From the bright colors to the beautiful lighting, La Cocina is a great place to go for authentic Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly and have a sense of urgency. Complete with authentic food, the music is just as authentic. The food is top notch and very flavorful. The Colorado burrito with steak is a perfect balance of spice and cheese. I highly recommend La Cocina to anyone wanting Mexican food when visiting Seward.

Decided to stop at La Cocina in Seward the other day. Definitely worth the drive. I’m originally from California and it’s hard to find authentic Mexican food but this one definitely hit the spot. I had the special dinner taco, tostada, chile relleno, enchilada and tamale! No doggy bag needed. Brandi Phillips had the burrito Colorado.

Delicious!! You get a lot of food for the price you pay. We received our food 10 min after ordering, it was insanely fast!! All of the staff was very attentive to our needs, will definitely go back. Bathroom and restaurant was very clean as well.

Food was ok, kind of bland. Came out quickly which was nice. They tried to accommodate an extremely large group in the middle of the restaurant and congested the entire area. Had to wait for a while to be seated because the host forgot about us.

Food was good. Fundido is one of my favorite appetizers. I loved the service and the interior of this place. It was nice to see something different.

Such a fun place!! Came in for drinks and snacks on the 4th of July and they were packed! Everyone was so quick and accommodating and there was even someone singing live and she was amazing! We got some margs, chips and dips, and some rice and beans! Loved it all!

Excellent food & service, even on a very busy day. The whole family enjoyed their choices. We would definitely eat here again next time we are in town.

Very quick for lunch, clean colorful surroundings. I had a chicken chimi and my wife had a chicken enchilada; both were tasty and good. Good chips and salsa. Satisfied our Mexican food craving.

The day this restaurant opened was a big deal for the college kids living just down the road, its prime location meaning no one had to drive to the Mexican restaurant across town and instead everyone could go get margs. I love La Cocina for so many reasons. I came back to Seward recently and was in town for 3 days. 2 of those days I came here, that is just how much I love it. The margaritas are so strong and so perfect. I love LOVE LOVE the queso here. The steak burritos are delicious, but honestly, you cannot go wrong. What is also fun is the braided design on the edge of the tables. It keeps you on your toes. Thank you, La Cocina, for your prime location on the Square. You are the best.

This is our favorite place to eat when we take a drive to Seward. There food is true authentic Mexican food that is delicious and will fill you up. We have not had a dinner that we have not liked. And have a frozen Margarita with your meal while your at it.

Here visiting family and they introduced us to their favorite Mexican restaurant and now it's one of my favorites too. Great service along with a menu that has a ton of options. Margaritas are really good as well. Can't wait to come back.

Ordered pick up and they decided to add themselves a $10 tip without my authorization on the receipt when we had left them a cash tip will definitely never be going back

Good mexican food, great location, but the best part are the servers: always smiling and with a great attitude! The margaritas and red beer are very good!

Burrito Colorado was incredible. Amazing sauce, great rice and beef. Others need the group loved the quesadillas and enchilada. Chips and salsa/guacamole was great as well. All around incredible place!
