected from a Michelin level restaurant tbh), I ended up with fantastic wine and the best dessert I've had in Spain. Really happy I followed her recommendations, because I would not have ordered the same based on my limited Spanish and Google translate of the menu.

Superlative. Everything was top notch. Calm ambiance with jazz music, lovely wine and olives. I had the sea bass. It was just delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

Nice place to have a really good meal. We tried different mushroom dishes and steak tartare. All really good. And the torrija was amazing. Price is ok.

I can’t believe the quality of the food here. Outstanding and by Uk standards an absolute bargain. Very pleasant but efficient waitresses. Beautiful dining room. Fabulous evening. The house wine was delicious.

It was an amazing discover. We tried a combination of tapas and all of them were very tasty. If you want to have a table you have to book in advance (but as I said the tapas are great and enough for a quick lunch).
